1. A process for making a panel that maintains the integrity of a garment design, the process comprising the steps of:
(1) manufacturing a large front piece datum plate and a right small front piece datum plate: respectively inputting the length of the clothes, the size of a collar, the size of a shoulder, the size of a chest, the size of a waist, the size of a hip and the size of a lap into a computer, and beating to obtain a front piece datum plate; dividing a template which is cut from a collar to the chest at the right side of the front piece datum plate according to style requirements, adding a seam as a right small front piece datum plate, and taking the rest as a large front piece datum plate;
(2) manufacturing a left back piece reference board and a right back piece reference board: respectively inputting the length of the clothes, the size of a collar, the size of a shoulder, the size of a chest, the size of a waist, the size of a hip and the size of a lap into a computer, and performing template making to obtain a left back piece datum plate and a right back piece datum plate which are symmetrical to each other;
(3) manufacturing a big sleeve sheet reference plate and a small sleeve sheet reference plate: inputting the length size of the big sleeve, the size of the cuff and the size of the muff into a computer respectively, and beating the board to obtain a big sleeve piece datum board; inputting the size of the small sleeve, the size of the cuff and the size of the muffs into a computer respectively, and punching to obtain a small sleeve datum plate;
(4) manufacturing a large front piece template: taking the large front piece datum plate in the step (1), arranging a 1 st notch and a 2 nd notch at positions corresponding to the cheongsam split on two sides of the bottom of the large front piece datum plate, arranging a 3 rd notch in the middle of the 1 st notch and the 2 nd notch, arranging a 4 th notch at the back collar of the large front piece datum plate, arranging a 5 th notch from the collar of the large front piece datum plate to the left chest, arranging a 6 th notch at the position of the large front piece datum plate below the right chest, and sequentially arranging the notches to obtain a sample plate, namely a large front sample plate;
(5) manufacturing a right small front piece sample plate: taking the right small front piece datum plate in the step (1), arranging a 5' th notch corresponding to the 5 th notch of the large front piece sample plate at the position from the collar of the right small front piece datum plate to the right chest, arranging a 7 th notch at the back neckline of the right small front piece datum plate, and sequentially arranging the notches to obtain a sample plate which is the right small front piece sample plate;
(6) manufacturing a left back sample plate and a right back sample plate: taking the left back piece of reference substrate in the step (2), wherein a 4 'notch corresponding to the 4 th notch on the large front piece sample plate is arranged at the neckline of the left back piece of reference substrate, and a 1' notch corresponding to the 1 st notch on the large front piece sample plate is arranged on one side of the bottom of the left back piece of reference substrate; a 8 th notch is formed in the position, corresponding to the chest, on the left back piece datum plate, a 9 th notch is formed between the hip circumference and the waistline of the left back piece datum plate, a 10 th notch is formed in the position, corresponding to the cheongsam lower hem, of the bottom of the left back piece datum plate, and the notches are sequentially arranged to obtain a sample plate, namely a left back piece sample plate; taking the right back piece datum plate in the step (2), wherein a 7 'th notch corresponding to the 7 th notch on the right small front piece template is arranged at the neckline of the right back piece datum plate, and a 2' th notch corresponding to the 2 nd notch on the large front piece template is arranged on one side of the bottom of the right back piece datum plate; the right back piece datum plate is provided with an 8 ' notch corresponding to the 8 th notch on the left front piece sample plate, the right back piece datum plate is provided with a 9 ' notch corresponding to the 9 th notch on the left front piece sample plate, the bottom of the right back piece datum plate is provided with a 10 ' notch corresponding to the 10 th notch on the left front piece sample plate, and the sample plate obtained after the notches are sequentially arranged is the right back piece sample plate;
(7) manufacturing a big sleeve template and a small sleeve template: taking the large sleeve piece datum plate in the step (3), arranging a 11 th notch at a position close to the cuff along the sleeve long seam of the large sleeve piece, and obtaining a sample plate which is a large sleeve piece sample plate after the notch is arranged; and (4) taking the small sleeve piece datum plate in the step (3), and arranging an 11' notch corresponding to the 11 th notch on the large sleeve piece sample plate along the sleeve length seam of the small sleeve piece, wherein the sample plate obtained after the notch is arranged is the small sleeve piece sample plate.

A process of making a panel to maintain garment design integrity as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the notch on the big front piece template, the notch on the right small front piece template, the notch on the left rear piece template, the notch on the right rear piece template, the notch on the big sleeve piece template and the notch on the small sleeve piece template are respectively placed on cloth for processing the cheongsam at the time of setting, the position of the big front piece reference plate, the right small front piece reference plate, the left rear piece reference plate, the right rear piece reference plate, the big sleeve piece reference plate and the small sleeve piece reference plate which need to be aligned are respectively marked on the reference plates, then the marked position on the reference plates is punched, and the corresponding notch is formed at the punched position.
3. A process of making a panel to maintain garment design integrity as claimed in claim 2 wherein: the notch is rectangular or oval, and the size of the notch is matched with the size of a pattern to be aligned on the cloth for processing the cheongsam.
4. A cutting process for keeping a garment pattern intact using the template in a plate making process for keeping a garment pattern intact according to claim 1, wherein the cutting process comprises the steps of:
(1) cutting the cheongsam big front piece: placing the big front piece sample plate on cloth for processing the cheongsam, respectively corresponding the 1 st notch, the 2 nd notch, the 3 rd notch, the 4 th notch, the 5 th notch and the sixth notch on the big front piece sample plate to the pattern on the cloth for processing the cheongsam, drawing a line on the cloth along the size of the big front piece sample plate, and cutting to obtain the cheongsam big front piece;
(2) cutting the cheongsam right small front piece: placing the sample plate of the right front piece on cloth for processing the cheongsam, respectively corresponding a 5' th notch and a 7 th notch on the sample plate of the right front piece to patterns on the cloth for processing the cheongsam, drawing a line on the cloth along the size of the sample plate of the right front piece, and cutting to obtain the right front piece of the cheongsam;
(3) cutting the cheongsam left back piece and the cheongsam right back piece: placing the left back piece sample plate on cloth for processing the cheongsam, respectively corresponding a 4 'notch, a 1' notch, an 8 th notch, a 9 th notch and a 10 th notch on the left back piece sample plate to patterns on the cloth for processing the cheongsam, drawing a line on the cloth along the size of the left back piece sample plate, and cutting to obtain a cheongsam left back piece; placing the right back sample plate on cloth for processing the cheongsam, respectively corresponding the 2 ' notch, the 7 ' notch, the 8 ' notch, the 9 ' notch and the 10 ' notch on the right back sample plate to the pattern on the cloth for processing the cheongsam, drawing a line on the cloth along the size of the right back sample plate, and cutting to obtain a cheongsam right back piece;
(4) cutting a big sleeve piece and a small sleeve piece of the cheongsam left sleeve or the cheongsam right sleeve: placing a big sleeve template on the cloth for processing the cheongsam, corresponding the 11 th notch on the big sleeve template to the pattern on the cloth, drawing a line on the cloth along the size of the big sleeve, and cutting to obtain a big sleeve of the cheongsam left sleeve or the cheongsam right sleeve; and (3) placing the small sleeve template on the cloth for processing the cheongsam, corresponding the 11 th' notch on the small sleeve template to the pattern on the cloth, drawing a line on the cloth along the size of the small sleeve, and cutting to obtain the small sleeve of the cheongsam left sleeve or the cheongsam right sleeve.
