本发明公开了一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板,包括外部组件、隔音组件和防护组件,所述防护组件包括碳酸钙板、纳米硅防水胶体层、陶瓷微球隔热层和热反射树脂层,所述氟碳铝板的下表面设有所述热反射树脂层,所述热反射树脂层与所述氟碳铝板固定连接,所述热反射树脂层的下表面设有所述陶瓷微球隔热层;通过在内部设置了陶瓷微球隔热层和热反射树脂层,隔绝热量在蜂窝板内部的传递,从而具有很好的防热防潮效果,形成持久的热阻隔,而且在热量粘附在表面时,热反射树脂层便将部分热量反射出去,减小热量进入内部,就算遇火导热也比较慢,为了防止明火,在外侧壁设置了碳酸钙板,可以降低安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明属于室内装潢用蜂窝板技术领域,具体涉及一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板。
背景技术
蜂窝板是由两块较薄的面板,牢固地粘结在一层较厚的蜂窝状芯材两面而制成的板材,亦称蜂窝夹层结构。此外,蜂窝板也指将大量的截止波导焊接在一起,构成截止波导阵列,形成很大的开口面积,同时能够防止电磁波泄露的面板。
室内装潢用蜂窝板可以将房间进行分隔,但同时也存在一些不足之处,使用蜂窝板分隔的房间隔热性能不强,外部的热气容易附在墙壁上,导致蜂窝板房间内部热量比其他房间较热,同时蜂窝板的防潮性能一般,并且原有的蜂窝板表面在遇到明火容易燃烧,这样存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的室内装潢用蜂窝板可以将房间进行分隔,但同时也存在一些不足之处,使用蜂窝板分隔的房间隔热性能不强,外部的热气容易附在墙壁上,导致蜂窝板房间内部热量比其他房间较热,同时蜂窝板的防潮性能一般,并且原有的蜂窝板表面在遇到明火容易燃烧,这样存在一定的安全隐患的问题。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过在内部设置了陶瓷微球隔热层和热反射树脂层,隔绝热量在蜂窝板内部的传递,从而具有很好的防热防潮效果,形成持久的热阻隔,而且在热量粘附在表面时,热反射树脂层便将部分热量反射出去,减小热量进入内部,就算遇火导热也比较慢,为了防止明火,在外侧壁设置了碳酸钙板,可以降低安全隐患,还设置了纳米硅防水胶体层,在表面粘到污渍可以用水清洗,具有防水透气性能。

本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,氟碳铝板11的外侧壁设置四个安装挂耳12,在安装孔的内部放置螺纹杆可以固定蜂窝板,在氟碳铝板11的下表面设置了热反射树脂层34,在热量粘附在上面时,可以将部分热量反射出去,并且在热反射树脂层34的下方设置了陶瓷微球隔热层33,没有反射出去的热量经过陶瓷微球隔热层33,可以隔绝热量在蜂窝板内部的传递,从而形成持久的热阻隔,还在氟碳铝板11的前表面设置了薄层碳酸钙板31,能很好的防明火,降低安全隐患,还设置了纳米硅防水胶体层32,方便去除粘在表面的污渍,并且具有防水透气性能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板,其特征在于:包括外部组件(10)、隔音组件(20)和防护组件(30),所述外部组件(10)包括氟碳铝板(11)、安装挂耳(12)和铬化铝板(13),所述氟碳铝板(11)的下方右侧设有所述安装挂耳(12),所述安装挂耳(12)与所述氟碳铝板(11)固定连接,所述氟碳铝板(11)的下方设有所述铬化铝板(13),所述铬化铝板(13)与所述氟碳铝板(11)固定连接,所述隔音组件(20)包括粘性胶膜(21)、隔音板(22)、蜂窝芯(23)和专业粘合层(24),所述铬化铝板(13)的上方设有所述粘性胶膜(21),所述粘性胶膜(21)与所述铬化铝板(13)粘接固定,所述粘性胶膜(21)的上表面设有所述专业粘合层(24),所述专业粘合层(24)与所述粘性胶膜(21)固定连接,所述隔音板(22)位于所述专业粘合层(24)的上表面,且与所述专业粘合层(24)粘接固定,所述隔音板(22)的上方设有所述蜂窝芯(23),所述蜂窝芯(23)与所述隔音板(22)固定连接,所述防护组件(30)包括碳酸钙板(31)、纳米硅防水胶体层(32)、陶瓷微球隔热层(33)和热反射树脂层(34),所述氟碳铝板(11)的下表面设有所述热反射树脂层(34),所述热反射树脂层(34)与所述氟碳铝板(11)固定连接,所述热反射树脂层(34)的下表面设有所述陶瓷微球隔热层(33),所述陶瓷微球隔热层(33)与所述热反射树脂层(34)粘接固定,所述氟碳铝板(11)的前表面设有所述碳酸钙板(31),所述碳酸钙板(31)与所述氟碳铝板(11)粘接固定,所述碳酸钙板(31)的前表面设有所述纳米硅防水胶体层(32),所述纳米硅防水胶体层(32)与所述碳酸钙板(31)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述蜂窝芯(23)的上下两侧设有所述隔音板(22),所述隔音板(22)与所述蜂窝芯(23)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述粘性胶膜(21)的数量为两个,一个位于所述铬化铝板(13)的上表面,另一个位于所述陶瓷微球隔热层(33)的下表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述铬化铝板(13)的上表面设有加强肋,所述加强肋与所述铬化铝板(13)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种室内装潢用隔音型蜂窝板,其特征在于:所述安装挂耳(12)的数量为四个,分别位于所述氟碳铝板(11)的外侧壁,并且所述安装挂耳(12)的内部设有安装孔,所述安装孔与所述安装挂耳(12)一体成型。
