(Drum type washing machine 100)
Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing a process performed in the drum-type washing machine 100 according to embodiment 1.
First, in a state where the power button 10v is ON (ON), it is determined whether or not the signal processing section 111 receives an operation signal from the smartphone 300 (S101).
When the operation signal is not received as a result of step S101 (S101 → no), the control unit 110 returns the process to step S101.
When the operation signal is received as a result of step S101 (S101 → yes), the operation control unit 112 determines whether or not it is in the operation period (S102). The operation period is, for example, from when the power is turned on until the start-pause button 11a of the operation panel 10 is pressed. The same applies to the following embodiments.
If the operation period is in the middle as a result of step S102 (S102 → yes), the control section 110 advances the process to step S106.
If the operation period is not in the operation period as a result of step S102 (S102 → no), the operation control unit 112 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed from the operation completion unit (S103). The predetermined time is, for example, 5 seconds, but is not limited to 5 seconds, and may be a time before the user who has finished operating the operation panel 10 should leave the drum-type washing machine 100.
If the fixed time has elapsed as a result of step S103 (S103 → no), the control unit 110 advances the process to step S106.
When a predetermined time has elapsed as a result of step S103 (S103 → y), the operation control unit 112 operates the drum-type washing machine 100 in accordance with the operation signal from the smartphone 300 (S104).
After that, the signal processing unit 111 transmits a signal indicating that the operation reception is completed (reception completion signal) to the smartphone 300 (S105).
Further, in step S106, the signal processing section 111 transmits a rejection signal to the smartphone 300. That is, the drum-type washing machine 100 does not accept the operation (rejection) from the smartphone 300.
As described above, the operation period is, for example, from when the power is turned on until the start-pause button 11a of the operation panel 10 is pressed. That is, during the washing-drying operation, the operation from the smartphone 300 can be accepted. The same applies to the following embodiments. When the power button 10v of the drum-type washing machine 100 is turned OFF (OFF), the control is disabled. The same applies to the following embodiments.
(Intelligent mobile phone 300)
Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure of the smartphone 300 according to embodiment 1.
First, in a state where the power button 10v is turned on, the user performs an operation of the drum-type washing machine 100 using the smartphone 300 (S201).
Next, the signal processing unit 311 transmits an operation signal including the operation content to the drum-type washing machine 100 (S202). The operation signal is transmitted at regular intervals from the start of the washing machine control application to the end of the application.
The signal processing unit 311 determines whether or not the control signal is received from the drum-type washing machine 100 (S203). The control signal includes said acceptance completion signal and said rejection signal.
If the control signal is not received as a result of step S203 (S203 → no), the control unit 310 returns the process to step S203.
As a result of step S203, if the control signal is received (S203 → yes), the operation control unit 312 determines whether or not the received control signal is a rejection signal (S204).
As a result of step S204, if the received control signal is the reject signal (S204 → yes), the display processing unit 313 displays the reject screen on the input/output unit 330 (S205). The reject screen will be described later.
As a result of step S204, if the signal is not a reject signal (S204 → no), that is, if the signal is a reception completion signal, the display processing unit 313 displays a reception completion screen on the input/output unit 330 (S206). The process of step S206 may be omitted.
In this manner, it is possible to prevent the user from being surprised by an erroneous operation or a suspected product failure and increasing the service-performance because the drum-type washing machine 100 performs an operation different from the operation performed by the user operating the drum-type washing machine 100.
< embodiment 2 >
(Drum type washing machine 100)
Fig. 8 is a flowchart showing a process performed in the drum-type washing machine 100 according to embodiment 2.
In fig. 8, the difference from fig. 6 is that the process of step S106 is omitted. That is, if it is determined yes in step S102, the drum-type washing machine 100 does not accept the operation (rejection) of the smartphone 300 and does not transmit a signal to the smartphone 300. Since other processes are the same as those in fig. 6, the description thereof is omitted here.
(Intelligent mobile phone 300)
Fig. 9 is a flowchart of a processing procedure on the smartphone 300 side according to the present embodiment.
In fig. 9, the same processes as those in fig. 7 are assigned the same step numbers, and the description thereof is omitted.
In fig. 9, when the process of step S202 is completed, the signal processing unit 311 determines whether or not the reception completion signal is received from the drum-type washing machine 100 (S211).
As a result of step S211, when the reception completion signal is received (S211 → yes), the display processing unit 313 displays the reception completion screen on the input/output unit 330 (S212). The process of step S212 may be omitted.
As a result of step S211, if the signal for completion of management has not been received (S211 → no), the signal processing unit 311 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the start of the processing of step S202 (S213).
