Abstract

本发明公开了一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,包括储存柜体,所述储存柜体内部中间设有储物柜,所述储物柜内设有若干储物层,该温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备通过在储存柜体内部设置储物柜和空隙层,在储物柜内设置多层储物层,并在每层储物层内均设置温度传感器和湿度传感器,实现对储物层内的温度和湿度的时时监测,通过在储物层侧壁、抽屉侧壁和储存柜体的侧壁上设置通风孔,并在通风孔内设置可自由活动的百叶窗,实现该设备整体的良好的通风性,通过在空隙层内设置加热器和加湿器,实现对设备内部温度的调节,通过设置PLC控制器,并电性连接内部各器件,实现设备整体的温度可调。

技术领域
本发明涉及储存设备领域,具体为一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备。
背景技术
在鱼饲料的生产和制备过程中,需要涉及到鱼饲料的储存问题,对于鱼饲料的储存一般都有专业的储存设备,这些设备往往都需要对其内部的温度和湿度进行控制,以尽可能的延长鱼饲料的储存期,现有的鱼饲料储存设备由于自身的设计不合理而导致储存期不长,鉴于此,我们提出一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,包括储存柜体,所述储存柜体内部中间设有储物柜,所述储物柜内设有若干储物层,所述储物层的顶面上均固定安装有温度传感器和湿度传感器,所述储物层内均设有抽屉,所述抽屉的三个侧面和底面均设有若干通风孔一,所述储物层的左右两侧面均设有若干风扇和若干通风孔二,所述储存柜体内部位于储物柜的左右两侧均设有空隙层,所述空隙层的顶面和底面均固定设有加热器和加湿器,所述储存柜体的左右两侧面内均设有若干矩形通风孔,所述矩形通风孔内均安装有百叶窗,所述百叶窗均通过旋转轴一活动连接在储存柜体上,所述旋转轴一的一端外侧面上均固定设有锯齿,所述锯齿上均嵌套设有链条,所述链条的底端嵌套设在旋转轴二上,所述旋转轴二的一端连接有驱动电机。
优选的,所述储物层至少设有三层,呈纵向线性等距离排列。
优选的,所述通风孔一在抽屉的侧面和底面上均呈矩阵式排列。
优选的,所述风扇在每个储物层的侧面上均至少设有三个,呈线性等距离排列,通风孔二在每个储物层的侧面上均呈矩阵式排列,且风扇和通风孔二之间间隔设置。
优选的,所述矩形通风孔在储存柜体的左右两侧面上均至少设有三个,呈纵向线性等距离排列,且每个矩形通风孔的位置和每个储物层的位置均相对应。
优选的,所述储存柜体内部设有型号为S7-300、PLC-5或CMP2A的PLC控制器,温度传感器和湿度传感器均电性连接PLC控制器,PLC控制器分别电性连接风扇、加热器、加湿器、驱动电机。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备通过在储存柜体内部设置储物柜和空隙层,在储物柜内设置多层储物层,并在每层储物层内均设置温度传感器和湿度传感器,实现对储物层内的温度和湿度的时时监测,通过在储物层侧壁、抽屉侧壁和储存柜体的侧壁上设置通风孔,并在通风孔内设置可自由活动的百叶窗,实现该设备整体的良好的通风性,通过在空隙层内设置加热器和加湿器,实现对设备内部温度的调节,通过设置P型号为S7-300、PLC-5或CMP2A的LC控制器,并电性连接内部各器件,实现设备整体的温度可调。

