本发明公开了一种带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)、密封圈(4)、堵球块(5)和圆锥销(6);所述轴承的外圈(1)有齿轮的轮齿。所述外圈(1)的外侧为齿轮、内侧为轴承滚子滚道,外圈(1)有均匀分布的螺纹通孔;所述内圈(2)的内孔为阶梯孔。本发明直接构成齿轮传动的组成部分,简化了结构设计;大大减少了摩擦、提高了润滑的质量、从而大大提高了轴承寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带固定座齿轮外球面滚动轴承,属于带座外球面轴承技术领域。
背景技术
带座轴承由于具有结构紧凑、密封完善、装卸方便和自动调心幅度较大等优点,使许多主机的机架能采用成型钢材冲制或焊接的工艺,也改善了机器的性能。它的特特点是:轴承内孔采用正公差,与轴的配合为间隙配合,而靠紧固件传递功率,这样对轴的加工精度要求较低,同时装拆也十分方便;这种轴承可以带座成套供应,同时随着这种轴承的发展,也出现了外球面轴承座的专业厂,所以采用这种轴承座设计和加工,可以大大缩短周期,降低成本。
滚动轴承座是重要的机械配件之一,近年来国内的一些厂家也先后引进了带座滚动轴承的制造技术与装备,并开始投入生产,目前已形成标准化和系列化。带座轴承以下称带座轴承由于具有结构紧凑、密封完善、装卸方便和自动调心幅度较大等优点,使许多主机的机架能采用成型钢材冲制或焊接的工艺,也改善了机器的性能。
发明内容
本发明为解决以上的技术问题上,提供了一种带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承,解决了齿轮传动副需要另外配备轴和轴承等问题。
本发明的一种带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承包括外圈、内圈、滚子、密封圈、堵球块和圆锥销;所述轴承的外圈有齿轮的轮齿;所述外圈的外径为阶梯台,上阶梯面为齿轮;外圈内孔中有一滚子滚道凹槽,滚子滚道凹槽中有一圆弧凹槽;外圈内孔的滚子滚道凹槽一侧有一矩形凹槽;外圈内孔的两边倒圆角;外圈沿轴向有均匀分布的螺纹通孔;所述内圈外径中有一滚子滚道凹槽,滚子滚道凹槽中有一圆弧凹槽;内圈外径的滚子滚道凹槽一侧有一矩形凹槽;内圈外径的两边倒圆角;内圈内孔的两边倒圆角;内圈沿轴向均匀分布着阶梯通孔;所述外圈与所述内圈之间的空隙由密封圈密封。所述内圈圆周上的一侧在中部开设槽体,所述槽体内设置堵球块,所述堵球块的外部中间位置沿径向开设有螺纹孔;在所述内圈上位于所述槽体位置平行所述内圈的轴向方向开设销孔;所述堵球块上开设有对应所述内圈销孔的圆锥孔,在所述销孔和圆锥孔内设置圆锥销,从而将所述堵球块锁定在所述内圈上;所述堵球块靠近内圈一侧设有滚道。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:直接构成齿轮传动的组成部分,简化了结构设计;大大减少了摩擦、提高了润滑的质量、从而大大提高了轴承寿命。

本发明由图1可知带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承包括外圈1、内圈2、滚子3、密封圈4、堵球块5和圆锥销6;所述轴承的外圈1有齿轮的轮齿;所述外圈1的外径为阶梯台,上阶梯面为齿轮;外圈1内孔中有一滚子滚道凹槽,滚子滚道凹槽中有一圆弧凹槽;外圈1内孔的滚子滚道凹槽一侧有一矩形凹槽;外圈1内孔的两边倒圆角;外圈1沿轴向有均匀分布的螺纹通孔;所述内圈2外径中有一滚子滚道凹槽,滚子滚道凹槽中有一圆弧凹槽;内圈2外径的滚子滚道凹槽一侧有一矩形凹槽;内圈2外径的两边倒圆角;内圈2内孔的两边倒圆角;内圈2沿轴向均匀分布着阶梯通孔;所述外圈1与所述内圈2之间的空隙由密封圈4密封。
此外,本发明的发明点在于外圈1可以直接作为齿轮使用,轴承外圈为外齿轮,可以直接与其他齿轮齿条进行啮合。其中,外圈1圆周上加工有若干轮齿齿牙,外圈1相当于齿轮。外圈1的通孔起固定作用。
一种优选实施例:以公称内径为528mm的圆形座齿轮外球面滚动轴承为例:外圈的宽度为70mm;齿轮的分度圆直径为756mm、齿顶圆直径为768mm。

1.一种带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)、密封圈(4)、堵球块(5)和圆锥销(6);其中,所述外圈(1)的外径为阶梯台,上阶梯面为齿轮;外圈(1)内孔中有一滚子滚道凹槽,滚子滚道凹槽中有一圆弧凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承,其特征在于:外圈(1)内孔的滚子滚道凹槽一侧有一矩形凹槽;外圈(1)内孔的两边倒圆角;外圈(1)沿轴向有均匀分布的螺纹通孔;
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈(2)外径中有一滚子滚道凹槽,滚子滚道凹槽中有一圆弧凹槽;内圈(2)外径的滚子滚道凹槽一侧有一矩形凹槽;内圈(2)外径的两边倒圆角;内圈(2)内孔的两边倒圆角;内圈(2)沿轴向均匀分布着阶梯通孔;
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带固定座的外球面齿轮轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈(1)与所述内圈(2)之间的空隙由密封圈(4)密封。
