Step six: placing the three-way interface 22 to be disinfected into the disinfection cup 14, fixing the drainage tube 21 by the disinfection cup 14 through the snap fastener 15, and closing the piston 17 on the liquid outlet pipe 16 at the lower part of the disinfection cup 14; pouring 100ml of alcohol into the disinfection cup 14, and soaking the three-way joint 22; taking out the sterile glove from the disinfection bag, putting on the sterile glove, unscrewing a heparin cap at the three-way joint 22, wiping the inner part of the three-way joint 22 and the nearby pipeline by using an alcohol cotton ball, repeating the above operation by using an Aneriodo cotton ball, finally flushing the three-way joint 22 by using conical bottleneck extrusion type iodine wine, opening the piston 17 to enable the disinfection liquid to flow into the drainage bag 18, and closing the piston 17 after the operation is finished to prevent the disinfection liquid from flowing backwards.
Before the sample is reserved and sent for inspection, 5ml of cerebrospinal fluid at the front end is pumped back by a 20ml syringe, new cerebrospinal fluid is pumped for inspection, finally the prepared liquid medicine is injected into the pipe, the pipe is pre-punched and sealed, the pipe is clamped and replaced by a new heparin cap, the three-way connector 22 is wrapped by sterile gauze, medical waste is taken out, and the inside of the box body 1 is wiped by alcohol.

Claims (5)
1. The method for disinfecting the postoperative drainage tube interface of the neurosurgery is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
Step one: preliminary disinfection is carried out on the inside of the box body of the disinfection device;
Step two: opening a box body of the sterilizing device, and placing a preset sterilizing bag and medicines into the box body, wherein articles in the sterilizing bag are sterile articles, and the sterilizing bag comprises a sterilizing cup for soaking a drainage tube interface to be sterilized;
Step three: the drainage tube to be disinfected passes through one side of the box body and stretches out to the other side across the whole disinfection box body, the penetrating end and the penetrating end of the drainage tube are kept airtight, and the three-way joint of the drainage tube is arranged at the disinfection position in the box body;
step four: starting an ultraviolet lamp in the box body to perform ultraviolet disinfection, and enabling two hands to extend into the box body from the elastic sponge bodies of the left elastic round through holes and the right elastic round through holes respectively, so as to keep a closed environment in the box body;
Step five: opening a disinfection bag placed in the box body, clamping the disinfection cup onto a clamping ring at the lower end of the bracket in the box, and keeping the position of the clamping ring in the box body flush with a connecting line between the penetrating end and the penetrating end;
Step six: placing the three-way interface to be disinfected into a disinfection cup, and closing a piston on a liquid outlet pipe at the lower part of the disinfection cup; pouring alcohol into the disinfection cup, and soaking the three-way joint; taking out the sterile glove from the disinfection bag, putting on the sterile glove, unscrewing a heparin cap at the joint of the tee joint, wiping the inner part of the joint and the pipeline nearby by using an alcohol cotton ball, repeating the above operation by using an Aneriodo cotton ball, flushing the joint of the tee joint by using iodine, opening a piston to enable the disinfection liquid to flow into a drainage bag, and closing the piston after the operation is finished.
2. A sterilizing unit according to the sterilizing method of claim 1, characterized in that: the transparent plastic box comprises a box body (1), wherein a transparent sheet (3) is arranged on the front end surface of the box body (1), elastic through holes (10) are formed in two sides of the box body (1), a zipper (11) capable of being pulled out of the upper surface of the box body (1) is further arranged on the box body (1), and the zipper (11) starts above the elastic through holes (10) on one side of the box body (1), is arranged along the upper surface of the box body (1) and is stopped above the elastic through holes (10) on the other side of the box body (1); the bottom of the box body (1) is provided with an ultraviolet lamp (4) which emits light upwards and is electrically connected with an external power supply;
An opening is formed in the box body (1) and below the elastic through hole (10), a circle of elastic sponge body (7) is arranged at the inner side of the opening, a long sleeve belt (8) is connected to the elastic sponge body (7), and an elastic band (9) is arranged at the tail end of the long sleeve belt (8);
the disinfection bag is matched with the disinfection cup (14), the lower end of the disinfection cup (14) is connected with a liquid outlet pipe (16), the lower end of the liquid outlet pipe (16) is connected with a drainage bag (18), and a piston (17) is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe (16);
the inner upper end of the box body (1) is provided with a bracket (12) protruding inwards and downwards, the tail end of the bracket (12) is provided with a clamping ring (13) used for clamping a disinfection cup (14), and the clamping ring (13) and elastic through holes (10) on two sides of the box body (1) are positioned on the same horizontal plane.

A disinfection device for a post-neurosurgical drainage tube interface as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the leather layers (2) are arranged on the two sides, the rear side surface and the upper surface of the box body (1); the bottom of the box body (1) is also provided with an indicator lamp (5) and a time button (6), the ultraviolet lamp (4), the indicator lamp (5) and the time button (6) are connected through an electric wire (19), and the tail end of the electric wire (19) is provided with a plug (20).

A disinfection apparatus for a post-neurosurgical drainage tube interface as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the disinfection cup (14) is a flat plastic cup, the edge of the disinfection cup is of a broadside structure, and the snap fastener (15) is fixed at the left edge and the right edge of the flat plastic cup; the upper edge of the clamping ring (13) is a concave ring groove, the bottom of the edge of the flat plastic cup is provided with a convex surface matched with the concave ring groove, and the disinfection cup (14) is inserted and clamped on the clamping ring (13).
