The invention belongs to the technical field of garment production, and particularly relates to a composite cutting method for regular pattern fabric garment pieces.
Background
With the rapid development of industrialization and the increasing demand of people for individuation, the method is more obvious in the field of textile and clothing. In the textile fabric, one type of fabric patterns are provided with patterns which are different from the colors of the body and show regularity and symmetry. In order to embody the quality and fine workmanship of the clothes, the symmetry of the fabric on the style of the clothes usually needs to be designed on the symmetry of the clothes such as shoulder seams, pockets, backs, back collars, left and right pieces, and the technical method is very difficult to cut the clothes pieces, especially the batch multi-layer clothes pieces. Particularly, patterns can be seen on the front surface of the fabric, corresponding patterns cannot be seen on the back surface of the fabric, workers need to completely ensure that the patterns of the upper and lower layers of the fabric are aligned up and down when cloth spreading, discharging and cutting are carried out, and the difficulty is extremely high. The method realizes small single quick reverse, solves the problem that various types, small batches and short periods become urgent solutions for various garment manufacturers, particularly brings great difficulty for the manufacturers in the aspect of garment pattern symmetrical style on the regular pattern fabric, and the phenomenon of strip lattice dislocation easily occurs between the upper layer fabric and the lower layer fabric or between the layers of fabrics when batch garments are symmetrically cut in the garment pattern.
To solve this problem, some new cutting devices and methods are proposed, such as the Chinese patent application (publication No.: CN 101851851A): the control needle bed of the automatic cutting machine provided with the strip-aligning and lattice-aligning device solves the problem of aligning lattices by a structural mode that the needle bed is arranged on the cutting machine in a matching way; or as the Chinese invention patent (grant publication number: CN 106388105B): a controllable automatic cutting table adopts a method of arranging a laser positioner and a displacement sensor on the cutting table to position and align fabrics or cut pieces laid on the cutting table; or as in the Chinese invention patent application (publication number: CN 102108633A): the novel process of cutting the check cloth is characterized in that nails are arranged on a cutting table, and the nails are taken off after the check is cut through the nails for cutting. The above methods can solve the problem of matching strips and checks in cutting to a certain extent, and improve the cutting precision, but the matching strips and checks of the fabric or the cut pieces or the alignment of other patterns need to be aligned layer by layer, the alignment process is long, the cutting bed is in an idle state during alignment, a worker is generally in an idle state during cutting, and the efficiency is very low; the automatic control method has higher requirements on equipment, and the production cost is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the lattice matching equipment matched with the cutting bed needs to be thicker with the nail in consideration of the lifting control reliability of the sleeve nail so as to ensure the strength, so that the nail has certain requirements on the fabric in order to avoid leaving holes on the fabric, and the lattice matching equipment can only be used for slubbing fabric generally, and is difficult to implement for worsted fabric. Therefore, it is urgently needed to design an aligning device and method for regular pattern type garment materials or cut pieces, which can not only increase production cost, but also improve production efficiency, and enable workers and cutting machines to be in a continuous working state.
Disclosure of Invention
The method aims at solving the problems that in the prior art, the textile garment fabric is difficult to realize pattern symmetry, low cutting precision and low production efficiency in composite cutting. The invention aims to provide a method for compositely cutting pieces of regular pattern fabric, which is used for positioning and aligning the pieces of regular pattern fabric by manufacturing a simple movable aligning device, so that pattern symmetry can be quickly realized during compositely cutting textile fabric, the operation is convenient, and the production efficiency of compositely cutting the pieces of regular pattern fabric can be effectively improved.
