本发明提供一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,涉及养殖技术领域,本发明的竹鼠的生态养殖法包括以下步骤:(1)小竹鼠期养殖、(2)中竹鼠期养殖、(3)大竹鼠期养殖、(4)养殖舍管理;本发明将竹鼠的养殖分为小竹鼠、中竹鼠以及大竹鼠三个阶段进行分阶段管理,每个阶段针对竹鼠的生长特点做不同处理,使得养殖效益达到最大化,在加速竹鼠生长的同时,又可以保证竹鼠肉品质,而且不会影响食用者的健康,养殖得到的竹鼠肌肉结实,肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,且养殖成本低,效益高,值得推广。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种竹鼠的生态养殖法。
【背景技术】
竹鼠(Rhizomyidae)洞学名竹老鼠,鼠,又称竹馏、芒狸、竹鼠鼠,竹狸、竹根鼠、冬毛老鼠等,属哺乳纲啮齿目竹属。竹鼠因吃竹子而得名,因此竹子便是养殖竹鼠最好的饲料。喜栖息于竹林、马尾松林及山地阳坡草丛下,营地下生活,穴居。全世界共计有3属6种:非洲竹鼠属2种(东非的特有种)、竹鼠属3种、小竹鼠属1种(亚洲特有,见于中国南部),在中国有1属3种。
竹鼠体大肉多,味道鲜美,营养丰富,毛皮绒厚柔软,有较高的经济价值和药用价值,受到人们的青睐,野生竹鼠的数量已经远远不能满足市场需求,现阶段竹鼠已被大规模养殖,成为具有经济效益的养殖产业之一。
现阶段的竹鼠饲养中,为了快速增肥、控制疾病、提高成活率、获得经济效益,养殖业大多在饲料和饮用水中添加激素、抗生素、化学药物等物质,这些物质使竹鼠的风味和口感变差,而且残留在竹鼠中会损害人的身体健康,这违背了人民对健康有品质的生活的追求。
因此,有必要研究出一种健康、高效、生态的竹鼠养殖方法。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,本发明将竹鼠的养殖分为小竹鼠、中竹鼠以及大竹鼠三个阶段进行分阶段管理,每个阶段针对竹鼠的生长特点做不同处理,使得养殖效益达到最大化,在加速竹鼠生长的同时,又可以保证竹鼠肉品质,而且不会影响食用者的健康,养殖得到的竹鼠肌肉结实,肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,且养殖成本低,效益高,值得推广。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,所述竹鼠的生态养殖法包括以下步骤:
(1)小竹鼠期养殖:所述小竹鼠为1-30日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为25-29℃;1-20日龄为喂乳期;在此阶段,1-7日龄内喂食全母乳,每天喂食6-8次;8-20日龄,每天喂食3-5次母乳,2-3次教槽料;21-30日龄为断奶期;此阶段,将教槽料与小竹鼠饲料混合喂养,在10天内逐渐减少教槽料喂养比例,增加仔竹鼠饲料喂养比例,至第10天完全断奶;
(2)中竹鼠期养殖:所述中竹鼠为31-90日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为22-25℃;该阶段喂食促进骨骼生长的生长饲料,每日喂食5-6次,并在喂食饲料前后喂促消化水;所述促消化水是由柠檬、甘蔗汁、五倍子、红糖和水按照质量比为1:3-5:1:50的比例混合熬制20-30分钟后去渣留液得到的;
(3)大竹鼠期养殖:所述大竹鼠为91-120日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为20-23℃;在此阶段采用育肥饲料进行喂养,每天喂料3-5次,喂料方式为让竹鼠自由采食;每日第一次喂料为早上5-7时,第二次喂料为晚上10-11时,第一次喂料前首先给竹鼠喂食山楂、红糖与水按照质量比为2:1:50-80的比例混合熬制10-18分钟后去渣留液所得的水;所述育肥饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉35-45份、大豆粉20-25份、鱼油8-16份、鱼骨粉6-12份、竹笋8-20份、增肌粉4-9份、啤酒槽8-16份、维生素E 0.5-1.5份、蛋氨酸1-3份、左旋肉碱1-5份、亚硒酸钠0.2-0.4份、三甲铵乙内酯3-8份、发酵茶叶渣8-16份和水适量。
本发明中,进一步地,所述养殖方法还包括养殖舍管理的步骤,具体如下:小竹鼠期间,每日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用白花除虫菊、使君子、百部按照质量比为2-3:1-2:1的比例混合后在90-95%的乙醇中提取得到的溶液将养殖舍清洗一遍;中竹鼠期间,每2-3日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用消毒水兑水进行喷洒,静置20-30分钟后用清水洗净,然后使阳光照射至干燥;大竹鼠期间,每2-3日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用清水冲洗一遍,再用中草药组合物喷洒,静置15-25分钟,最后用流动的水冲洗即可。
