the weighing unit in the barrel is arranged in the inner barrel of the washing machine and used for sensing the weight of clothes in the inner barrel of the washing machine;
the control unit is used for judging whether the current area to be washed is provided with a corresponding washing program according to the preset execution sequence of each area to be washed; if the current to-be-washed area is provided with a corresponding washing program, controlling the current to-be-washed area to move from an initial position to a putting-in position, controlling clothes in the current to-be-washed area to be put into a washing machine barrel, sensing the weight of the clothes in the current to-be-washed area through a to-be-washed area weighing unit arranged in the current to-be-washed area, automatically starting clothes washing when the sensing result indicates that no clothes exist in the current to-be-washed area, and identifying the current to-be-washed area as the current washed area; and if the washing program corresponding to the current washed area is completely executed, controlling to dump the clothes to the current washed area, sensing the weight of the clothes through a weighing unit arranged in an inner barrel of the washing machine, identifying the next area to be washed as the current area to be washed when the sensing result indicates that the inner barrel of the washing machine has no clothes, and continuing the batch washing control process until all the areas to be washed are traversed.
Further, the control unit is further configured to, when the sensing result of the weighing unit in the washing area indicates that no laundry exists in the current washing area, before the laundry is automatically washed, if it is determined that the execution frequency of controlling to put the laundry in the current washing area into the tub of the washing machine has reached a first preset frequency and the sensing result of the weighing unit in the tub indicates that the laundry still exists in the current washing area, send a first prompt message indicating that the laundry does not exist in the current washing area, automatically start the laundry washing, and identify the current washing area as the current washed area.
Further, the control unit is further configured to identify the current washing area as the current washed area and identify the next washing area as the current washing area when the sensing result indicates that the inner tub of the washing machine has no laundry, and continue the batch washing control process when the sensing result of the weighing unit in the tub indicates that the inner tub of the washing machine still has laundry if the number of execution times of the control of dumping the laundry to the current washed area has reached a second preset number of times.
Further, the control unit is further configured to control the shaking and scattering module to work to shake and scatter the clothes in the currently washed area, control the currently washed area to return to the initial position, and control the currently washed area to move to the release position after the next area to be washed is identified as the currently washed area.
The working process of this embodiment is explained below with reference to fig. 2 and four areas to be washed:
the impeller washing machine sets up 4 upper and lower spouts on 4 face machines on the washing machine is all around, can supply 4 respectively to wait to wash (wash) regional installation, and simultaneously, the washing procedure supports 4 times of procedure settings, divides into 4 trench in the detergent holds the box. Before washing, 4 areas are placed with clothes according to classification, washing programs are respectively set according to the front, the back, the left and the right sides, and corresponding laundry detergents are respectively placed, so that 1-4 areas can be washed, and when the area program is set to be absent, the area is not washed. After washing is started, the washing machine is automatically opened, the washing area rises upwards from the chute to the height equal to that of the washing machine, the washing area is poured into a washing machine barrel, after the pouring is finished, the washing area is subjected to weight sensing, and if no clothes are sensed by the weight, the washing machine is closed, and washing is started. If the clothes still remain, the second round of dumping is carried out. After the washing, the washing machine is automatically opened, the inner barrel is separated from the barrel wall, ascends and is dumped to an original washing area, the original washing area is changed into a washed area, after the dumping is finished, the inner barrel performs weight sensing, if no clothes are sensed, the inner barrel descends to the original position, the washed area is intelligently shaken out and is descended to the original height, and the next washing area is washed. If the clothes still remain, the second round of dumping is carried out. And uploading the current round and the current state in real time in the washing process, and pushing a message to a user after all rounds of washing are finished.
The drum washing machine is characterized in that the door is arranged on the side edge, so that four areas to be washed (washed areas) slide clockwise to the door opening edge during washing, clothes are poured into the barrel, after washing is finished, the door is automatically opened, the bottom of the inner barrel is separated from the barrel wall, the bottom of the inner barrel is pushed forward, the clothes are pushed to the washed areas, after all the clothes are confirmed to be discharged out of the barrel, the washed areas are intelligently shaken out, the clothes slide clockwise, and the next area to be washed (washed area) slides clockwise to the door opening position to perform next round of washing. The rest flow is consistent with the impeller washing machine. When the washing function is not needed in batches at ordinary times, the washing area (washed area) is detached from the clamping groove, and the washing machine can be switched to a common washing mode by one key to perform normal washing.
The embodiment respectively transforms the drum washing machine and the impeller washing machine in the original market, so that the washing machine can meet the requirement of batch washing. In order to prevent the overlarge occupied space, a detachable mode and a mode of integrating the washed area with the washed area are adopted, and the clothes to be washed and the washed clothes storage column can be detached or hidden when not used, so that the space at ordinary times is saved. The intelligent WiFi connection mode can put clothes to be washed into a to-be-washed area in batches before work, the current washing batch and progress can be remotely checked in the work time, and washing results can be received in real time. The impeller washing machine adopts a bottom separation mode, and after washing is finished, the washed clothes are pushed to a washed area from the bottom; the drum washing machine adopts a rear pushing mode, automatically opens the door after washing, and pushes the washed clothes to the washed area behind the drum. Meanwhile, the laundry detergent is placed in cells, and the requirements of different batches of laundry detergents for different use amounts are met.