The invention relates to a composite cutting method for regular pattern fabric clothing pieces, which comprises the following steps:
a) manufacturing an alignment device, and manufacturing a sleeve plate with a fixed shape according to the same symmetrical points of regular patterns of clothing pieces, wherein the sleeve plate is in a straight strip shape, an L shape, a T shape or a cross shape, the thickness is 1-1.5 mm, the width is 1-1.5 cm, and the length is 8-12 cm smaller than the length of the clothing piece specification; at least two sleeve nails are vertically fixed on the sleeve plate at intervals, the positions of the sleeve nails correspond to the same symmetrical points of regular patterns of clothing cutting pieces, the length of each sleeve nail is 0.5-2 cm, the diameter of each sleeve nail is 0.4-1 mm, and the head end of each sleeve nail is conical;
b) placing the alignment device on a cloth laying table, enabling the sleeve nails to face upwards, aligning the sleeve nails at the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the clothing cutting pieces, and enabling the sleeve nails to penetrate through the fabric; the steps are repeated to sleeve the clothing cutting pieces on the sleeve nails layer by layer, the upper and lower stripes or patterns are ensured to be completely aligned, and the number of the layers of the clothing cutting pieces reaches the limit length of the sleeve nails;
c) will overlap the multilayer clothing cut-parts on the alignment device arrange in the bed of cutting out that has spread the film, cut out through the bed of cutting out after induced draft is fixed, remove and cut out the in-process and ensure not take place relative displacement between the cut-parts.
Preferably, the number of the sleeve nails on each straight plate of the sleeve plate is 2-5, preferably 2 or 3. Both can guarantee that cut-parts align, have and avoid influencing work efficiency.
Preferably, the sleeve nails are arranged at equal intervals, and the distance between the sleeve nails at the two ends of each straight plate and the two ends of each straight plate is greater than 5cm, preferably 5-10 cm. The distance between the cover nail is divided on average, and the quick symmetry of cut-parts regular flower type pattern can be guaranteed to three cover nails on each straight board, and keeps the steady state of cut-parts, improves efficiency and precision when cut-parts remove.
Preferably, the sleeve plate is made of a tough material. The plastic plate or the wood strip plate can be selected.
The better, the lagging is transparent PVC board, and not only raw and other materials are easy, and preparation convenient and fast can guarantee moreover that relative displacement can not take place between the cut-parts at the removal in-process. But also has the functions of saving raw materials and protecting the cutter.
Preferably, the sleeve plate is connected with the tail end of the sleeve nail in a melting mode.
Preferably, the end of the sleeve nail head is not too sharp, and the thickness of the sleeve nail head needs to ensure that the sleeve nail does not damage yarns on the surface of the fabric. The end of the sleeve nail head cannot be too sharp like a daily hand sewing needle, and the too sharp end is easy to cause snagging and damage to the fabric in the aligning process.
The method of the invention is particularly suitable for garment cutting pieces with regular pattern fabrics such as grid or stripe fabrics.
In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the clothing cutting piece is a front piece of the coat, and the sleeve plate is L-shaped; when the clothing cutting pieces are sleeved on the sleeve nails in the step b, the sleeve plate avoids the provincial center line and the pocket position of the front piece, and further the sleeve plate is prevented from being cut when the blades cut; the long-edge straight plate and the short-edge straight plate of the sleeve plate align grids or stripes on the cut-parts, wherein sleeve nails on the long-edge straight plate align with vertical symmetrical points of the front piece, and sleeve nails on the short-edge straight plate align with the horizontal symmetrical points of the front piece.
In other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the clothing cutting piece is a back piece of the upper garment, and the sleeve plate is T-shaped; step b in clothing cut-parts cover in when the cover is nailed, the long limit straight board and the minor face straight board of lagging align check or stripe on the cut-parts, wherein the cover nail on the long limit straight board aligns with the vertical symmetry point of anter, the cover nail on the minor face straight board aligns with the horizontal symmetry point of anter.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the original technical scheme is that the alignment operation of the fabric or the cut pieces is carried out on the cutting bed, and the number of the fabric or the cut pieces which can be processed at each time is limited by the maximum thickness which can be cut by the cutting bed. According to the method, the regular pattern fabric clothing pieces are positioned and aligned on the cloth laying platform outside the cutting bed by manufacturing the simple movable alignment device. Compared with the prior art, the cutting machine has the characteristics of simplicity and convenience in operation and low cost, can be operated by a plurality of workers simultaneously, is placed on a cutting bed to be cut after the operation is completed, saves a large amount of time for aligning on the cutting bed, can ensure that relative displacement can not occur between cutting pieces in the moving process, and can improve the production efficiency of the composite cutting of the cutting pieces of the conventional regular pattern fabric clothes.
