The invention discloses a wiring harness plug-in unit, which comprises a plug-in unit body, at least two plug-in unit terminals and a terminal locking piece, wherein the plug-in unit body is provided with a plurality of plug-in unit terminals; the plug-in body is provided with at least two terminal through holes along the axial direction, and the plug-in terminals are correspondingly plugged in the terminal through holes one by one; a terminal locking groove is radially arranged on the plug-in body, and a locking selection groove is arranged on one side wall of the terminal locking groove; the terminal locking piece is arranged in the terminal locking groove and comprises a locking body and a locking selection piece; the locking selector cooperates with the locking selector slot to selectively lock one or more of the card terminals in the terminal bores. The terminal locking piece is used for locking the plug-in terminal, so that the fixing reliability is improved; the locking selection piece is matched with the locking selection groove, the plug-in terminals needing to be locked are selectively locked, the plug-in terminals not needing to be locked are loosened, and the locking reliability of the rest plug-in terminals can be ensured while the partial plug-in terminals are installed or disassembled.

The automobile wiring harness plug-in components are transition structures for current transmission, the number of the automobile wiring harness plug-in components is large, and the structures of various automobile wiring harness plug-in components are different. Traditional car wiring harness plug-in components are whole to accomplish the manufacturing through injection moulding once, and in whole car wiring harness cost, car wiring harness plug-in components cost accounts for a great deal of weight, according to statistics, and car wiring harness plug-in components account for more than 30% in the wiring harness cost, and is higher even.
Generally, there is a terminal in the automotive wiring harness plug-in, and after the plug-in is connected with the plug-in (generally, male and female plug-in), the terminal in the plug-in is finally clamped (generally, male and female terminals), so as to realize the transmission of current. The connection of the automobile wire harness is realized by the engagement of the terminals in the plug-in unit, so the reliability of the terminal clamping directly influences the transmission of current and finally influences the work of electric devices. The safe and reliable clamping of the automobile wire harness terminal is an important content of automobile electrical design.
The current terminal is clamped only by a simple elastic sheet, the clamping reliability is low, and the terminal is very easy to break away from a plug-in unit, so that potential safety hazards are generated.

The invention aims to provide a wiring harness plug-in unit, which solves the problems, increases the reliability of fixing a terminal, avoids the terminal from being separated from the plug-in unit and avoids potential safety hazards.
The invention provides a wire harness plug-in unit, which comprises a plug-in unit body, at least two plug-in unit terminals and a terminal locking piece, wherein the plug-in unit body is provided with a plurality of plug-in unit terminals;
the plug-in body is provided with at least two terminal through holes along the axial direction, and the plug-in terminals are correspondingly plugged in the terminal through holes one by one; a terminal locking groove is formed in the plug-in body in the radial direction and communicated with the terminal through hole, and a locking selection groove is formed in one side wall of the terminal locking groove;
the terminal locking piece is arranged in the terminal locking groove and comprises a locking body and a locking selection piece, and the locking selection piece is fixedly connected with one side of the locking body; the locking selection piece is matched with the locking selection groove, so that the locking body selectively locks one or more plug-in terminals in the terminal through holes.
In the above wire harness insert, it is preferable that the insert terminal is provided with a terminal fitting groove, and the terminal fitting groove is exposed to the outside through the terminal locking groove;
the terminal locking piece further comprises a terminal locking bulge, the terminal locking bulge is fixedly connected with the locking body, and the locking body locks the plug-in unit terminal in the terminal through hole through the terminal locking bulge; the terminal locking protrusion is clamped in the terminal matching groove to lock the plug-in terminal.

According to the invention, the terminal locking piece is used for locking the plug-in terminal, so that the fixing reliability is increased, the locking selection piece is matched with the locking selection groove, the plug-in terminal needing to be locked is selectively locked, the plug-in terminal not needing to be locked is released, and the locking reliability of the other plug-in terminals can be ensured while the partial plug-in terminals are installed or disassembled.

