In order to achieve the effect of quick disinfection, the concentration of the disinfectant prepared by the invention is 2000-5000mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant, and the specific preparation method is as follows: 2000-5000mg (4-10 tablet sterilizing tablet) of Jianzhen's element sterilizing tablet (main ingredient is sodium trichloroisocyanurate, beijing Jianzhen's element medicine science and technology Co., ltd.) and 1L of purified water (purified water is production water) are fully dissolved to obtain sterilizing liquid.
Experiment group a: 15ml of prepared disinfectant solution with chlorine content of 2000mg/L is put into an inner bag of the device, 3ml of sputum positive specimen is added into an outer bag of the device, the sputum is disinfected by the disinfectant according to the method for disinfecting the sputum disinfection device which is applicable to respiratory tract infectious disease patients and is used for respectively observing the disinfection effect of the high-efficiency disinfectant after being mixed for 30min, 2h and 6 h. A total of 50 replicates were made.
The sterilization rate is in accordance with the "hospital disinfection sanitation standard" by 2012 edition of the ministry of health, namely, sterilization rate= (total bacteria before disinfection-total bacteria after disinfection)/total bacteria before disinfection x 100%; the test was qualified when the total number of bacteria was not more than 5CFU/cm 2. The results show that the total bacterial count in sputum of all parallel experiments is less than 5CFU/cm 2 in 2-6 hours, and the disinfection effect is completed.
Experimental group B: 15ml of prepared 5000mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant solution is taken and placed into an inner bag of the device, and the rest operation is the same as that of the experiment group A. The results show that the total bacterial count in sputum of all parallel experiments is less than 5CFU/cm 2 in 2 hours, and the disinfection effect is completed.
Experiment group C: and (3) putting 20ml of prepared 2000mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant into an inner bag of the device, adding 4ml of sputum bacteria positive specimen into an outer bag of the device, and the rest of the operations are the same as those of the experimental group A. The results show that the total bacterial count in sputum of all parallel experiments is less than 5CFU/cm 2 in 6 hours, and the disinfection effect is completed.
Experimental group D: 20ml of prepared disinfection solution with 5000mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant is put into an inner bag of the device, 3ml of sputum bacteria positive specimen is added into an outer bag of the device, and the rest operation is the same as that of the experimental group A. The results show that the total bacterial count in sputum of all parallel experiments is less than 5CFU/cm 2 in 2 hours, and the disinfection effect is completed.
Experiment group E: 20ml of prepared disinfection solution with 5000mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant is put into an inner bag of the device, 3ml of sputum bacteria positive specimen is added into an outer bag of the device, and the rest operation is the same as that of the experimental group A. In the above-described embodiments, unless otherwise specified, the components used are commercially available components, and the structure of these conventional components is not described in detail because the invention is not related to the present invention.
It should be noted that, when numerical ranges are referred to in the present invention, it should be understood that two endpoints of each numerical range and any numerical value between the two endpoints are optional, and because the adopted step method is the same as the embodiment, in order to prevent redundancy, the present invention describes a preferred embodiment. While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. It is therefore intended that the following claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (8)
1. The sputum sterilizing device suitable for the respiratory tract infectious disease patients is characterized by comprising an outer bag (1), an inner bag (2), a sealing device and a puncture device, wherein the inner bag (2) is positioned inside the outer bag (1), the inner bag (2) is fixed on the inner wall of one side of a bag opening of the outer bag (1), a distance is reserved between the inner bag (2) and the inner wall of the other side of the outer bag (1), and disinfectant is filled in the inner bag (2);
The sealing device is arranged on the inner wall of the outer bag (1) and is positioned above the inner bag (2), and comprises sealing pieces (3) symmetrically arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the outer bag (1), and the two sealing pieces (3) can seal the bag opening of the outer bag (1) after being attached;
The puncture device is arranged in the outer bag (1) and is positioned at the side of the inner bag (2), and the puncture device can puncture the inner bag (2) after the two sealing pieces (3) are attached;
A cross-connection channel (11) is arranged around the outside of the bag opening of the outer bag (1), two sides of the cross-connection channel (11) are symmetrically provided with cross-connection ports, the two cross-connection ports divide the cross-connection channel (11) into two sections of arc-shaped cross-connection channels, tightening ropes (12) capable of tightening the bag opening of the outer bag (1) are connected in the two sections of arc-shaped cross-connection channels in a cross-connection mode, the end parts of the tightening ropes (12) penetrate through the cross-connection ports, and two sealing pieces (3) can be attached together after the bag opening of the outer bag (1) is tightened;

The method for sterilizing the sputum sterilizing device suitable for patients with respiratory tract infection comprises the following steps:
opening the bag mouth of the outer bag (1), spitting or putting sputum into the outer bag (1), tensioning the tightening rope (12) to tighten the bag mouth of the outer bag (1), attaching the two sealing pieces (3), sealing the outer bag (1), puncturing the inner bag (2) by the puncturing device, mixing the disinfectant in the inner bag (2) with the sputum, and finishing disinfection after 2-6 hours.

3. Sputum sterilizing device for patients with respiratory tract infections according to claim 1, characterized in that the height of the outer bag (1) is 3-5cm and the height of the inner bag (2) is 2cm smaller than the height of the outer bag (1).
