Abstract

本发明聚乙烯管道用硬质聚氨酯防冻保温层的包覆及移动装置,为多层构造,内层为高密度实壁管,管外壁敷粘接剂,粘接剂外是聚氨酯保温层,保温层外是粘接剂,最外层是聚乙烯保护层。安装过程中利用包覆及移动装置快速地完成保温层的包覆及安装。

聚乙烯管道用硬质聚氨酯防冻保温层的包覆及移动装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高寒地带使用的聚乙烯保温管。
技术背景
聚氨酯保温管是以高功能聚醚多元醇组合料和多次甲基多异氰酸酯为原料经化学反应发泡而成。用聚氨酯作保温管具有容重轻、强度高、绝热、隔音、阻燃、耐寒、防腐、不吸水、施工简便、快捷等优点,已经在建筑、运输、石油、化工、电力、冷藏等工业部门及日用家电上,作为绝热、保温、防水堵漏,密封等不可缺少的材料。聚氨酯合成材料自诞生以来,一直作为一种优良的绝热、保温材料而迅速发展,应用日益广泛。由于其施工简便、大量地用于各种供热、制冷、输油、输气等各种管道上。
在供热领域,聚氨酯保温管,采用钢管抛丸除锈—聚氨酯发泡—成形—成品检验—入库的制作工艺。由于聚氨酯发泡对保温管的保温影响很大,制作不好,影响保温效果,从而降低聚氨酯的使用性能。
虽然聚氨酯作保温层有许多优点,但是在中心是塑料管(聚乙烯、聚丙烯管)时,由于塑料管连接时,无论是承接式或是对接式,特别是对接式,对聚氨酯保温层需要剥离很长距离,还是要对接头处,采取特别方式进行保温层的包覆,对施工过程很麻烦,影响接头处的保温效果,特别是高寒地区输水是个极大的问题,管内水容易结冰。如果能克服这个缺点,发扬优点的一种管道将受到市场的欢迎。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供能克服公知技术缺点的一种高密度聚乙烯保温管。
本发明的再一个目的,是提供所述的高密度聚乙烯保温管的安装敷设的包覆及移动装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明方案为:一种高密度聚乙烯保温管为多层构造,内层为高密度实壁管,管外壁敷粘接剂,粘接剂外是聚氨酯保温层,保温层外是粘接剂,最外层是聚乙烯保护层。
为完成上述产品,采取以下工艺
(1)在现有管材生产设备上,配上挤出机头,挤出管材,切成所需的长度或盘管;
(2)根据聚乙烯管材的外径尺寸系列,用模具发泡制作聚氨酯环状保温层备用;
(3)用挤出设备加工聚乙烯半圆形带备用;
(4)现场对连接后的高密度聚乙烯管道外表面作表面处理后,用工艺(2)生产的聚氨酯保温层包覆,再用工艺步骤(3)生产的聚乙烯半圆形带进行包覆,利用移动包覆装置,利用移动包覆装置,包覆完成后,整个管道再埋入地下或放于规定的地方。
完成上述工艺所需的移动包覆装置,由以下部分组成:
(1)底部有一个可移动,并承载重量的车架,车架下有四个转动的轮子,架子上有两组管道支承辊,前部有一个引导辊,它与管道支承辊,在一条中心上,共同承载一段长度的管道及包覆后的管道的重量;
(2)与两个支承辊相对应的在同一断面内有两个导向压力辊,共同组成两组辊道,使管道中心保持一致,保证移动小车向前运动中,管道左右、上下的移动在规定的范围内,以保证外层的聚乙烯半圆形带的焊接质量;
(3)在车架上还有前后两组工作轮,每组轮分别布置在管道的两侧,并且上下用弹簧调节滚轮的压力,工作轮上下轮对应使用,都带有弹簧压紧调节的压紧装置,以适应外层半圆形聚乙烯带边缘的厚度变化,压力充分保证聚乙烯边缘焊接牢固的粘合在一起,并保证小车向前移动时,随时都保证它的压力;
(4)与车架工作轮相对应的上部也有两部工作轮,同样,工作轮可用弹簧调节工作压力,每组工作轮分别卡在管道的两边;
(5)在前部工作轮的前部左右两边设有加热装置,利用该装置,可将热量吹向外层聚乙烯带边缘伸出部分,使聚乙烯带边缘受热变软,使第一组工作轮能很快使上下带边缘焊接在一起,加热系统设有温控,以保证温度在规定的范围内;
(6)上部工作轮,导向辊装在一个可以翻转的机壳内,以利装入管道及管道完成后退出系统,它与下部车架上的工作轮,支承辊,导向辊工作时连成一个整体;
(7)每套装置适应一定范围管道直径的使用,以保证系列管道的使用。
采用上述方案,即可在工地现场将保温材料方便合格的安装在聚乙烯塑料管上,实现了本发明的目的。
下面结合图示及实施例对方案作更详细的说明。