If the predetermined time has not elapsed as a result of step S213 (S213 → no), the control unit 310 returns the process to step S211.
When the predetermined time has elapsed as a result of step S213 (S213 → yes), the display processing unit 313 displays a reject screen on the input/output unit 330 (S214). The reject screen will be described later.
By performing the processing using the smartphone 300 in this way, the processing of the drum-type washing machine 100 can be reduced as compared with embodiment 1, and thus the processing load of the drum-type washing machine 100 can be reduced.
< embodiment 3 >
(Drum type washing machine 100)
Fig. 10 is a flowchart showing a process of the drum-type washing machine 100 according to embodiment 3.
First, when the drum-type washing machine 100 is powered on (S121), the operation control unit 112 transmits its own operation signal to the smartphone 300 (S122). The operation signal includes: whether the operation is in the panel operation period or not, whether a predetermined time has elapsed after the panel operation, and the like.
After that, the operation control unit 112 determines whether or not the power supply is turned off (S123).
If the power supply is not turned off as a result of step S123 (S123 → no), the control unit 110 returns the process to step S122.
If the power has been turned off as a result of step S123 (S123 → yes), the control unit 110 ends the process.
Thus, in fig. 10, the drum-type washing machine 100 transmits the operation signal at regular time intervals. In this way, it is also possible not to inquire from the smartphone 300 whether the operation panel 10 of the drum-type washing machine 100 is in operation or not.
(Intelligent mobile phone 300)
Fig. 11 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure of the smartphone 300 according to embodiment 3.
First, the signal processing section 311 receives an operation signal (S221). Wherein the smartphone 300 continuously receives the operation signal during the start of the washing machine control application.
Then, the signal processing unit 311 determines whether the operation signal includes information indicating that the panel operation period has elapsed or not and information indicating that a predetermined time has elapsed after the panel operation (whether the operation signal is in the operation period of the operation panel 10 or not) (S222).
As a result of step S222, if the operation signal includes information indicating that the operation is being performed during the panel operation (S222 → yes), the display processing unit 313 displays a reject screen on the input/output unit 330 (S223). The reject screen will be described later.
As a result of step S222, if the operation signal does not include information indicating that the panel operation period is being performed (S222 → no), the display processing unit 313 displays the normal operation screen on the input/output unit 330 (S224).
In this manner, the present invention can be applied to a washing system S that repeatedly transmits an operation signal from the drum-type washing machine 100 for a predetermined time when the power is turned on.
< embodiment 4 >
(Drum type washing machine 100)
Fig. 12 is a flowchart showing a process of the drum-type washing machine 100 according to embodiment 4. In fig. 12, the same processes as those in fig. 6 are assigned the same step numbers.
In embodiment 4, a process performed when the operation panel 10 of the drum-type washing machine 100 is operated during the operation of the smartphone 300 will be described.
First, it is determined whether the signal processing unit 111 receives an operation signal from the smartphone 300 (S101).
When the operation signal is not received as a result of step S101 (S101 → no), the control unit 110 returns the process to step S101.
As a result of step S101, when the operation signal is received (S101 → yes), the operation control unit 112 determines whether or not the operation panel 10 is in the operation period (panel operation period) (S102).
If the operation is in the middle of the operation as a result of step S102 (S102 → yes), the operation control unit 112 determines whether the operation of the smartphone 300 has been completed earlier than the operation panel 10 (S131).
As a result of step S131, if the operation of the smartphone 300 is completed before the completion of the operation panel 10 (S131 → yes), the operation control unit 112 notifies the user of the fact that the setting process has been performed in the smartphone 300 (S132). This notification is performed by, for example, displaying a predetermined display or making a predetermined sound using a 7-segment display in the scheduled time/remaining time/detergent amount display unit 15.
Thereafter, the operation control unit 112 operates the drum-type washing machine 100 in accordance with the operation signal from the smartphone 300 (S104).
After that, the signal processing unit 111 transmits a signal indicating that the operation reception is completed (reception completion signal) to the smartphone 300 (S105).
As a result of step S131, if the operation of the operation panel 10 has been completed earlier than the operation of the smartphone 300 (S131 → no), the signal processing section 111 transmits a rejection signal to the smartphone 300 (S106).
If the operation period is not in the operation period as a result of step S102 (S102 → no), the operation control unit 112 determines whether or not a predetermined time has elapsed since the completion of the operation (S103). The certain time is, for example, 5 seconds.
If the predetermined time has not elapsed as a result of step S103 (S103 → no), the subsequent processing is the same as that in fig. 6, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
In embodiment 4, the processing of the smartphone 300 is the same as that in fig. 7, and therefore the description thereof is omitted.