2. In the invention, the sleeve plate can be in various shapes, such as a straight plate type, an L type, a T type and a cross type, and can adapt to the composite cutting of various symmetrical pattern fabric clothing cutting pieces.
3. In the invention, the sleeve plate is made of a material with toughness and certain strength, such as a PVC plate, and the sleeve plate is easy to obtain raw materials and convenient and quick to manufacture. And the length of the sleeve plate is 8-12 cm shorter than that of the clothing cutting specification, so that the sleeve plate can be prevented from being cut by a cutting knife, and the effects of saving raw materials and protecting the cutting knife are achieved.
4. In the invention, the length of the sleeve nail is flexibly within 2cm, and the sleeve nail can be adapted to the maximum thickness of the fabric which can be cut by the cutting bed, so that the cutting piece can move conveniently. The head end of cover nail is the toper, and is not too sharp, simultaneously cover nail thickness is injectd in 0.4 ~ 1mm, and thickness can guarantee that cover nail does not harm fabric surface yarn. The setting of above-mentioned specification makes the cover nail has higher toughness simultaneously, and just not flexible, and the operation of being convenient for can effectively improve the fineness of flower type symmetry.
5. According to the cutting piece moving device, at least two sleeve nails are arranged on the sleeve plate, the distance between the sleeve nails is reasonably divided, the quick symmetry of regular pattern patterns of the cutting pieces can be guaranteed, the stable state of the cutting pieces is kept, and the efficiency and the precision of the cutting pieces in moving are improved.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples and figures. It should be understood that the following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
EXAMPLE 1 cutting of dried noodles for Western-style clothes
The method comprises the following steps:
a) the straight strip type aligning device 1 is manufactured, and a straight strip type sleeve plate is manufactured by adopting a tough transparent PVC plate according to the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the suit fine dried noodles. The thickness of the sleeve plate is 1-1.5 mm, the width is 1-1.5 cm, and the length is 8-12 cm smaller than the length of the clothing cutting piece specification. And then three sleeve nails are vertically fused and fixed on the central line of the sleeve plate, and the positions of the sleeve nails correspond to the same symmetrical points of the regular pattern of the clothing cutting piece, as shown in figure 1. The length of the sleeve nail is 0.5-2 cm, the diameter is 0.4-1 mm, and the head end of the sleeve nail is conical and is not suitable for being too sharp.
b) Placing the straight strip type alignment device 1 on a cloth laying table, enabling sleeve nails to face upwards, aligning the sleeve nails at the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the clothing cutting pieces, and enabling the sleeve nails to penetrate through the fabric; and repeating the steps to sleeve the clothing cutting pieces on the sleeve nails layer by layer, wherein the number of the layers of the clothing cutting pieces reaches the limit length of the sleeve nails.
c) Will overlap the multilayer clothing cut-parts on the straight strip type alignment device 1 and arrange in the cutting bed that has spread the film, induced draft through the cutting bed and fix the back and tailor, remove and tailor the in-process and ensure not take place relative displacement between the cut-parts.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a suit cover fitted over the alignment device 1. The dotted lines in the figure are the lattices or stripes required to be aligned, and the cut pieces are placed by taking a specific line as a reference through the nails on the sleeve plate. Therefore, the cut pieces on the sleeve plate can ensure that the upper and lower stripes or patterns are completely aligned, and the left and right stripes or patterns of each garment piece are completely symmetrical after cutting.
EXAMPLE 2 cutting front Panel of Western-style clothes
The method comprises the following steps:
a) and (3) manufacturing an L-shaped aligning device 2, and manufacturing an L-shaped sleeve plate by adopting a flexible and transparent PVC plate according to the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the front piece of the suit. The thickness of the sleeve plate is 1-1.5 mm, the width is 1-1.5 cm, and the length is 8-12 cm smaller than the length of the clothing cutting piece specification. Then four sleeve nails are vertically fused and fixed on the sleeve plate, the positions of the sleeve nails correspond to the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the clothing cutting pieces, as shown in figure 3, two sleeve nails are arranged on the central line of the short-edge straight plate, three sleeve nails (one shared at the corner of the short-edge straight plate and the corner of the long-edge straight plate) are arranged on the central line of the long-edge straight plate, the length of each sleeve nail is 0.5-2 cm, the diameter of each sleeve nail is 0.4-1 mm, and the head ends of the sleeve nails are tapered and are not suitable for being sharp.
