本发明公开了一种杀虫剂,由如下重量份的原料制成,马钱子10份~15份、地黄5份~10份、白芷8份~15份、白胡椒10份~15份、蛋白粉5份~8份、百部2份~6份、甘草3份~8份、苦皮藤3份~6份、大豆油2份~6份、香草1份~5份、洋金花2份~4份、水150份~280份。其制备方法为,首先,将马钱子、地黄、白芷、白胡椒和蛋白粉混合均匀,粉碎、过筛,得到混合粉,之后将百部、甘草、苦皮藤、香草、洋金花和水混合均匀后浸泡在乙醇中,过滤去除滤渣,得到滤液,最后将大豆油与混合粉、滤液混合均匀,即可。该杀虫剂对农作物害虫具有较强的杀伤力,可以有效的解决农药残留对人体产生潜在危害的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于农用药品制备工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种杀虫剂,还涉及该杀虫剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,用于粮食和蔬菜的杀虫药品越来越引起人们的关注,对于食品安全、优质、环保也提出了更高的要求。目前,防治病虫害最主要的方法是化学防治法,由于其作用快、效果好、使用方便且不受地区季节性限制,而被广泛的使用,而这些农药80%都属于人工合成试剂,其毒性较大,气味浓烈,降解困难,且长期接触或食用含有农药杀虫剂残留的食品,可使农药杀虫剂在人体内不断积累,对人体的健康构成潜在威胁,另外,大规模使用农药会严重破坏生态环境,污染环境,不利于生态环境的可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种杀虫剂,解决了现有杀虫剂杀虫效果差且存在农药残留的问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种杀虫剂,由如下重量份的原料制成,马钱子10份~15份、地黄5份~10份、白芷8份~15份、白胡椒10份~15份、蛋白粉5份~8份、百部2份~6份、甘草3份~8份、苦皮藤3份~6份、大豆油2份~6份、香草1份~5份、洋金花2份~4份、水150份~280份。
本发明所采用的另一技术方案是,一种杀虫剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,按以下重量份分别称取如下原料:马钱子10份~15份、地黄5份~10份、白芷8份~15份、白胡椒10份~15份、蛋白粉5份~8份、百部2份~6份、甘草3份~8份、苦皮藤3份~6份、大豆油2份~6份、香草1份~5份、洋金花2份~4份、水150份~280份;
步骤2,将马钱子、地黄、白芷、白胡椒和蛋白粉混合均匀,粉碎、过筛,得到混合粉,备用;
步骤3,将百部、甘草、苦皮藤、香草、洋金花和水混合均匀后浸泡在乙醇中,过滤去除滤渣,得到滤液,备用;
步骤4,将大豆油与经步骤2后得到的混合粉、步骤3后得到的滤液混合均匀,即可得到杀虫剂。
本发明的特点还在于,
步骤2中,过筛时采用80目~100目的筛网。
步骤3中,浸泡温度为50℃~65℃,浸泡时间为2h~3h。
步骤3中,乙醇的质量百分浓度为65%~70%。
本发明的有益效果是,该杀虫剂对农作物害虫具有较强的杀伤力,可以有效的解决农药残留对人体产生潜在危害的问题,同时,该杀虫剂制备工艺简单,生产成本低廉,可适用于大规模生产。

其中,浸泡温度为52℃,浸泡时间为2.5h;
乙醇的质量百分浓度为65%;
步骤4,将大豆油与经步骤2后得到的混合粉、步骤3后得到的滤液混合均匀,即可得到杀虫剂。

一种杀虫剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,按以下重量份分别称取如下原料:马钱子12份、地黄6份、白芷12份、白胡椒10份、蛋白粉5份、百部3份、甘草5份、苦皮藤5份、大豆油3份、香草3份、洋金花3份、水200份;
步骤2,将马钱子、地黄、白芷、白胡椒和蛋白粉混合均匀,粉碎、过筛,得到混合粉,备用;
其中,过筛时采用100目的筛网;
步骤3,将百部、甘草、苦皮藤、香草、洋金花和水混合均匀后浸泡在乙醇中,过滤去除滤渣,得到滤液,备用;
其中,浸泡温度为58℃,浸泡时间为2.5h;
乙醇的质量百分浓度为68%;
步骤4,将大豆油与经步骤2后得到的混合粉、步骤3后得到的滤液混合均匀,即可得到杀虫剂。

一种杀虫剂的制备方法,具体步骤如下:

步骤2,将马钱子、地黄、白芷、白胡椒和蛋白粉混合均匀,粉碎、过筛,得到混合粉,备用;
其中,过筛时采用100目的筛网;
步骤3,将百部、甘草、苦皮藤、香草、洋金花和水混合均匀后浸泡在乙醇中,过滤去除滤渣,得到滤液,备用;
其中,浸泡温度为65℃,浸泡时间为3h;
乙醇的质量百分浓度为70%;
步骤4,将大豆油与经步骤2后得到的混合粉、步骤3后得到的滤液混合均匀,即可得到杀虫剂。

其中,过筛时采用100目的筛网;
步骤3,将百部、甘草、苦皮藤、香草、洋金花和水混合均匀后浸泡在乙醇中,过滤去除滤渣,得到滤液,备用;
其中,浸泡温度为65℃,浸泡时间为3h;
乙醇的质量百分浓度为70%;
步骤4,将大豆油与经步骤2后得到的混合粉、步骤3后得到的滤液混合均匀,即可得到杀虫剂。
本发明方法制备的杀虫剂对农作物害虫具有较强的杀伤力,可以有效的解决农药残留对人体产生潜在危害的问题,同时,该杀虫剂制备工艺简单,生产成本低廉,可适用于大规模生产。

1.一种杀虫剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制成,马钱子10份~15份、地黄5份~10份、白芷8份~15份、白胡椒10份~15份、蛋白粉5份~8份、百部2份~6份、甘草3份~8份、苦皮藤3份~6份、大豆油2份~6份、香草1份~5份、洋金花2份~4份、水150份~280份。
2.一种杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
步骤1,按以下重量份分别称取如下原料:马钱子10份~15份、地黄5份~10份、白芷8份~15份、白胡椒10份~15份、蛋白粉5份~8份、百部2份~6份、甘草3份~8份、苦皮藤3份~6份、大豆油2份~6份、香草1份~5份、洋金花2份~4份、水150份~280份;
