Abstract
一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,包括旋转进水管(3)、搅拌管(5)、布水管(9)、球头轴(7)、固定进水管(1)、碗座(8)、第一密封圈(2)和第二密封圈(4)。垂直布置的固定进水管伸入旋转进水管中,固定进水管与旋转进水管之间通过密封圈进行机械密封;旋转进水管通过其一端安装的球头轴垂直安装在碗座的半圆球凹槽中;旋转进水管在碗座支撑上围绕固定进水管进行旋转运行;旋转进水管下部两侧在水平方向安装搅拌管,两根搅拌管以旋转进水管的中心线为对称轴呈对称结构;两根搅拌管的一端均与旋转进水管垂直连通,另一端的端口均由堵板(6)封闭;两根搅拌管靠近堵板端分别安装至少有一根布水管,两根布水管的出水方向相反。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,属污水处理技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人类对环境要求逐渐提高,对污水的排放标准更加严格,治理废水的技术在不断发展,治理废水的生物处理设备技术也在不断进步。要提高生物处理设备的能力和质量,一个重要的方面,必须提高处理设备的布水和搅拌的混合均匀能力,使微生物污泥能与水中的有机质充分接触,以提高传质效果。
传统布水器多以点阵式布水为主的布水方式,即一个点服务于一个对应的面积,通过给水的动力进行水的冲击力搅拌,由于水的冲击力有限,或是进水流速和流量波动的等缘故,导致布水不均现象,同时在一个点与一个点服务面的交界处就会形成搅动不了的死区。这样的布水其搅拌能力和混合能力都很弱,对反应器来说都是局部行为,起不到良好的搅拌布水效果,使得生物处理设备处理能力和处理质量均无法提升。另一类机械搅拌器只有搅拌混合功能,没有布水能力,而且时间长了,轴及轴承都会出现坏死等机械故障,致使生物处理设备功能下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,为了克服传统布水器存在的问题,本发明提出一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器。
本发明实现的技术方案如下,一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,包括旋转进水管、搅拌管、布水管、球头轴、固定进水管、碗座和密封圈;所述搅拌布水器为立式安装;垂直布置的固定进水管伸入旋转进水管中,固定进水管与旋转进水管之间通过密封圈进行机械密封;所述旋转进水管为一立式安装的直管,通过其一端安装的球头轴垂直安装在碗座的半圆球凹槽中;所述旋转进水管在碗座支撑上围绕固定进水管和球头轴进行旋转运行;所述旋转进水管下部两侧在水平方向安装搅拌管,两根搅拌管以旋转进水管的中心线为对称轴呈对称结构;两根搅拌管的一端均与旋转进水管垂直连通,另一端的端口均由堵板封闭;两根搅拌管靠近堵板端分别安装至少有一根布水管,两根搅拌管上的布水管处同一水平面上,但布水管的出水方向相反。
所述布水管与搅拌管垂直。
所述球头轴由圆轴和球头组成,圆轴通过焊接或螺纹固定在球头上,也可以一次性车削加工成型;所述圆轴的外径与旋转进水管的内径过盈配合;所述球头的外径小于碗座半圆球凹槽的内径。
所述旋转进水管、搅拌管与布水管三管连通;进水通过固定进水管进入旋转进水管,再由布水管排出。
所述布水管在每根搅拌管上有1根以上。
所述旋转进水管和球头轴的轴心线的垂直倾角小于3度。
所述固定进水管、旋转进水管的轴心线与碗座半圆球凹槽的中心线重合;所述固定进水管与旋转进水管之间的空隙采用密封圈进行密封。
所述搅拌管的长短、布水管与水平面的倾角、布水管的出水方位在安装时应进行调整,以便达到稳定运行和最佳搅拌效果。
本发明的工作原理如下,本发明无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器是以布水器出水的反作用力为动力,推动搅拌管向出水的反方向移动,实现均匀布水和机械搅拌。当废水从固定进水管进入旋转进水管,废水由旋转进水管分别进入两边的搅拌管,分别由两边搅拌管端部的布水管流出,布水管流出的废水对搅拌管产生了反冲力,则搅拌管沿逆时针方向带动旋转进水管转动;由于旋转进水管的端部安装有球头轴,球头在碗座半圆球凹槽接触为点接触,产生的摩擦力极小,从而实现了水力旋转搅拌布水器和无轴承状态下工作。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器是一个通过水力作用产生旋转搅拌的机械搅拌器,本发明采用两道机械密封,很好地解决了机械运动过程中的泄漏,采用球头轴与碗座支撑结构更好控制球头轴位置,解决了受力的稳定性,球头轴与碗座是球点接触,是滑动运行,所以系统长期运行不产生卡死等故障。搅拌管随着旋转管一起旋转,起到了机械搅拌的功能,布水管随着搅拌管旋转,实现了移动布水,达到布水均匀的效果。设计结构简单,安装方便,无需维护。