b) Placing the L-shaped alignment device 2 on a cloth laying table, enabling the sleeve nails to face upwards, aligning the sleeve nails at the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the clothing cutting pieces, and enabling the sleeve nails to penetrate through the fabric; the steps are repeated to sleeve the clothing cutting pieces on the sleeve nails layer by layer, the upper and lower stripes or patterns are ensured to be completely aligned, and the number of the layers of the clothing cutting pieces reaches the limit length of the sleeve nails;
c) will overlap the multilayer clothing cut-parts on L type alignment device 2 and arrange in the cutting bed that has spread the film, induced draft through the cutting bed and fix the back and tailor, remove and tailor the in-process and ensure not take place relative displacement between the cut-parts.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a front panel of a suit fitted over an L-shaped alignment device 2. The dotted lines in the figure are the lattices or stripes required to be aligned, and the cut pieces are placed by taking a specific line as a reference through the nails on the sleeve plate. Therefore, the cut pieces on the sleeve plate can ensure that the upper and lower stripes or patterns are completely aligned, and the left and right stripes or patterns of each garment piece are completely symmetrical after cutting.
EXAMPLE 3 tailoring of Back piece of Western-style clothes
The method comprises the following steps:
a) and manufacturing a T-shaped aligning device 3, and manufacturing a T-shaped sleeve plate by adopting a flexible and transparent PVC plate according to the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the back piece of the suit. The thickness of the sleeve plate is 1-1.5 mm, the width is 1-1.5 cm, and the length is 8-12 cm smaller than the length of the clothing cutting piece specification. And then, vertically melting and fixing five sleeve nails on the sleeve plate, wherein the positions of the sleeve nails correspond to the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the clothing cutting pieces, as shown in figure 5, three sleeve nails are arranged on the central line of the short-edge straight plate, two sleeve nails are arranged on the central line of the long-edge straight plate, the length of each sleeve nail is 0.5-2 cm, the diameter of each sleeve nail is 0.4-1 mm, and the head ends of the sleeve nails are tapered and are not suitable for being sharp.
b) Placing the T-shaped alignment device 3 on a cloth laying table, enabling the sleeve nails to face upwards, aligning the sleeve nails at the same symmetrical points of the regular patterns of the clothing cutting pieces, and enabling the sleeve nails to penetrate through the fabric; the steps are repeated to sleeve the clothing cutting pieces on the sleeve nails layer by layer, the upper and lower stripes or patterns are ensured to be completely aligned, and the number of the layers of the clothing cutting pieces reaches the limit length of the sleeve nails;
c) will overlap the multilayer clothing cut-parts on T type alignment device 3 and arrange in the cutting bed that has spread the film, induced draft through the cutting bed and fix the back and tailor, remove and tailor the in-process and ensure not take place relative displacement between the cut-parts.
Figure 6 is a schematic view of the back panel of the suit fitted over the T-shaped alignment device 3. The dotted lines in the figure are the lattices or stripes required to be aligned, and the cut pieces are placed by taking a specific line as a reference through the nails on the sleeve plate. Therefore, the cut pieces on the sleeve plate can ensure that the upper and lower stripes or patterns are completely aligned, and the left and right stripes or patterns of each garment piece are completely symmetrical after cutting.
Compared with the prior art, the method has the characteristics of simple and convenient operation and low cost, can be operated by a plurality of workers simultaneously, is placed on a cutting bed to cut after the operation is finished, saves a large amount of time required for alignment on the cutting bed, can ensure that the cut pieces do not generate relative displacement in the moving process, and can improve the production efficiency of the composite cutting of the cut pieces of the conventional regular pattern fabric clothes. The above embodiments are examples of cutting different cut pieces of western-style clothes, but the method of the present invention is not limited to cutting cut pieces of western-style clothes, and can be applied to cutting cut pieces of clothes having regular patterns, such as other coats, pants, skirts, etc.