图示中标号为:1聚乙烯管道,2粘接剂,3聚氨酯发泡保温层,3-1聚氨酯发泡保温层,3-2聚氨酯发泡保温层楔形件,4聚乙烯保护层,5车架,6轮子,7管道支承辊,8引导辊,9导向压力辊,10前部工作轮,11上部工作轮,12加热装置。
具体实施方式
(1)将高密度聚乙烯树脂,按比例投入到挤出机中,经过加热、塑化、通过机头,机头模具,挤出管材,管材经过真空定径冷却、牵引、切割成规定长度;
(2)将聚醚多元醇和多异氰酸酯等性能指标符合要求的配方,在发泡剂、催化剂、稳定剂,经过模具发泡成为保温管件,配成一定长度,并形成如图2所示的环形件3-1,及楔形件3-2,两件组合成一起形成环件;
(3)将高密度聚乙烯树脂,按比例投入到挤出机中,挤出带翼缘的半圆形聚乙烯带4,按所需长度切割;
(4)聚乙烯管道,经在现场连接,并经过试压确认管道系统合格可以使用后,将包覆小车放在管道下面,在管身上装入硬质聚氨酯保温件,包括环形件3-1,楔形件3-2,再盖上上部的带翼缘的半圆形聚乙烯带4,然后调节对中和调节压紧,将上下半圆形带的翼缘用滚轮施加压力,锁住上部各部件,起动加热装置吹入热风、牵引小车沿管道行走,就可以完成包覆管道工作;
包覆完成后,将带保温层的管道放入规定的地方;
所述的包覆小车结构如图4、图5、图6所示,车架5下装有四个轮子6,车架上装有两组管道支承辊7,前部有一引导辊8,在两个支承辊相对应的同一断面内有两个导向压力辊9,共同组成两组辊道,两组工作轮10分别布置在管道的两侧,带有弹簧压紧调节装置如图6所示,以适应半圆形聚乙烯带边缘的厚度变化,并保证压力以使聚乙烯边缘牢固的焊接在一起。
加热装置12设在前部工作轮的左右两边,利用该装置将热量吹向外层聚乙烯带4边缘翼伸出部分变软,以利粘接在一起。
一个地方的管道包覆完成,取出小车;
本发明的优点在于,提供一种经济、生产简便,施工方便、成本低廉,承载力强,保温性、防水性、输水好的寒冷地带使用的聚乙烯保温管道。由于管道有保温层及保护层,在冬季零下20℃的情况下,管内也难以有冰堵现象。施工方便不需要大量的人力。所以现场保覆很快且不影响和损伤管道质量。经实际应用证明,两个人就可以完成此项工作,简化了工序,工效大大提高,提高了工程质量。
通过此装置,我们对一个工地的管道铺设、包覆、从管道、保温层等生产、连接、保温层包覆,管道的使用的观察,取得了很好的效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种高密度聚乙烯保温管,其特征在于:为多层构造,内层为高密度实壁管,管外壁敷粘接剂,粘接剂外是聚氨酯保温层,保温层外是粘接剂,最外层是聚乙烯保护层。
2.聚乙烯管道用硬质聚氨酯防冻保温层的包覆及移动装置,其特征在于,按下列步骤进行:
(1)在现有管材生产设备上,配上挤出机头,挤出管材,切成所需的长度或盘管;
(2)根据聚乙烯管材的外径尺寸系列,用模具发泡制作聚氨酯环状保温层备用;
(3)用挤出设备加工聚乙烯半圆形带备用;
(4)现场对连接后的高密度聚乙烯管道外表面作表面处理后,用工艺(2)生产的聚氨酯保温层包覆,再用工艺步骤(3)生产的聚乙烯半圆形带进行包覆,利用移动包覆装置,包覆完成后,整个管道再埋入地下或放于规定的地方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高密度聚乙烯保温管,其特征在于:所述的移动包覆装置,
(1)底部有一个可移动,并承载重量的车架,车架下有四个转动的轮子,架子上有两组管道支承辊,前部有一个引导辊,它与管道支承辊,在一条中心上,共同承载一段长度的管道及包覆后的管道的重量;
(2)与两个支承辊相对应的在同一断面内有两个导向压力辊,共同组成两组辊道,使管道中心保持一致,保证移动小车向前运动中,管道左右、上下的移动在规定的范围内,以保证外层的聚乙烯半圆形带的焊接质量;
(3)在车架上还有前后两组工作轮,每组轮分别布置在管道的两侧,并且上下用弹簧调节滚轮的压力,工作轮上下轮对应使用,都带有弹簧压紧调节的压紧装置,以适应外层半圆形聚乙烯带边缘的厚度变化,压力充分保证聚乙烯边缘焊接牢固的粘合在一起,并保证小车向前移动时,随时都保证它的压力;
(4)与车架工作轮相对应的上部也有两部工作轮,同样,工作轮可用弹簧调节工作压力,每组工作轮分别卡在管道的两边;
