The invention discloses a hand brake system and a method of a loader with a trailer, wherein a power supply is connected with a terminal b of a brake switch, an electric control end of a first electromagnetic valve, a terminal v of a signal device and an electric control end of a second electromagnetic valve, a terminal a of the hand brake switch is connected with the electric control end of the first electromagnetic valve and the electric control end of the second electromagnetic valve, a terminal E of the hand brake switch is connected with a terminal u of the signal device, a terminal m of the signal device is connected with a power cutting-off device, an air port F of the first electromagnetic valve is connected with an air port 43 of the trailer valve, the trailer valve is connected with an air port E of the first electromagnetic valve and an air cylinder, a working oil port K and a working oil port L of the second electromagnetic valve are respectively connected with an accumulator and the hand brake device, a working oil port K of the second electromagnetic valve is connected with an oil source P, and an air outlet G and an oil return port T are respectively arranged on the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve. The invention can simultaneously complete the emergency braking of the loader and the trailer without modifying the loader and the trailer braking system.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to a hand brake system and a hand brake method for a loader with a trailer.
Background
When the loader and the trailer hung at the rear end of the loader run at high speed at the same time, if emergency braking is required for the vehicle, if braking is realized by the loader at the front end only, the braking distance is longer. Especially when the mass of the trailer is too great, it is likely that the trailer will tip over the loader during emergency braking, and thus it is necessary to control both the loader and the trailer. The emergency braking of the loader is electrohydraulic caliper disc braking, the trailer needs to control a trailer valve to carry out air braking through a hand braking valve, a manual valve of the electrohydraulic caliper disc type hand braking is an electric signal controlled valve, a conventional tractor hand braking valve with the trailer is an air control valve, and the existing contradiction is that the electrohydraulic caliper disc type gearbox emergency braking and the air control type trailer emergency braking are controlled simultaneously through the manual valve controlled through the electric signal. As shown in fig. 1-2: the embodiment discloses a loader hand braking system with a trailer, which comprises a hand braking switch 1, a power supply 2, a signal device 3, a first electromagnetic valve 5, an air storage cylinder 6, a trailer valve 7, an energy accumulator 8, a second electromagnetic valve 9 and a hand braking device 11, wherein one electrode of the power supply 2 is connected with a terminal b of the braking switch 1, the other electrode of the power supply 2 is connected with an electric control end of the first electromagnetic valve 5, a terminal v of the signal device 3 and an electric control end of the second electromagnetic valve 9, a terminal a of the hand braking switch 1 is connected with the electric control end of the first electromagnetic valve 5 and the electric control end of the second electromagnetic valve 9, a terminal E of the hand braking switch 1 is connected with a terminal u of the signal device 3, a terminal m of the signal device 3 is connected with a power cutting device for outputting a power cutting-off signal, an air port F of the first electromagnetic valve 5 is connected with an air port 43 of the trailer valve 7, an air port E of the trailer valve 7 and an air storage cylinder 6 are respectively connected with an air port E of the first electromagnetic valve 5, a working oil port K of the second electromagnetic valve 9 and a working oil port L of the second electromagnetic valve 9 are respectively connected with the energy accumulator 8 and the hand braking device 11, a working oil port K of the second electromagnetic valve 9 is respectively connected with an oil source P, and the first electromagnetic valve 5 and the second electromagnetic valve 9 are respectively provided with an air outlet G and an air outlet port.
The air cylinder 6 and the energy accumulator 8 are also respectively connected with a first pressure switch 4 and a second pressure switch 10, and the first pressure switch 4 and the second pressure switch 10 are both connected with a whole vehicle alarm device. When the pressure in the air reservoir 6 and the accumulator 8 is reduced to the set value, the first pressure switch 4 and the second pressure switch 10 send out low-pressure alarm to the whole vehicle control device, so that a driver is prompted to supplement the pressure to the air reservoir 6 and the accumulator 8, and the brake system can work normally.

The embodiment also discloses a method for the hand brake system of the loader with the trailer, and the description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings: as shown in fig. 1: when the vehicle is in a normal mode, the terminal a and the terminal b of the hand brake switch 1 are communicated, at the moment, the working oil port K and the working oil port L of the second electromagnetic valve 9 are communicated, the oil port D of the hand brake device 11 generates pressure, namely the pressure exists in a rod cavity of the hand brake device 11, a spring of a rodless cavity of the hand brake device 11 is compressed under the action of oil in the rod cavity, and the hand brake device 11 is released; on the other hand, the air port E of the first electromagnetic valve 5 is communicated with the air port F, and the air pressure in the air storage tank 6 passes through the first electromagnetic valve 5 to the air port 43 of the trailer valve 7, and the trailer valve 7 releases the hand brake of the trailer, so that the trailer can normally run. The other two control ports 41 and 42 of the trailer valve 7 are connected to the service brake valve of the trailer for ensuring proper operation of the trailer valve 7.
As shown in fig. 2: when the whole vehicle needs to be braked urgently, a driver starts the hand brake switch 1, the terminal a and the terminal b of the hand brake switch 1 are disconnected, the terminal b and the terminal e are connected, then the hand brake alarm circuit is connected, the signal device 3 starts to alarm to prompt that the whole vehicle is in an emergency braking state, meanwhile, the m terminal of the signal device 3 outputs a signal for cutting off the power of the whole vehicle, and the power of the whole vehicle is cut off. At the moment, the two electromagnetic valves are simultaneously powered off, a valve core of the second electromagnetic valve 9 positioned on the loader moves upwards, a working oil port L is communicated with a T port, pressure oil of the hand brake device 11 returns to the T port through the D port and the L port under the action of a spring, and the loader brakes; on the other hand, the valve core of the first electromagnetic valve 5 moves leftwards, the air pressure of the air port 43 of the trailer valve 7 is communicated with the atmosphere through the air port F and the air outlet G of the first electromagnetic valve 5, the pressure of the air port 43 drops sharply, and the trailer valve 7 carries out emergency braking on the trailer. In the process, the loader and the trailer finish braking simultaneously.
By adopting the embodiment, the emergency braking of the loader and the trailer can be completed at the same time, and the operation can be realized only by operating the hand brake switch 1, so that the convenience of the operation can be improved to the greatest extent. In addition, the problem that the structure and the principle of the existing loader and trailer braking device are different can be solved, large-scale modification of the braking systems of the loader and the trailer is not needed, and the cost is furthest reduced on the basis of the existing loader and the trailer.
