Abstract
本发明涉及一种轻量化夹层玻璃,其不同之处在于:所述的夹层玻璃为多层次结构,其中最中间为透明轻质材料制成的透光板,透光板两个表面分别贴合有透明的厚度相同的上胶片和下胶片,上胶片和下胶片的外部分别贴合有厚度相同的上玻璃和下玻璃;所述的透光板的厚度大于上玻璃和下玻璃的厚度,透光板为硬质材料制成;所述的上胶片和下胶片的厚度小于上玻璃和下玻璃的厚度,且上胶片和下胶片可塑性挤压变形;本发明结构简单,隔音效果、透光性和表面抗磨性均达到国标要求,防止表面划伤,同时大幅度减轻自身重量,从而降低汽车油耗,具有环保节能效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车玻璃技术领域,特别涉及到一种用于车窗的轻量化夹层玻璃。
背景技术
汽车玻璃是汽车车身附件中必不可少的,主要起到防护作用。汽车玻璃主要有以下三类:夹层玻璃,钢化玻璃和区域钢化玻璃,能承受较强的冲击力。汽车玻璃按所在的位置分为:前挡风玻璃,侧窗玻璃,后挡风玻璃和天窗玻璃四种。前挡风玻璃国家强制规定必须是夹层玻璃,侧窗玻璃是钢化玻璃,后挡风玻璃一般是带电加热丝的钢化玻璃。
在汽车玻璃行业,工程塑料代玻璃的进程难以前行。最重要的原因是塑料无法得到玻璃的表面硬度及其耐划伤的能力。在国标GB9656-2003中规定,汽车玻璃表面有抗磨性要求:达到5.6条要求,按7.6规定取样,GB/T5137.1实验方法执行,非玻璃材料无法达到小于2%雾度的抗磨要求。但是玻璃的缺点是其比重大(2.5g/cm3),相对于塑料比重为1.0g/cm3左右。在当前追求车辆轻量化的过程中,玻璃显得太重了。车辆上也有一些部位的玻璃被塑料取代,如天窗,后侧三角窗等非驾乘人员视野区。从结构、安全方面来说,这没有问题。但从耐划伤、耐久性能方面来说,其效果不好。塑料件易被划伤,并且划伤后缺陷非常明显,不易修复,只能被替换。其它部位的玻璃由于雨刷、升降、视野清晰等考虑,不能被取代。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,隔音效果、透光性和表面抗磨性均达到国标要求,防止表面划伤,同时大幅度减轻自身重量,从而降低汽车油耗,具有环保节能效果的轻量化夹层玻璃。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
轻量化夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述的夹层玻璃为多层次结构,其中最中间为透明轻质材料制成的透光板,透光板两个表面分别贴合有透明的厚度相同的上胶片和下胶片,上胶片和下胶片的外部分别贴合有厚度相同的上玻璃和下玻璃;所述的透光板的厚度大于上玻璃和下玻璃的厚度,透光板为硬质材料制成;所述的上胶片和下胶片的厚度小于上玻璃和下玻璃的厚度,且上胶片和下胶片可塑性挤压变形。
在上述方案中,所述的透光板与上玻璃或下玻璃的厚度比例为2:1-4:1,所述的透光板与上胶片或下胶片的厚度比例为5:1-8:1。
在上述方案中,所述的透光板采用PC材料制成,透光板的表面光滑度与上玻璃或下玻璃的表面光滑度相同。
在上述方案中,所述的上胶片和下胶片是粘性材料,可以把透光板与上玻璃和下玻璃粘接成整体,并且缓冲透光板与上玻璃和下玻璃不同的材料热性能。
本发明的原理是在厚度相同的条件下,PC板的重量大大轻于玻璃,且PC板的隔声量比玻璃提高3—4分贝,PC板有更低于普通玻璃的热导率(K值),隔热效果比同等玻璃高7%-25%,采用PC板夹持在玻璃之中可完美解决本发明的技术问题。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的轻量化夹层玻璃结构简单,隔音效果、透光性和表面抗磨性均达到国标要求,能够防止表面划伤,同时大幅度减轻自身重量,从而降低了汽车油耗,具有较强的环保节能效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易清楚地被理解,下面根据具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示轻量化夹层玻璃,所述的夹层玻璃为多层次结构,其中最中间为透明轻质材料制成的透光板1,透光板1两个表面分别贴合有透明的厚度相同的上胶片2和下胶片3,上胶片2和下胶片3的外部分别贴合有厚度相同的上玻璃4和下玻璃5;所述的透光板1的厚度大于上玻璃4和下玻璃5的厚度,透光板1为硬质材料制成;所述的上胶片2和下胶片3的厚度小于上玻璃4和下玻璃5的厚度,且上胶片2和下胶片3可塑性挤压变形。
在本实施例中,所述的透光板1的厚度为2.4mm,上玻璃4和下玻璃5的厚度均为0.7mm,上胶片2和下胶片3的厚度均为0.38mm。
在本实施例中,所述的透光板1采用PC材料制成,透光板1的表面光滑度与上玻璃4或下玻璃5的表面光滑度相同。所述的上胶片2和下胶片3是粘性材料,可以把透光板1与上玻璃4和下玻璃5粘接成整体,并且缓冲透光板1与上玻璃4和下玻璃5不同的材料热性能。
一台中型乘用车,其玻璃使用面积约37220cm2,若全部用轻量化的玻璃来替代,可以减重9.8kg~11.6kg/车。且隔音、隔热性能可以得到提升。

1.轻量化夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述的夹层玻璃为多层次结构,其中最中间为透明轻质材料制成的透光板,透光板两个表面分别贴合有透明的厚度相同的上胶片和下胶片,上胶片和下胶片的外部分别贴合有厚度相同的上玻璃和下玻璃;所述的透光板的厚度大于上玻璃和下玻璃的厚度,透光板为硬质材料制成;所述的上胶片和下胶片的厚度小于上玻璃和下玻璃的厚度,且上胶片和下胶片可塑性挤压变形。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻量化夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述的透光板与上玻璃或下玻璃的厚度比例为2:1-4:1,所述的透光板与上胶片或下胶片的厚度比例为5:1-8:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的轻量化夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述的透光板采用PC材料制成,透光板的表面光滑度与上玻璃或下玻璃的表面光滑度相同。
4.如权利要求1所述的轻量化夹层玻璃,其特征在于,所述的上胶片和下胶片是粘性材料,可以把透光板与上玻璃和下玻璃粘接成整体,并且缓冲透光板与上玻璃和下玻璃不同的材料热性能。