具体实施方式
本发明的具体实施方式如图1所示。
本实施例一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,包括旋转进水管3、搅拌管5、布水管9、球头轴7、固定进水管1、碗座8、第一密封圈2和第二密封圈4。
本实施例中搅拌布水器为立式安装。垂直布置的固定进水管1伸入旋转进水管3中,固定进水管1与旋转进水管3之间上、下分别通过第一密封圈2、第二密封圈4进行机械密封;所述旋转进水管3为一立式安装的直管,通过其一端安装的球头轴7垂直安装在碗座8的半圆球凹槽中;所述旋转进水管3下部两侧在水平方向安装搅拌管5,两根搅拌管5以旋转进水管的中心线为对称轴呈对称结构;两根搅拌管5的一端均与旋转进水管垂直连通,另一端的端口均由堵板6封闭;两根搅拌管5靠近堵板端分别安装两根布水管9,两根搅拌管上的布水管处同一水平面上,但布水管的出水方向相反。
在实际运行过程中,首先将碗座8安装固定在反应器的底部中心位置,再将旋转进水管3和球头轴7的组件通过夹具固定于碗座8之上;再将带有第一密封圈2和第二密封圈4的固定进水管1插入旋转进水管3中后,将固定进水管1安装固定好,即可解除旋转进水管3和球头轴7的组件的夹具;随后可将搅拌管5和布水管9一一焊接安装在旋转进水管3上。
通过这几个步骤就将无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器安装完毕。
必须注意,固定进水管1插入旋转进水管3,固定进水管1的轴心线与旋转进水管3的轴心线必须重合为同一轴心线;旋转进水管3和球头轴7的安装,是以碗座8为支撑的与水平面垂直安装,旋转进水管3和球头轴7的轴心线的垂直倾角小于3度。
在设计过程中根据生物反应器的大小和要求,可以对搅拌管5的长短及垂直角度和布水管9的出水方位进行调整,以便达到稳定运行和最佳搅拌效果。
当反应器较小时,每根搅拌管5上布水管9可以是1根。
当反应器较大时,考虑布水均匀,每根搅拌管5上布水管9的数量可以是2根或2根以上;考虑搅拌均匀,可以根据搅拌工况的需要,搅拌管5在垂直方向上进行有角度安装。
Claims (9)
1.一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述搅拌布水器包括旋转进水管、搅拌管、布水管、球头轴、固定进水管、碗座和密封圈;所述搅拌布水器为立式安装;垂直布置的固定进水管伸入旋转进水管中,固定进水管与旋转进水管之间通过密封圈进行机械密封;所述旋转进水管为一立式安装的直管,通过其一端安装的球头轴垂直安装在碗座的半圆球凹槽中;所述旋转进水管在碗座支撑上围绕固定进水管进行旋转运行;所述旋转进水管下部两侧在水平方向安装搅拌管,两根搅拌管以旋转进水管的中心线为对称轴呈对称结构;两根搅拌管的一端均与旋转进水管垂直连通,另一端的端口均由堵板封闭;两根搅拌管靠近堵板端分别安装至少有一根布水管,两根搅拌管上的布水管处同一水平面上,但布水管的出水方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述固定进水管的轴心线与旋转进水管的轴心线必须重合为同一轴心线;所述固定进水管与旋转进水管之间的空隙采用密封圈进行密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述布水管与搅拌管垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述球头轴由圆轴和球头组成,圆轴通过焊接或螺纹固定在球头上,或采取一次性车削加工成型;所述圆轴的外径与旋转进水管的内径过盈配合;所述球头的外径小于碗座半圆球凹槽的内径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述旋转进水管、搅拌管与布水管三管连通;进水通过固定进水管进入旋转进水管,再由布水管排出。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述布水管在每根搅拌管上有1根以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述旋转进水管和球头轴的轴心线的安装垂直倾角小于3度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述固定进水管、旋转进水管的轴心线与碗座半圆球凹槽的中心线重合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种无轴承水力旋转搅拌布水器,其特征在于,所述搅拌管的长短、布水管与水平面的倾角、布水管的出水方位在安装时应进行调整,以便达到稳定运行和最佳搅拌效果。
