本发明公开了一种环保可焊接的漆包线用高性能漆料,按照重量份有以下原料组成:氢化丁氰胶占12‑18份、树脂占14‑18份、松节油占15‑20份、亚麻油10‑18份、茶籽油17‑25份、桐油占7‑12份、对苯二甲酸0.6‑0.9份、亚磷酸三苯酯占0.4‑0.9份、粘合剂占5‑10份、铜粉占7‑15份、金红石型钛白粉12‑18份、云母粉占7‑10份、二苯醚甲醛树脂12‑18份、异丙醇占1.2‑1.5份、不浮型铝粉浆液12‑16份、丁醇占0.5‑1.2份、氧化铝占1.3‑1.7份、植物香精1‑5份、石墨粉占5‑10份、氧化锌0.2‑0.5份、抗氧化剂4‑9份、钛白粉占7‑12份、氧化铝占3‑8份、水溶树脂占8‑14份、氧化锌0.3‑0.7份、硅酸铝0.2‑0.7份和三乙醇胺0.3‑0.8份。本发明具有显著的疏水性和防潮性,制备出的漆包线的力学和电学性能得到提升,提高了使用该漆包线漆的变压器等电气设备的安全性和可靠性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及变压器零部件器材相关技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保可焊接的漆包线用高性能漆料。
背景技术
随着社会的快速发展,人们在生活中对各种电机电器的依赖越来越强,对电机电器的发展也提出了越来越高的要求,其中作为电机电器中用的绝缘材料的性能提高也受到了更多的关注。作为电机电器用绝缘材料中核心部件之一的漆包线漆,是一种可以使电机绕组中导线与导线之间产生良好绝缘层的涂料,其主要用于各类线径的裸铜线、合金线及玻璃丝包线外层,以提高和稳定漆包线的性能。在各种电机电器中,对漆包线漆的性能有些很高的要求,例如漆包线漆要具有较高的机械强度,要与浸渍漆之间具有良好的相容性,能满足较高的耐热性、耐冲击性和耐油性等。尤其在大型变压器中,由于内部绕组中常常通有较强的电流,而且所述的环境比较恶劣,对包覆导线的漆包线漆的性能有着更高的要求。
在现有技术中,中国发明专利申请 201210344239.1 中披露一种漆包线漆,漆包线漆由以下各组分的原料组成 :酚醛树脂 10-12 份,200 号溶剂汽油 40-50 份,氧化锌2-4 份,桐油 20-30 份,甘油 2-4 份,炭黑 2-4 份。该漆包线漆具有良好的绝缘性、对铜线有良好的附着力,但是该发明提供的漆包线漆疏水性能较差,导致漆包线力学和电学性能下降,进而降低使用该漆包线漆的变压器等电气设备的安全性和可靠性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种环保可焊接的漆包线用高性能漆料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种环保可焊接的漆包线用高性能漆料,按照重量份有以下原料组成:氢化丁氰胶占12-18份、树脂占14-18份、松节油占15-20份、亚麻油10-18份、茶籽油17-25份、桐油占7-12份、对苯二甲酸0.6-0.9份、亚磷酸三苯酯占0.4-0.9份、粘合剂占5-10份、铜粉占7-15份、金红石型钛白粉12-18份、云母粉占7-10份、二苯醚甲醛树脂12-18份、异丙醇占1.2-1.5份、不浮型铝粉浆液12-16份、丁醇占0.5-1.2份、氧化铝占1.3-1.7份、植物香精1-5份、石墨粉占5-10份、氧化锌0.2-0.5份、抗氧化剂4-9份、钛白粉占7-12份、氧化铝占3-8份、水溶树脂占8-14份、氧化锌0.3-0.7份、硅酸铝0.2-0.7份和三乙醇胺0.3-0.8份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种环保可焊接的漆包线用高性能漆料具有显著的疏水性和防潮性,制备出的漆包线的力学和电学性能得到提升,提高了使用该漆包线漆的变压器等电气设备的安全性和可靠性等有益效果。