本发明中,进一步地,所述小竹鼠饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:蛋黄粉20-30份、乳油15-20份、淮山粉8-16份、乳清粉8-12份、猪血粉5-10份、肠膜蛋白2-8份和氯化胆碱2-6份。
本发明中,进一步地,所述生长饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉25-40份、胡萝卜6-14份、鱼骨粉10-20份、肝脏粉8-16份、牛奶10-18份、发酵豆粕6-14份和蔗糖4-9份。
本发明中,进一步地,所述消毒水由以下重量份的原料组成:次氯酸钠0.3-0.5份、姜黄素2-3份、氯化钠2-4份、柠檬酸0.4-0.6份、壳聚糖3-8份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3份、溴化钠2-4份、碘1-2份、乙醇5-10份和水80-95份。
本发明中,进一步地,所述中草药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:使君子5-12份、百部4-9份、丹皮3-8份、穿心莲3-8份、槟榔4-8份、硫磺3-5份和负离子水40-50份。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的生态养竹鼠法,在饲养管理中,分为小竹鼠、中竹鼠和大竹鼠三个阶段进行,其中,小竹鼠为1-30日龄的竹鼠,中竹鼠为31-90日龄的竹鼠,大竹鼠为91-120日龄的竹鼠,根据竹鼠每个时期的不同特点饲喂不同养分的饲料,1-7日龄的竹鼠喂养全母乳,可以在出生后得到足够的能量供给;8-20日龄,断奶期之前的竹鼠用教槽料进行过渡,帮助竹鼠慢慢摆脱母乳的依赖;21-30日龄将教槽料与仔竹鼠饲料混合喂养,使竹鼠逐渐适应固体饲料,有效防止竹鼠断奶产生的应激反应;31-60日龄的竹鼠生长迅速,抵抗力较差,脾胃功能还不是很完善,在饲喂饲料之前喂促消化水,提高竹鼠对饲料的消化吸收率,从而提高饲料的利用率;61-120日龄属于竹鼠的育肥期,在第一次喂料前首先给竹鼠喂食开胃水,有助于清肠消毒,促进竹鼠的食欲,使得竹鼠快速成长,且其肉质紧致,生态安全。
2.本发明的养竹鼠法中的饲料配方科学合理,从配方到生产过程均不添加任何有害物质,为育肥期的竹鼠提供充足养分的同时,能够防止疾病的发生,且饲料适口性好,能提高竹鼠食欲,调节消化系统,提高竹鼠对饲料营养成分的消化吸收,增加饲料的利用率,促进竹鼠快速健康育肥。
3.本发明在养殖过程中配合养殖舍的严格管理,保证竹鼠生长环境良好,防止外界病菌导致的各种疾病,针对不同竹鼠生长的特点进行不同的消毒处理,采用的消毒材料安全可靠,消毒效率高,从外界环境中保障了竹鼠的健康成长。

本实施例所提供的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法包括以下步骤:
(1)小竹鼠期养殖:所述小竹鼠为1-30日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为25℃;1-20日龄为喂乳期;在此阶段,1-7日龄内喂食全母乳,每天喂食6次;8-20日龄,每天喂食3次母乳,2次教槽料;21-30日龄为断奶期;此阶段,将教槽料与小竹鼠饲料混合喂养,在10天内逐渐减少教槽料喂养比例,增加仔竹鼠饲料喂养比例,至第10天完全断奶;其中,小竹鼠饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:蛋黄粉20份、乳油15份、淮山粉8份、乳清粉8份、猪血粉5份、肠膜蛋白2份和氯化胆碱2份;

(3)大竹鼠期养殖:所述大竹鼠为91-120日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为20℃;在此阶段采用育肥饲料进行喂养,每天喂料3次,喂料方式为让竹鼠自由采食;每日第一次喂料为早上5时,第二次喂料为晚上10时,第一次喂料前首先给竹鼠喂食山楂、红糖与水按照质量比为2:1:50的比例混合熬制10分钟后去渣留液所得的水;其中,育肥饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉35份、大豆粉20份、鱼油8份、鱼骨粉6份、竹笋8份、增肌粉4份、啤酒槽8份、维生素E 0.5份、蛋氨酸1份、左旋肉碱1份、亚硒酸钠0.2份、三甲铵乙内酯3份、发酵茶叶渣8份和水适量;
(4)养殖舍管理:小竹鼠期间,每日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用白花除虫菊、使君子、百部按照质量比为2:1:1的比例混合后在90-95%的乙醇中提取得到的溶液将养殖舍清洗一遍;中竹鼠期间,每2日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用消毒水兑水进行喷洒,静置20分钟后用清水洗净,然后使阳光照射至干燥;大竹鼠期间,每2日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用清水冲洗一遍,再用中草药组合物喷洒,静置15分钟,最后用流动的水冲洗即可;其中,消毒水由以下重量份的原料组成:次氯酸钠0.3份、姜黄素2份、氯化钠2份、柠檬酸0.4份、壳聚糖3份、十二烷基硫酸钠1份、溴化钠2份、碘1份、乙醇5份和水80份;中草药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:使君子5份、百部4份、丹皮3份、穿心莲3份、槟榔4份、硫磺3份和负离子水40份。