In this way, when the smartphone 300 is operated in advance of the drum-type washing machine 100, the operation of the smartphone 300 is prioritized. At this time, the drum-type washing machine 100 can prevent the user from being surprised or suspected of performing a malfunction by notifying the user of information indicating that the setting process is being performed in the smartphone 300.
< example of Smart Phone 300
Fig. 13 to 15 are diagrams showing examples of screens displayed by the input/output unit 330 of the smartphone 300.
(example of the 1 st Panel)
Fig. 13 is a diagram showing an example of the 1 st screen.
The 1 st screen example is a screen displayed during a period from the time when the reject screen is displayed to the time when the acceptance completion screen is displayed after step S202 in embodiment 1 (fig. 7) and embodiment 2 (fig. 9).
In the 1 st screen example, information being transmitted is displayed so as to overlap with the operation screen. By selecting and inputting the transmission button 401 in fig. 13, the operation signal in fig. 7 and the like can be transmitted.
(example of No. 2 Panel)
Fig. 14 shows an example of the 2 nd screen.
The 2 nd screen example shows an example of the reject screen in embodiment 1 (fig. 7) and embodiment 2 (fig. 9). As shown in fig. 14, on the reject screen, "operation is possible because the subject operation is being performed", and the like are displayed. The "main body" refers to the main body of the drum-type washing machine 100.
In the example of screen 1 in fig. 13, when the rejection signal is received (S204 → y in fig. 7) or the acceptance completion signal is not received within a predetermined time from the transmission of the operation signal (step S213 → y in fig. 9), the transition is made to the example of screen 2 in fig. 14 (rejection screen).
(example of No. 3 Panel)
Fig. 15 shows an example of the 3 rd screen.
The 3 rd screen example shows an example of the reject screen in embodiment 3 (fig. 11).
As shown in fig. 15, in the reject screen, the send button 401 is displayed as being disabled (indicated by dots in fig. 15), and the operation signal cannot be sent to the drum-type washing machine 100.
By adopting such a manner, since the operation signal cannot be transmitted to the drum-type washing machine 100, it is possible to prevent the user who is operating the drum-type washing machine 100 from being surprised by the operation performed through the smartphone 300 or from being suspected of having a malfunction.
(example of No. 4 Panel)
Fig. 16 is a diagram showing an example of the 4 th screen.
The 4 th screen example shows an example of the reject screen in embodiment 1 (fig. 7) and embodiment 2 (fig. 9). As shown in fig. 16, on the reject screen, "the subject operation is performed preferentially because the subject operation is being performed", and the like are displayed. That is, in the case where an operation is performed through the operation panel 10 of the drum-type washing machine 100 while an operation is performed through the smartphone 300, the operation of the drum-type washing machine 100 is performed with priority over the operation of the smartphone 300.
As described above, the operation of the drum-type washing machine 100 is preferentially performed by the operation of the smartphone 300, and thus, the user can be prevented from being surprised or suspected of having an erroneous operation.
In the present embodiment, the downloading of the drum-type washing machine 100 may be prohibited while the operation of the smartphone 300 is rejected.
In addition to the operation of the operation panel 10, for example, a human detection sensor or the like may be used to determine whether or not a human is present in front of the drum-type washing machine 100. In this case, the operation of the smartphone 300 may not be accepted in the case of a person or within a predetermined time after the person leaves the drum-type washing machine 100.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes various modifications. For example, the above-described embodiments are intended to explain the present invention in detail for easy understanding, and are not limited to having all the structures described. Note that a part of the structure of one embodiment may be replaced with the structure of another embodiment, and the structure of another embodiment may be added to the structure of one embodiment. Further, addition, deletion, and replacement of another configuration can be performed on a part of the configurations of the respective embodiments.
Further, part or all of the above-described structures, functions, parts 110 to 112, 310 to 313, and storage units 120 and 320 may be realized by hardware by designing using an integrated circuit, for example. The above-described structures, functions, and the like may be realized by software by interpreting and executing a program that realizes the respective functions by a processor such as a CPU. Information of programs, tables, files, and the like for realizing the respective functions may be stored in hd (hard disk), and may be stored in a memory, a recording device such as ssd (solid State drive), or a recording medium such as an ic (integrated circuit) card, sd (secure digital) card, dvd (digital Versatile disk).
In the embodiments, the control lines and the information lines are required for the description, and not all the control lines and the information lines are necessarily shown for the product. In practice, it can be said that almost all structures are connected to each other.