At least two terminal through holes 11 are axially formed in the plug-in body 10, and the plug-in terminals 20 are correspondingly plugged into the terminal through holes 11 one by one; the card body 10 is provided with terminal locking grooves 12 along a radial direction, the terminal locking grooves 12 are communicated with the terminal through holes 11, and one side wall of the terminal locking grooves 12 is provided with locking selection grooves 121.
The terminal locking piece 30 is arranged in the terminal locking groove 12, the terminal locking piece 30 comprises a locking body 31 and a locking selection piece 32, and the locking selection piece 32 is fixedly connected with one side of the locking body 31; the locking selector 32 cooperates with the locking selection slot 121 to enable the locking body 31 to selectively lock one or more card terminals 20 in the terminal through-hole 11.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal locking piece 30 is used for locking the plug-in terminals 20, so that the fixing reliability is increased, the locking selection piece 32 is matched with the locking selection groove 121 to selectively lock the plug-in terminals 20 needing to be locked, the plug-in terminals 20 not needing to be locked are released, and the locking reliability of the rest plug-in terminals 20 can be ensured while the mounting or dismounting operation is carried out on part of the plug-in terminals 20.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, it can be seen that the number of the locking selection pieces 32 and the locking selection grooves 121 is three, and those skilled in the art will understand that the number of the locking selection pieces 32 and the locking selection grooves 121 needs to be set according to the number of the card terminals 20.
Referring to fig. 5, three locking selection members 32 are respectively inserted into the three locking selection grooves 121 to lock the three card terminals 20. Referring to fig. 6, when the rightmost card terminal 20 needs to be mounted or dismounted, two locking selectors 32 of the three locking selectors 32 are used to lock the other two card terminals 20, and the rightmost card terminal 20 is released, so that the card terminal 20 can be operated independently, and the stability of the other two card terminals 20 is not affected while the rightmost card terminal 20 is smoothly mounted or dismounted; referring to fig. 7, when the two right plug-in terminals 20 need to be disassembled, the leftmost plug-in terminal 20 can be locked, and the two right plug-in terminals 20 can be released;
preferably, in one embodiment, when only one card terminal 20 in the middle needs to be operated, one terminal locking member 30 may be used to lock the leftmost card terminal 20, and another terminal locking member 30 may be used to lock the rightmost card terminal 20, so as to further improve the convenience of use.
Further, the card terminal 20 is provided with a terminal fitting groove 21, and the terminal fitting groove 21 is exposed to the outside through the terminal locking groove 12; the terminal locking member 30 further includes a terminal locking protrusion 33, the terminal locking protrusion 33 is fixedly connected with the locking body 31, and the locking body 31 locks the plug-in terminal 20 in the terminal through hole 11 through the terminal locking protrusion 33; the terminal locking projections 33 are engaged in the terminal fitting grooves 21 to lock the card terminal 20.
That is, the locking member locks the card terminal 20 by the terminal locking projection 33; preferably, the terminal locking protrusion 33 is a strip-shaped protrusion, and the length of the terminal locking protrusion 33 is adapted to the length of the terminal locking groove 12; or the terminal locking protrusion 33 includes a plurality of locking segments, the plurality of locking segments are respectively fixedly connected to the locking body 31, and the interval between adjacent locking segments is the same as the interval between adjacent terminal through holes 11. That is, the terminal locking projection 33 may be a single body or a split body of a multiple locking split pattern.
Further, the wire harness plug-in unit according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a locking limiting member 50, please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, wherein the locking limiting member 50 is fixedly disposed on the other side wall of the terminal locking groove 12; a locking step 34 is provided between the terminal locking protrusion 33 and the locking body 31, and the locking limiting member 50 is pressed against the locking step 34 to limit the terminal locking member 30. It can be seen that when the terminal lock 30 is installed in the terminal lock groove 12, the lock stopper 50 is located just above the lock step 34, so as to prevent the terminal lock 30 from jumping up out of the terminal lock groove 12.
Further, the wire harness insert provided by the embodiment of the present invention further includes a terminal protection member 40, the terminal protection member 40 is provided with a terminal protection hole 41; one end of the card body 10 is provided with a terminal protection groove 13, a terminal guard 40 is provided in the terminal protection groove 13, and the terminal guard 40 can slide in the terminal protection groove 13 to align or misalign the terminal protection hole 41 with the terminal penetration hole 11.
When it is necessary to use the terminal penetration hole 11, the terminal guard 40 is moved so that the terminal guard hole 41 is aligned with the terminal penetration hole 11; in contrast, when the terminal penetration hole 11 is not required to be used, the terminal guard 40 is moved so that the terminal guard hole 41 is misaligned with the terminal penetration hole 11, thereby shielding the terminal penetration hole 11 from foreign substances such as dust entering the terminal penetration hole 11.
Preferably, the terminal protection member 40 is provided with a moving handle 42, and the moving handle 42 can slide the terminal protection member 40 in the terminal protection groove 13. The operator can move the terminal guard 40 by operating the moving handle 42, thereby increasing the convenience of operation. It will be appreciated that the moving handle 42 extends slightly outside the terminal protection groove 13 for easy use by the operator.

1. A wiring harness plug-in comprises a plug-in body, at least two plug-in terminals and a terminal locking piece;
the plug-in body is provided with at least two terminal through holes along the axial direction, and the plug-in terminals are correspondingly plugged in the terminal through holes one by one; the plug-in unit body is provided with a terminal locking groove along the radial direction, and the terminal locking groove is communicated with the terminal through hole;
the terminal locking piece is arranged in the terminal locking groove and comprises a locking body and a locking selection piece, and the locking selection piece is fixedly connected with one side of the locking body; the locking selection piece is matched with the locking selection groove, so that the locking body selectively locks one or more plug-in terminals in the terminal through holes.
2. The wire harness insert of claim 1, wherein the insert terminal is provided with a terminal fitting groove, the terminal fitting groove being exposed to the outside through the terminal locking groove;
the terminal locking piece further comprises a terminal locking bulge, the terminal locking bulge is fixedly connected with the locking body, and the locking body locks the plug-in unit terminal in the terminal through hole through the terminal locking bulge; the terminal locking protrusion is clamped in the terminal matching groove to lock the plug-in terminal.
