the clamping elastic sheet 132 is provided with a first clamping hole 1321; the locking elastic piece 610 comprises an elastic piece body 611 and a plug-in locking protrusion 612, the elastic piece body 611 is fixedly connected with the clamping shell 131, and the plug-in locking protrusion 612 is fixedly connected to one end of the elastic piece body 611 and extends towards the clamping elastic piece 132; the plug-in locking protrusion 612 is fixedly clamped in the first clamping hole 1321, so that the locking elastic sheet 610 locks the clamping elastic sheet 132 for one time; when the first latch 510 abuts against the locking spring 610, the plug-in locking protrusion 612 is separated from the first latch hole 1321 to release the primary locking.
Referring to fig. 15 to 16, it can be seen that one end of the locking elastic piece 610 is inclined downward by a certain angle, and the plug-in unit locking protrusion 612 is fixed at the end, so that when the locking elastic piece 610 is inserted into the clamping gap 133, the plug-in unit locking protrusion 612 can be smoothly clamped in the first clamping hole 1321.
In order to increase the effect of primary locking, the locking elastic piece 610 further includes a limiting protrusion 613, the limiting protrusion 613 is fixedly connected to one end of the elastic piece body 611 far away from the plug-in locking protrusion 612, and the plug-in locking protrusion 612 extends towards a direction far away from the snap elastic piece 132; a limiting wall 1311 is arranged on one side, facing the clamping elastic sheet 132, of the clamping shell 131; when the insert locking protrusion 612 is fixedly clamped in the first clamping hole 1321, the limiting protrusion 613 abuts against the limiting wall 1311.
Preferably, the limiting wall 1311 is an inclined wall surface, the limiting wall 1311 inclines towards a direction close to the first clamping hole 1321, and the limiting wall 1311 is matched with the limiting protrusion 613, so that the locking elastic piece 610 can be prevented from moving leftward (i.e., the elastic resetting piece 650 is prevented from driving the locking elastic piece 610 to move leftward), the plug-in locking protrusion 612 is prevented from being separated from the first clamping hole 1321, and a locking effect is increased.

referring to fig. 15 and fig. 16, a second clamping hole 1312 is formed at an end of the clamping housing 131 close to the first clamping hole 1321; the elastic reset element 650 is used to make the plug-in locking protrusion 612 fixedly clamped in the second clamping hole 1312, so that the locking spring 610 performs secondary locking on the clamping spring 132.
As shown in fig. 15, the second latching hole 1312 is located at the left side of the first latching hole 1321, when the male connector 500 is plugged into the female connector 100, the plug-in locking protrusion 612 is fixedly latched into the first latching hole 1321, when the male connector 500 is plugged into the female connector 100, the first latching member 510 moves rightward along with the male connector 500 and contacts and presses the plug-in locking protrusion 612, so that the plug-in locking protrusion 612 moves upward to be separated from the first latching hole 1321, the limit protrusion 613 moves downward to separate the limit wall 1311 (fig. 16), and the elastic reset member 650 applies a leftward acting force to the locking spring 610, so that the locking spring 610 moves leftward until the plug-in locking protrusion 612 is latched into the second latching hole 1312; at this time, the first clip member 510 is fixedly clipped in the first clip hole 1321, the plug-in locking protrusion 612 is fixedly clipped in the second clip hole 1312, and the locking spring 610 exerts a downward acting force towards the clip spring 132, so as to prevent the clip spring 132 from moving up and down, so that the first clip member 510 is reliably fixed in the first clip hole 1321, and the male plug-in unit 500 is prevented from being separated from the female plug-in unit 100.