实施例2
本实施例所提供的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法包括以下步骤:
(1)小竹鼠期养殖:所述小竹鼠为1-30日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为27℃;1-20日龄为喂乳期;在此阶段,1-7日龄内喂食全母乳,每天喂食7次;8-20日龄,每天喂食4次母乳,2次教槽料;21-30日龄为断奶期;此阶段,将教槽料与小竹鼠饲料混合喂养,在10天内逐渐减少教槽料喂养比例,增加仔竹鼠饲料喂养比例,至第10天完全断奶;其中,小竹鼠饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:蛋黄粉25份、乳油17份、淮山粉12份、乳清粉10份、猪血粉7份、肠膜蛋白5份和氯化胆碱4份;

(4)养殖舍管理:小竹鼠期间,每日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用白花除虫菊、使君子、百部按照质量比为2:1:1的比例混合后在90-95%的乙醇中提取得到的溶液将养殖舍清洗一遍;中竹鼠期间,每3日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用消毒水兑水进行喷洒,静置25分钟后用清水洗净,然后使阳光照射至干燥;大竹鼠期间,每2日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用清水冲洗一遍,再用中草药组合物喷洒,静置20分钟,最后用流动的水冲洗即可;其中,消毒水由以下重量份的原料组成:次氯酸钠0.4份、姜黄素2份、氯化钠3份、柠檬酸0.5份、壳聚糖6份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、溴化钠3份、碘1份、乙醇7份和水88份;中草药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:使君子9份、百部7份、丹皮6份、穿心莲6份、槟榔7份、硫磺4份和负离子水45份。
实施例3
本实施例所提供的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法包括以下步骤:
(1)小竹鼠期养殖:所述小竹鼠为1-30日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为29℃;1-20日龄为喂乳期;在此阶段,1-7日龄内喂食全母乳,每天喂食8次;8-20日龄,每天喂食5次母乳,3次教槽料;21-30日龄为断奶期;此阶段,将教槽料与小竹鼠饲料混合喂养,在10天内逐渐减少教槽料喂养比例,增加仔竹鼠饲料喂养比例,至第10天完全断奶;其中,小竹鼠饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:蛋黄粉30份、乳油20份、淮山粉16份、乳清粉12份、猪血粉10份、肠膜蛋白8份和氯化胆碱6份;
(2)中竹鼠期养殖:所述中竹鼠为31-90日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为25℃;该阶段喂食促进骨骼生长的生长饲料,每日喂食6次,并在喂食饲料前后喂促消化水;其中,促消化水是由柠檬、甘蔗汁、五倍子、红糖和水按照质量比为1:5:1:50的比例混合熬制30分钟后去渣留液得到的;生长饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉40份、胡萝卜14份、鱼骨粉20份、肝脏粉16份、牛奶18份、发酵豆粕14份和蔗糖9份;
(3)大竹鼠期养殖:所述大竹鼠为91-120日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为23℃;在此阶段采用育肥饲料进行喂养,每天喂料5次,喂料方式为让竹鼠自由采食;每日第一次喂料为早上7时,第二次喂料为晚上11时,第一次喂料前首先给竹鼠喂食山楂、红糖与水按照质量比为2:1:80的比例混合熬制18分钟后去渣留液所得的水;其中,育肥饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉45份、大豆粉25份、鱼油16份、鱼骨粉12份、竹笋20份、增肌粉9份、啤酒槽16份、维生素E 1.5份、蛋氨酸3份、左旋肉碱5份、亚硒酸钠0.4份、三甲铵乙内酯8份、发酵茶叶渣16份和水适量;
(4)养殖舍管理:小竹鼠期间,每日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用白花除虫菊、使君子、百部按照质量比为3:2:1的比例混合后在95%的乙醇中提取得到的溶液将养殖舍清洗一遍;中竹鼠期间,每3日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用消毒水兑水进行喷洒,静置30分钟后用清水洗净,然后使阳光照射至干燥;大竹鼠期间,每2-3日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用清水冲洗一遍,再用中草药组合物喷洒,静置25分钟,最后用流动的水冲洗即可;其中,消毒水由以下重量份的原料组成:次氯酸钠0.5份、姜黄素3份、氯化钠4份、柠檬酸0.6份、壳聚糖8份、十二烷基硫酸钠3份、溴化钠4份、碘2份、乙醇10份和水95份;中草药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:使君子12份、百部9份、丹皮8份、穿心莲8份、槟榔8份、硫磺5份和负离子水50份。
