本发明公开了一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,包括涤纶丝本体,所述涤纶丝本体是由多个单丝均匀排列组成的丝束,所述单丝包括透气孔、叶片和黑色阻燃层,所述单丝上设有四组叶片,且四组叶片彼此之间等距离排列在透气孔外表面,四组所述叶片上均设有黑色阻燃层,且黑色阻燃层为碳黑和磷系阻燃剂混合而成的混合体层,所述涤纶丝本体的外表面还设有一层天然纤维层,且天然纤维层由蚕丝制成。该发明结构简单,阻燃效果明显,且涤纶丝吸湿、透气效果好。

一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝
技术领域
本发明涉及涤纶丝技术领域,具体为一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝。
背景技术
涤纶作为合成纤维中的三大主力纤维之一,因其优良的物理和化学特性被广泛的用于服装面料以及其他非服装领域。涤纶产品自问世以来,也曾以其悬垂好、强度高、不易起皱而被用户当做主要的纺织原料来纺织各类纺织品。但是现有技术的涤纶因为它的疏水特性使得它吸湿以及透气效果较差,而且现有技术的涤纶极限氧指数较低,然而,传统的涤纶的极限氧指数在21左右,而且极限氧指数<22属于易燃材料,则随着涤纶纤维的广泛应用,其火灾的潜在危险也日益增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,包括涤纶丝本体,所述涤纶丝本体是由多个单丝均匀排列组成的丝束,所述单丝包括透气孔、叶片和黑色阻燃层,所述单丝上设有四组叶片,且四组叶片彼此之间等距离排列在透气孔外表面,四组所述叶片上均设有黑色阻燃层,且黑色阻燃层为碳黑和磷系阻燃剂混合而成的混合体层,所述涤纶丝本体的外表面还设有一层天然纤维层,且天然纤维层由蚕丝制成。
优选的,所述单丝的横截面为X形。
优选的,所述透气孔为圆形。
优选的,所述黑色阻燃层的厚度为10-60微米。
优选的,所述天然纤维层的厚度为20-30微米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,由于单丝表面设有黑色阻燃层,使涤纶丝本体遇火时,各单丝的表面可对明火起到阻隔能力,使涤纶丝本体具有阻燃效果,同时,单丝的横截面形状为X形,这样单丝在遇到明火时容易产生收缩,使涤纶丝本体整体收紧,起到隔热、隔氧的效果,从而进一步提高涤纶丝本体的阻燃效果;此外,阻燃层为黑色,省去了涤纶丝本体的后期染色工序,避免了因涤纶丝本体的后期染色工序而造成环境污染的问题;同时,通过在单丝内设置透气孔以及在涤纶丝本体外增加一层天然纤维层,这样可以保持涤纶丝本体的吸湿、透气等良好效果,也能发挥出涤纶丝悬垂性好、不易起皱的优点。该发明结构简单,阻燃效果明显,且涤纶丝吸湿、透气效果好。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,包括涤纶丝本体1,涤纶丝本体1是由多个单丝2均匀排列组成的丝束,单丝2包括透气孔3、叶片4和黑色阻燃层5,且单丝2的横截面为X形,这样单丝2在遇到明火时容易产生收缩,使涤纶丝本体1整体收紧,起到隔热、隔氧的效果,从而进一步提高涤纶丝本体1的阻燃效果。
单丝2内设有四组叶片4,且四组叶片4彼此之间等距离排列在透气孔3外表面,使单丝2遇火时收缩性更强,透气孔3为圆形,透气效果更好,四组叶片4上均设有黑色阻燃层5,黑色阻燃层5的厚度为10-60微米,且黑色阻燃层5为碳黑和磷系阻燃剂混合而成的混合体层,使各单丝2的表面可对明火起到阻隔能力,使涤纶丝本体1具有阻燃效果,同时,阻燃层为黑色,省去了涤纶丝本体1的后期染色工序,避免了因涤纶丝本体1的后期染色工序而造成环境污染的问题。
涤纶丝本体1的外表面还设有一层天然纤维层6,且天然纤维层6的厚度为20-30微米,天然纤维层6由蚕丝制成,以保持涤纶丝本体的吸湿、透气等良好效果,也能发挥出涤纶丝悬垂性好、不易起皱的优点。
本发明工作流程:由于单丝2表面设有黑色阻燃层5,使涤纶丝本体1遇火时,各单丝2的表面可对明火起到阻隔能力,使涤纶丝本体1具有阻燃效果,同时,单丝2的横截面形状为X形,这样单丝2在遇到明火时容易产生收缩,使涤纶丝本体1整体收紧,起到隔热、隔氧的效果,从而进一步提高涤纶丝本体1的阻燃效果。
此外,阻燃层为黑色,省去了涤纶丝本体1的后期染色工序,避免了因涤纶丝本体1的后期染色工序而造成环境污染的问题;同时,通过在单丝2内设置透气孔3以及在涤纶丝本体1外增加一层天然纤维层6,这样可以保持涤纶丝本体1的吸湿、透气等良好效果,也能发挥出涤纶丝悬垂性好、不易起皱的优点。

1.一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,包括涤纶丝本体(1),其特征在于:所述涤纶丝本体(1)是由多个单丝(2)均匀排列组成的丝束,所述单丝(2)包括透气孔(3)、叶片(4)和黑色阻燃层(5),所述单丝(2)内设有四组叶片(4),且四组叶片(4)彼此之间等距离排列在透气孔(3)外表面,四组所述叶片(4)上均设有黑色阻燃层(5),且黑色阻燃层(5)为碳黑和磷系阻燃剂混合而成的混合体层,所述涤纶丝本体(1)的外表面还设有一层天然纤维层(6),且天然纤维层(6)由蚕丝制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,其特征在于:所述单丝(2)的横截面为X形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,其特征在于:所述透气孔(3)为圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有阻燃作用的涤纶丝,其特征在于:所述黑色阻燃层(5)的厚度为10-60微米。