Preferably, the female connector 100 further comprises a pressing member 140, and the pressing member 140 is fixedly connected to an end of the inner core body 120 far away from the second clamping member 130; a locking vacancy 142 is formed between the pressing piece 140 and the second clamping piece 130; the card lock 600 further comprises a locking judgment part 620, and the locking judgment part 620 is fixedly connected with the locking spring 610; when the locking elastic sheet 610 is inserted into the clamping gap 133, the locking judgment part 620 is positioned in the locking vacant position 142; both ends of the elastic restoring member 650 are connected to the pressing member 140 and the locking judging member 620, respectively.
The locking judgment part 620 may be used to connect the elastic reset part 650, and the user may also perform an operation by holding the locking judgment part 620 when releasing the secondary locking, thereby increasing the convenience of the operation.
In addition, the locking judgment part 620 can also be used for judging whether the male plug-in unit 500 and the female plug-in unit 100 are inserted in place, and specifically, when the locking elastic sheet 610 secondarily locks the clamping elastic sheet 132, the locking judgment part 620 abuts against the clamping shell 131. That is, when the locking judgment part 620 abuts against the clamping housing 131, it is proved that the male plug-in unit 500 and the female plug-in unit 100 are inserted in place, the locking elastic sheet 610 secondarily locks the clamping elastic sheet 132 in place, and conversely, when a gap exists between the locking judgment part 620 and the clamping housing 131, it is proved that the male plug-in unit 500 and the female plug-in unit 100 are not clamped in place.
Preferably, the card lock 600 further comprises a lock guide plate 630, the lock guide plate 630 is fixedly connected with the lock judgment member 620, and a lock guide slot 631 is formed in the lock guide plate 630; a locking slide guiding strip 1322 is arranged on the clamping elastic sheet 132; when the locking elastic sheet 610 is inserted into the clamping gap 133, the locking guiding sliding strip 1322 slides along the locking guiding groove 631. This structure can lead the removal of plug-in components locking piece 600, guarantees that plug-in components locking piece 600 operates steadily. Preferably, the locking guide groove 631 is an arc-shaped guide groove, and the locking guide rail 1322 is an arc-shaped guide rail.
Further, the number of the pressing members 140 is two, and the two pressing members 140 are provided with first mounting holes 141; the locking judgment part 620 is provided with two second mounting holes 621; the number of the elastic reset pieces 650 is two, one end of each of the two elastic reset pieces 650 is connected to the first mounting hole 141, and the other end of each of the two elastic reset pieces 650 is connected to the second mounting hole 621.

1. The wiring harness plug-in is characterized by comprising a female plug-in, wherein the female plug-in comprises an outer shell, an inner core body and a sealing ring;
the sealing ring is sleeved on the inner core body;
a first elastic sheet is arranged on one inner side wall of the outer shell, and a second elastic sheet is arranged on the other opposite inner side wall; the first elastic sheet is fixedly provided with a first clamping bulge and a sliding guide bulge, and the second elastic sheet is fixedly provided with a second clamping bulge;
a sliding guide groove is formed in one outer side wall of the inner core body, first clamping grooves are formed in two sides of the sliding guide groove, and a second clamping groove is formed in the other opposite outer side wall of the sliding guide groove;
the inner core body is fixedly inserted into the outer shell, and the sliding guide protrusion slides along the sliding guide groove and is finally clamped at the end part of the sliding guide groove; the first clamping bulge is fixedly clamped in the first clamping groove, and the second clamping bulge is fixedly clamped in the second clamping groove;
the wiring harness insert further comprises an insert terminal and a terminal locking piece;
the inner core body is provided with at least two terminal through holes along the axial direction, and the plug-in terminals are correspondingly plugged in the terminal through holes one by one; a terminal locking groove is formed in the inner core body in the radial direction and communicated with the terminal through hole, and a locking selection groove is formed in one side wall of the terminal locking groove;
the terminal locking piece is arranged in the terminal locking groove and comprises a locking body and a locking selection piece, and the locking selection piece is fixedly connected with one side of the locking body; the locking selection piece is matched with the locking selection groove, so that the locking body selectively locks one or more plug-in terminals in the terminal through holes.
2. The wire harness insert of claim 1, wherein the insert terminal is provided with a terminal fitting groove, the terminal fitting groove being exposed to the outside through the terminal locking groove;

the locking elastic sheet comprises an elastic sheet body and an insert locking bulge, the elastic sheet body is fixedly connected with the clamping shell, and the insert locking bulge is fixedly connected to one end of the elastic sheet body and extends towards the clamping elastic sheet; the plug-in locking bulge is fixedly clamped in the first clamping hole, so that the locking elastic sheet can lock the clamping elastic sheet for the first time;
when the first clamping piece abuts against the locking elastic sheet, the plug-in locking protrusion is separated from the first clamping hole so as to release the primary locking;
the locking elastic sheet further comprises a limiting bulge, the limiting bulge is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the plug-in unit locking bulge, of the elastic sheet body, and the plug-in unit locking bulge extends towards the direction far away from the clamping elastic sheet;
one side of the clamping shell facing the clamping elastic sheet is provided with a limiting wall;

when the locking elastic sheet locks the clamping elastic sheet for the second time, the locking judgment piece abuts against the clamping shell.
