本发明公开一种采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,属于汽车室内灯领域。它包括壳体,壳体内安装有RGB三色激光器、激光准直耦合器和光纤管;RGB三色激光器分别与三个驱动器相连,驱动器与车内电源相连,用于驱动RGB三色激光器工作;激光准直耦合器与RGB三色激光器相连;光纤管与激光准直耦合器相连。本发明利用RGB激光光源作为氛围灯的光源,光通量大,能够满足长距离车内氛围灯的使用要求;同时,通过调整R、G、B三色的配比,可实现多种颜色的变换。

一种采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯
技术领域
本发明属于汽车室内灯领域,尤其是一种采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯。
背景技术
一般汽车车内氛围灯采用RGB LED作为灯具光源。由于LED发热量较大,且氛围灯多,安装空间狭小,不利于热量的散发,且温度的变化也将影响到LED的发光效率。由于多个RGB LED作为光源的氛围灯安装于车内不同位置,安装的位置不同,受温度的影响也不同,会造成不同氛围灯颜色不一致的问题。此外,一般氛围灯前端都采用光导,而光导存在较大的光损,导致目前的光导长度都无法超过1米,否则末端就会变得较暗,影响灯具的整体效果,在某些需要长距离装饰的情况下,常规的LED氛围灯就无法满足要求。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中LED车内氛围灯的上述问题,本发明提供一种采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,它包括壳体,壳体内安装有RGB三色激光器、激光准直耦合器和光纤管;
RGB三色激光器分别与三个驱动器相连,驱动器与车内电源相连,用于驱动RGB三色激光器工作;
激光准直耦合器与RGB三色激光器相连;
光纤管与激光准直耦合器相连。
进一步地,壳体内还安装有三个散热器,三个散热器上分别安装有RGB三色激光器。
采用上述技术方案,可以有效地将RGB三色激光器产生的热量导出,提高RGB三色激光器的使用寿命。
进一步地,光纤管与激光准直耦合器的出光口相连。
采用上述技术方案,可以顺利地将光线引入光纤管内部。
进一步地,光纤管采用侧发光光纤进行传导。
采用上述技术方案,光线沿光纤长度方向均匀散射,色彩一致性好,且使用寿命长。
进一步地,光纤管采用柔性玻璃制成。
有益效果:
1.本发明利用RGB激光光源作为氛围灯的光源,光通量大,能够满足长距离车内氛围灯的使用要求。
2.本发明通过调整R、G、B三色的配比,可实现多种颜色的变换。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
本实施例提出一种采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,如图1所示,它包括壳体,壳体内安装有RGB三色激光器1、激光准直耦合器2、光纤管3和散热器4,RGB三色激光器1分为红色激光器11、绿色激光器12和蓝色激光器13,分别与三个驱动器相连,驱动器与车内电源相连,用于驱动激光器工作,红色激光器11、绿色激光器12和蓝色激光器13分别安装在三个散热器4上,红色激光器11、绿色激光器12和蓝色激光器13均与激光准直耦合器2相连,激光准直耦合器2通过其出光口与光纤管3相连,光纤管3采用柔性玻璃制成。
本实施例的工作原理是:驱动器驱动RGB三色激光器1点亮,散热器4紧贴RGB三色激光器1,将RGB三色激光器1工作时产生的热量散发出去,RGB三色激光器1发出的红、绿、蓝三色激光通过激光准直耦合器2导入到光纤管3内部,采用侧发光光纤进行传导,从而在光纤表面呈现出均匀的光分布。
对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

1.一种采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,它包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体内安装有RGB三色激光器(1)、激光准直耦合器(2)和光纤管(3);
所述RGB三色激光器(1)分别与三个驱动器相连,用于驱动RGB三色激光器(1)工作;
所述激光准直耦合器(2)与RGB三色激光器(1)相连;
所述光纤管(3)与激光准直耦合器(2)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,其特征在于:所述壳体内还安装有三个散热器(4),三个散热器(4)上分别安装有RGB三色激光器(1)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,其特征在于:所述光纤管(3)与激光准直耦合器(2)的出光口相连。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,其特征在于:所述光纤管(3)采用侧发光光纤进行传导。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的采用RGB激光光源的车内氛围灯,其特征在于:所述光纤管(3)采用柔性玻璃制成。
