本发明公开了一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统,包括充电器和蓄电池,所述充电器的正极输出端与蓄电池的正极输入端连接,充电器的负极输出端与蓄电池的负极输入端连接,蓄电池的正极输出端和负极输出端均与控制器连接,控制器的电流输出端与电动机连接,控制器的刹车信号接口与刹车启动器连接,充电器还设有信号输出口,所述充电器内部的负极输出线与信号输出口连接,信号输出口通过电线与控制器的刹车信号接口连接。能在电动车充电时使电动车的电动机持续处于断电状态,从而防止由于人员误操作导致的车辆移动。

一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动车充电系统,具体是一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统。
背景技术
目前市场上电动车的充电系统,其仅具有为电动车的蓄电池补充电量的功能,随着电动车电子元件的不断增加,车辆电器件对于电流的敏感程度逐步提高,充电系统在给予车辆补充电量时的大电流工作会对除蓄电池之外的电子元件造成一定影响,另外在对电动车进行充电的过程中,如电动车处于启动状态(即未拔出车钥匙),这时使用者误操作转动车把吗,则会导致电动车在充电时开始移动,进而不仅会对充电系统造成影响,而且还会威胁到使用者的安全,另外在充电过程中,由于其他使用者未注意车辆处于充电状态,通过车钥匙启动电动车使用时也会导致电动车在充电时开始移动,进而不仅会对充电系统造成影响,而且还会威胁到使用者的安全;因此本行业亟需一种充电系统,其具有在充电时使电动车的驱动电路不工作(无论是否通过车钥匙启动电动车)。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统,能在电动车充电时使电动车的电动机持续处于断电状态,从而防止由于人员误操作导致的车辆移动。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统,包括充电器和蓄电池,所述充电器的正极输出端与蓄电池的正极输入端连接,充电器的负极输出端与蓄电池的负极输入端连接,蓄电池的正极输出端和负极输出端均与控制器连接,控制器的电流输出端与电动机连接,控制器的刹车信号接口与刹车启动器连接,充电器还设有信号输出口,所述充电器内部的负极输出线与信号输出口连接,信号输出口通过电线与控制器的刹车信号接口连接。
进一步,所述充电器内设有充电模块,充电模块包括稳压电路和整流电路。
进一步,所述蓄电池为锂电池或镍氢电池。
进一步,所述刹车启动器为刹车把手或刹车踏板。
与现有技术相比,本发明在充电器上设置信号输出口,并在充电器内部使负极输出线与信号输出口连接,在使用充电器充电时,将信号输出口与控制器的刹车信号接口通过电线连接,市电通过充电器整流和稳压后对蓄电池进行充电,同时信号输出口输出充电器的负极电流给控制器的刹车信号接口,控制器接收到负极电流后,切断蓄电池与电动机的连接,从而在电动车充电时无论是否通过车钥匙启动电动车,使用人均不能使电动机工作,最终防止由于人员误操作导致的车辆移动。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明作进一步说明。
如图3和图4所示,本发明包括充电器和蓄电池,所述充电器的正极输出端与蓄电池的正极输入端连接,充电器的负极输出端与蓄电池的负极输入端连接,蓄电池的正极输出端和负极输出端均与控制器连接,控制器的电流输出端与电动机连接,控制器的刹车信号接口与刹车启动器连接,充电器还设有信号输出口,所述充电器内部的负极输出线与信号输出口连接,信号输出口通过电线与控制器的刹车信号接口连接。
进一步,所述充电器内设有充电模块,充电模块包括稳压电路和整流电路。
进一步,所述蓄电池为锂电池或镍氢电池。
进一步,所述刹车启动器为刹车把手或刹车踏板。
在未进行充电时,此时充电器与蓄电池未连接,同时充电器的信号输出口与控制器的刹车信号接口未连接,通过车钥匙启动车辆后,蓄电池通过控制器正常给电动机供电,从而是电动车正常移动,在需要减速时,使用者通过刹车启动器动作,使刹车装置对电动车进行制动,同时刹车启动器会发送刹车信号经刹车信号接口给控制器,控制器此时会切断蓄电池与电动机之间的供电通路,使电动机无动力输出,这两者同时作用保证电动车正常的刹车制动过程;
在开始对电动车进行充电时,将信号输出口与控制器的刹车信号接口通过电线连接,同时充电器与蓄电池连接,市电通过充电器整流和稳压后对蓄电池进行充电,同时信号输出口输出充电器的负极电流给控制器的刹车信号接口,控制器接收到负极电流后,切断蓄电池与电动机的连接,从而在电动车充电时无论是否通过车钥匙启动电动车,使用人均不能使电动机工作,最终防止由于人员误操作导致的车辆移动。

1.一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统,包括充电器和蓄电池,所述充电器的正极输出端与蓄电池的正极输入端连接,充电器的负极输出端与蓄电池的负极输入端连接,蓄电池的正极输出端和负极输出端均与控制器连接,控制器的电流输出端与电动机连接,控制器的刹车信号接口与刹车启动器连接,其特征在于,充电器还设有信号输出口,所述充电器内部的负极输出线与信号输出口连接,信号输出口通过电线与控制器的刹车信号接口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统,其特征在于,所述充电器内设有充电模块,充电模块包括稳压电路和整流电路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统,其特征在于,所述蓄电池为锂电池或镍氢电池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种充电时防止电动车移动的充电系统,其特征在于,所述刹车启动器为刹车把手或刹车踏板。
