本发明公开了一种新型液压动力开关柜,主要由液压油缸、活塞、连杆、控制阀、固定板、压力传感器和驱动转轮组成,所述的压力传感器安置在驱动转轮的左侧,液压油缸安置在驱动转轮的左侧,活塞同连杆固定连接在液压油缸的左侧,活塞的上方安置有控制阀,连杆上安置有固定板。本发明采取油缸内部设置压力传感器的方法,对油压进行监控,整个开关柜采用智能化控制,外部计算机根据传感器的数据发出指令控制开关柜的运转,这样提供了开关柜的输出效率,使开关柜的输出动力更加稳定。

本发明涉及一种开关柜,具体为一种新型液压动力开关柜。
背景技术
开关柜是一种电气设备,开关柜外线先进入柜内主控开关,然后进入分控开关,各分路按其需要设置。如仪表,自控,电动机磁力开关,各种交流接触器等,有的还设高压室与低压室开关柜,设有高压母线,如发电厂等,有的还设有为保主要设备的低周减载。对于目前现有的开关柜,通常采用机械制动与电气制动,或者二者的结合,机械结构存在不稳定的问题,电气连接存在安全性的问题。
发明内容
本发明根据上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种新型液压动力开关柜。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种新型液压动力开关柜,主要由液压油缸、活塞、连杆、控制阀、固定板、压力传感器和驱动转轮组成,所述的压力传感器安置在驱动转轮的左侧,液压油缸安置在驱动转轮的左侧,活塞同连杆固定连接在液压油缸的左侧,活塞的上方安置有控制阀,连杆上安置有固定板。
所述的压力传感器设置有信号发射装置,信号发射装置与外部计算机相连。
所述的连杆连接外部电机。
所述的控制阀有2个,控制阀为椭圆形。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采取油缸内部设置压力传感器的方法,对油压进行监控,整个开关柜采用智能化控制,外部计算机根据传感器的数据发出指令控制开关柜的运转,这样提供了开关柜的输出效率,使开关柜的输出动力更加稳定。

如图1所示,一种新型液压动力开关柜,主要由液压油缸1、活塞2、连杆3、控制阀4、固定板5、压力传感器6和驱动转轮7组成,所述的压力传感器6安置在驱动转轮7的左侧,液压油缸1安置在驱动转轮7的左侧,活塞2同连杆3固定连接在液压油缸1的左侧,活塞2的上方安置有控制阀4,连杆3上安置有固定板5。所述的压力传感器6设置有信号发射装置,信号发射装置与外部计算机相连。所述的连杆3连接外部电机。所述的控制阀4有2个,控制阀4为椭圆形。
