Background
The textile field often has the need to buttonhole holes in the work piece. The present invention addresses one of these needs: a round hole is formed in the middle of the triangular hat brim, buttonholing is needed, and lining paper is needed to be sewn at the round hole together. How to design an efficient automation device aiming at the requirements is the technical problem to be solved by the invention.

Detailed Description
The following describes the embodiments of the present invention in further detail.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a buttonholing machine workstation according to the present invention is a buttonholing device for buttonholing a workpiece with a round hole, and includes a machine table 10, and a buttonholing machine 12 is disposed on the machine table 10. The machine 10 is provided with a feeding mechanism 14 for feeding and a transfer mechanism 16.
The feeding mechanism 14 includes a supporting plate 18 for stacking workpieces, and a plurality of guide posts 20 are vertically disposed on the supporting plate 18 to limit the workpieces, wherein one guide post 20 extends into a circular hole of the workpiece. The device also comprises a bracket 22, wherein an upper sucker device 24 is arranged on the bracket 22 in a manner of moving up and down by driving of an air cylinder, and a plurality of first suckers 26 connected with a negative pressure generator are arranged below the upper sucker device 24 and above the supporting plate 18.
The feeding mechanism 14 further comprises a sliding rail 28 arranged on the machine 10, a lower sucker device 30 is movably arranged on the sliding rail 28, and a plurality of second suckers 32 connected with the negative pressure generator are upwards arranged on the lower sucker device 30. The slide rail 28 is also provided with a material pulling cylinder for driving the second sucker 32 to move up and down.
The feed mechanism 14 is operative such that the work pieces are stacked on the pallet 18 for positioning. The upper chuck device 24 moves downward to suck the workpiece and then lifts upward. In order to avoid that the first sucker 26 sucks multiple workpieces at a time, the second sucker 32 enters the lower part of the first sucker 26 along the sliding rail 28, is moved upwards by the material pulling cylinder 33 to suck the redundant workpieces, and then moves downwards to separate from the first sucker 26. The suction force of the second suction cup 32 is less than the suction force of the first suction cup 26 to avoid sucking the workpiece entirely onto the second suction cup 32.
The transfer mechanism 16 includes a horizontally rotatable rotary table 34, the rotary table 34 being horizontally provided with a first jaw 38 for transferring work pieces from the feed mechanism 14 to the buttonholing machine 12 and a second jaw 40 for transferring work pieces from the buttonholing machine 12 to the blanking area. The turntable 34 is provided with two mutually perpendicular guide rails 36, and the first clamping jaw 38 and the second clamping jaw 40 are movably arranged on one guide rail 36. The first jaw 38 is movable along the rail 36 toward the first suction cup 26 to clamp a workpiece thereon, and the rotary table 34 is then rotated 90 degrees clockwise to feed the workpiece into the keyhole of the buttonholing machine 12. The rotary table 34 rotates 90 degrees counterclockwise, the first clamping jaw 38 moves to the feeding mechanism 14 direction, the second clamping jaw 40 faces the buttonholing machine 12 just before clamping a next workpiece, the second clamping jaw can move forward along the guide rail 36 to clamp the machined workpiece, and when the rotary table 34 rotates 90 degrees clockwise, the first clamping jaw 38 can bring the workpiece to the blanking area 42 to be loosened, and blanking operation is achieved.
Further, a tray 44 for winding strip-shaped interleaving paper is further disposed on the machine 10, the interleaving paper passes under the buttonholing machine 12 and is connected to a driving wheel (not shown), the interleaving paper is driven by the driving wheel to advance, and the interleaving paper is sewn under the buttonholing machine 12 together with the workpiece. The driving wheel can be an index plate or an air cylinder, and the alternative structure is more and the technology is mature, so the driving wheel is not shown in detail.