请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,包括储存柜体1,储存柜体1内部中间设有储物柜2,储物柜2内设有若干储物层3,储物层3至少设有三层,呈纵向线性等距离排列,储物层3的顶面上均固定安装有温度传感器4和湿度传感器5,储物层3内均设有抽屉6,抽屉6的三个侧面和底面均设有若干通风孔一7,通风孔一7在抽屉6的侧面和底面上均呈矩阵式排列,储物层3的左右两侧面均设有若干风扇8和若干通风孔二9,风扇8在每个储物层3的侧面上均至少设有三个,呈线性等距离排列,通风孔二9在每个储物层3的侧面上均呈矩阵式排列,且风扇8和通风孔二9之间间隔设置,储存柜体1内部位于储物柜2的左右两侧均设有空隙层10,空隙层10的顶面和底面均固定设有加热器11和加湿器12,储存柜体1的左右两侧面内均设有若干矩形通风孔13,矩形通风孔13在储存柜体1的左右两侧面上均至少设有三个,呈纵向线性等距离排列,且每个矩形通风孔13的位置和每个储物层3的位置均相对应,矩形通风孔13内均安装有百叶窗14,百叶窗14均通过旋转轴一15活动连接在储存柜体1上,旋转轴一15的一端外侧面上均固定设有锯齿16,锯齿16上均嵌套设有链条17,链条17的底端嵌套设在旋转轴二18上,旋转轴二18的一端连接有驱动电机19,储存柜体1内部设有型号为S7-300、PLC-5或CMP2A的PLC控制器,温度传感器4和湿度传感器5均电性连接PLC控制器,PLC控制器分别电性连接风扇8、加热器11、加湿器12、驱动电机19,PLC控制器内部的光电耦合电路和微机的输入接口电路共同构成PLC与现场控制的接口界面的输入接口电路,通过输入接口电路将温度传感器4和湿度传感器5的信号传递至PLC控制器内部的中央处理单元,中央处理单元将相应的控制信号通过由输出数据寄存器、选通电路和中断请求电路组成的输出接口电路传递至风扇8、加热器11、加湿器12和驱动电机19。
工作原理:温度传感器4和湿度传感器5对储物层3内部的温度和湿度进行时时监测,如果温度过高,温度传感器4会将信号传递至PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制风扇8和驱动电机19正向转动,驱动电机19通过链条17带动各个旋转轴一15转动,从而打开百叶窗14,使储存柜体1内部的空气流通进行降温,如果温度过低,温度传感器4会将信号传递至型号为S7-300、PLC-5或CMP2A的PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制加热器11产生热量,提升温度,如果湿度传感器5检测到湿度过高,会将信号传递至PLC控制器,控制风扇8和百叶窗14打开通风,并打开加热器11产热去湿,如果湿度过低,湿度传感器5会将信号传递至PLC控制器,控制加湿器12打开,增加湿度。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,包括储存柜体(1),其特征在于:所述储存柜体(1)内部中间设有储物柜(2),所述储物柜(2)内设有若干储物层(3),所述储物层(3)的顶面上均固定安装有温度传感器(4)和湿度传感器(5),所述储物层(3)内均设有抽屉(6),所述抽屉(6)的三个侧面和底面均设有若干通风孔一(7),所述储物层(3)的左右两侧面均设有若干风扇(8)和若干通风孔二(9),所述储存柜体(1)内部位于储物柜(2)的左右两侧均设有空隙层(10),所述空隙层(10)的顶面和底面均固定设有加热器(11)和加湿器(12),所述储存柜体(1)的左右两侧面内均设有若干矩形通风孔(13),所述矩形通风孔(13)内均安装有百叶窗(14),所述百叶窗(14)均通过旋转轴一(15)活动连接在储存柜体(1)上,所述旋转轴一(15)的一端外侧面上均固定设有锯齿(16),所述锯齿(16)上均嵌套设有链条(17),所述链条(17)的底端嵌套设在旋转轴二(18)上,所述旋转轴二(18)的一端连接有驱动电机(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,其特征在于:所述储物层(3)至少设有三层,呈纵向线性等距离排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,其特征在于:所述通风孔一(7)在抽屉(6)的侧面和底面上均呈矩阵式排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,其特征在于:所述风扇(8)在每个储物层(3)的侧面上均至少设有三个,呈线性等距离排列,通风孔二(9)在每个储物层(3)的侧面上均呈矩阵式排列,且风扇(8)和通风孔二(9)之间间隔设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,其特征在于:所述矩形通风孔(13)在储存柜体(1)的左右两侧面上均至少设有三个,呈纵向线性等距离排列,且每个矩形通风孔(13)的位置和每个储物层(3)的位置均相对应。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种温度可控的鱼饲料储存设备,其特征在于:所述储存柜体(1)内部设有型号为S7-300、PLC-5或CMP2A的PLC控制器,温度传感器(4)和湿度传感器(5)均电性连接PLC控制器,PLC控制器分别电性连接风扇(8)、加热器(11)、加湿器(12)、驱动电机(19)。
