本发明属于建筑材料领域，提出一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材，自上而下依次包括（1）纯丙乙烯酸涂膜，（2）SBS改性沥青防水卷材，（3）水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料，（4）下长丝聚酯毡胎基层；所述的各结构层之间采用丙烯酸酯密封膏，间距不超过300mm点粘法粘结在一起；多层结构，提高防水卷材的防水性；表面涂刷抗碱涂料，增强材料抗碱性能；采用SBS改性沥青防水卷材，延长材料使用寿命。

一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域，具体涉及一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材是一种常见的建筑施工用材料，被广泛应用于建筑屋面、地下室及有水房间的防水封堵。但在个别地区，受地理气候条件影响，环境含碱量较高，对普通防水卷材的腐蚀性较大，需要对普通防水卷材进行一定改良，方能达到耐碱耐久的效果。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，进一步提高防水卷材的耐碱耐久性能，本发明提出一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材。
技术方案
1.一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材，自上而下依次包括（1）纯丙乙烯酸涂膜，（2）SBS改性沥青防水卷材，（3）水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料，（4）下长丝聚酯毡胎基层。
2.所述的各结构层之间采用丙烯酸酯密封膏，间距不超过300mm点粘法粘结在一起。
本发明的有益效果在于：
1.多层结构，提高防水卷材的防水性。
2.表面涂刷抗碱涂料，增强材料抗碱性能。
3.采用SBS改性沥青防水卷材，延长材料使用寿命。

1.一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材，自上而下依次包括（1）1mm厚纯丙乙烯酸涂膜，（2）1.5mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材，（3）1mm厚水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料，（4）1.8mm厚下长丝聚酯毡胎基层。
2.所述的各结构层之间采用丙烯酸酯密封膏，间距不超过300mm点粘法粘结在一起。
图1是本发明的一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材的一个具体实施例的结构示意图。
图中附图标记的含义：（1）—1mm厚纯丙乙烯酸涂膜，（2）—1.5mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材，（3）—1mm厚水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料，（4）—1.8mm厚下长丝聚酯毡胎基层。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗碱SBS改性沥青防水卷材，其特征在于，所述的各结构层之间采用丙烯酸酯密封膏，间距不超过300mm点粘法粘结在一起。
