防火门是用防火阻燃材料制成的具有耐火稳定性、完整性和隔热性的门,主要用于建筑防火分区的防火墙开口、楼梯间出入口、疏散走道、管道井口等处,平常用于人员通行,在发生火灾时可起到阻止火焰蔓延和防止燃烧烟气流动,并在送风系统工作时起密封的作用。在消防技术日益成熟的今天,有防火要求的建筑都有防火门的身影,目前国内的绝大多数防火设计规范均明确要求采用防火门。防火门产品的研制、开发和生产对保障人民生命财产的安全起到了积极的作用。

本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热防水防火门,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种隔热防水防火门,按照重量份由以下原料组成:氧化镁105-125份、硫酸镁80-100份、石墨烯4-8份、碳酸钙10-15份、硼酸铝5-10份、木质材料5-8份、玻璃纤维0.1-0.4份和纳米硫酸钡0.2-0.4份。
上述一种防火门板材料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:水泥5-12份、硬脂酸镁1-2份、硫酸镁1-2份、秸轩纤维20-28份、钙硅酸盐3-4份、耐火硅酸盐水泥1-2份、聚苯乙烯10-16份、碳酸钙6-7份、可再分散乳胶粉1-2份和粘结剂0.5-0.7份。
上述一种防火门板材料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:水泥9份、硬脂酸镁1.5份、硫酸镁1.5份、秸轩纤维25份、钙硅酸盐4份、耐火硅酸盐水泥1.5份、聚苯乙烯14份、碳酸钙6.5份、可再分散乳胶粉1.5份和粘结剂0.7份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制成的防火门芯板的材料的抗压、抗折、耐火等性能指标好,抗热性大大增强,整体质量轻,方便搬运和安装。

一种防火门板材料,按照重量份由以下原料组成:水泥9份、硬脂酸镁1.5份、硫酸镁1.5份、秸轩纤维25份、钙硅酸盐4份、耐火硅酸盐水泥1.5份、聚苯乙烯14份、碳酸钙6.5份、可再分散乳胶粉1.5份和粘结剂0.7份。
本发明制成的防火门芯板的材料的抗压、抗折、耐火等性能指标好,抗热性大大增强,整体质量轻,方便搬运和安装。