效果验证
为了进一步说明本发明饲养方法的应用价值,将以下几组的养殖方式进行竹鼠的养殖,每一组各养殖生长状况相同的30只仔竹鼠,从出生日起至120日龄,记录生产性能,各个指标见表1:
第一组:实施例1所述养殖方法;
第二组:实施例2所述养殖方法;
第三组:实施例3所述养殖方法;
第四组:常规的养竹鼠法。

根据表1的结果得知,采用本发明的养殖方法养殖得到的竹鼠生长迅速,且肉质佳,经济效益高。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,其特征在于,所述养殖方法包括以下步骤:
(1)小竹鼠期养殖:所述小竹鼠为1-30日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为25-29℃;1-20日龄为喂乳期;在此阶段,1-7日龄内喂食全母乳,每天喂食6-8次;8-20日龄,每天喂食3-5次母乳,2-3次教槽料;21-30日龄为断奶期;此阶段,将教槽料与小竹鼠饲料混合喂养,在10天内逐渐减少教槽料喂养比例,增加仔竹鼠饲料喂养比例,至第10天完全断奶;
(2)中竹鼠期养殖:所述中竹鼠为31-90日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为22-25℃;该阶段喂食促进骨骼生长的生长饲料,每日喂食5-6次,并在喂食饲料前后喂促消化水;所述促消化水是由柠檬、甘蔗汁、五倍子、红糖和水按照质量比为1:3-5:1:50的比例混合熬制20-30分钟后去渣留液得到的;
(3)大竹鼠期养殖:所述大竹鼠为91-120日龄的竹鼠,该阶段保持养殖舍温度为20-23℃;在此阶段采用育肥饲料进行喂养,每天喂料3-5次,喂料方式为让竹鼠自由采食;每日第一次喂料为早上5-7时,第二次喂料为晚上10-11时,第一次喂料前首先给竹鼠喂食山楂、红糖与水按照质量比为2:1:50-80的比例混合熬制10-18分钟后去渣留液所得的水;
所述育肥饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉35-45份、大豆粉20-25份、鱼油8-16份、鱼骨粉6-12份、竹笋8-20份、增肌粉4-9份、啤酒槽8-16份、维生素E 0.5-1.5份、蛋氨酸1-3份、左旋肉碱1-5份、亚硒酸钠0.2-0.4份、三甲铵乙内酯3-8份、发酵茶叶渣8-16份和水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,其特征在于,所述养殖方法还包括养殖舍管理的步骤,具体如下:小竹鼠期间,每日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用白花除虫菊、使君子、百部按照质量比为2-3:1-2:1的比例混合后在90-95%的乙醇中提取得到的溶液将养殖舍清洗一遍;中竹鼠期间,每2-3日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用消毒水兑水进行喷洒,静置20-30分钟后用清水洗净,然后使阳光照射至干燥;大竹鼠期间,每2-3日消毒养殖舍一次,消毒方法为:将养殖舍内的竹鼠粪清理干净,然后用清水冲洗一遍,再用中草药组合物喷洒,静置15-25分钟,最后用流动的水冲洗即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,其特征在于,所述小竹鼠饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:蛋黄粉20-30份、乳油15-20份、淮山粉8-16份、乳清粉8-12份、猪血粉5-10份、肠膜蛋白2-8份和氯化胆碱2-6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,其特征在于,所述生长饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉25-40份、胡萝卜6-14份、鱼骨粉10-20份、肝脏粉8-16份、牛奶10-18份、发酵豆粕6-14份和蔗糖4-9份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,其特征在于,所述消毒水由以下重量份的原料组成:次氯酸钠0.3-0.5份、姜黄素2-3份、氯化钠2-4份、柠檬酸0.4-0.6份、壳聚糖3-8份、十二烷基硫酸钠1-3份、溴化钠2-4份、碘1-2份、乙醇5-10份和水80-95份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种竹鼠的生态养殖法,其特征在于,所述中草药组合物由以下重量份的原料组成:使君子5-12份、百部4-9份、丹皮3-8份、穿心莲3-8份、槟榔4-8份、硫磺3-5份和负离子水40-50份。
