本发明涉及一种木薯苗种切割机,属于农业机械技术领域,包括机体,机体正面连接有一块安装板,所述安装板的一端设有送料架,送料架对面安装有固定块,固定块通过活动螺杆连接限位块,所述的送料架与限位块中间设有下料口,下料口边缘设有气缸,气缸上设有垂直切割刀片,气缸斜对面设有挡块,所述机体采用PLC控制系统控制整个机器的运行。本发明的木薯苗种切割机集送料、切断、计数一体化,切割精度及自动化程度高,有效提高了农民的工作效率。

一种木薯苗种切割机
技术领域
本发明属于农业机械技术领域,具体涉及一种木薯苗种切割机。
背景技术
木薯是灌木状多年生作物,有肉质长圆柱形块根,块根肉质富含淀粉,供食用或作糊料,可磨木薯粉、做面包、提供木薯淀粉和浆洗用淀粉乃至酒精饮料。木薯干物质中绝大部分是淀粉,在鲜薯中淀粉约含25%~30%,在薯干中约含80%。木薯块根含氮量少,在1 .5%~4%之间,其中50%左右为非蛋白氮,以亚硝酸和硝酸态氮居多,在氨基酸组成上,赖氨酸及色氨酸相对较多,而缺乏蛋氨酸和胱氨酸。木薯块根粗纤维含量少( 1%~2% ),脂肪含量低,钙、钾含量高而磷低,含有植酸和少量的维生素C、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2。木薯最主要的用途是作粮食,在热带地区的发展中国家,木薯是主要的的粮食作物。
木薯通常用茎部繁殖,种植前要将茎部切为一截一截作为苗种,但目前,木薯苗种一般都是人工将木薯茎切断,这种传统方法劳动强度大,耗时长,效率极低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供了一种木薯苗种切割机。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现:
一种木薯苗种切割机,包括机体,机体正面连接有一块安装板,所述安装板的一端设有送料架,送料架对面安装有固定块,固定块通过活动螺杆连接限位块,所述的送料架与限位块中间设有下料口,下料口边缘设有气缸,气缸上设有垂直切割刀片,气缸斜对面设有挡块。
优选的,所述的机体上设有计数器,计数器上设有启动开关及清零按键。
优选的,所述的送料架中间设有传送带,所述传送带通过送料架内部设有的电机带动。
优选的,所述的送料架表面采用较光滑的钢铁制作,所述传送带表面采用摩擦力强且柔软的纱布制作。此结构很大程度上降低了木薯苗茎与送料架接触面的摩擦力,增加了传送带与木薯苗茎接触面的摩擦力,使物料更容易传送,而传送带与木薯苗茎的摩擦力大决定木薯苗茎对轻触开关施加的力,采用摩擦力强且柔软的纱布作为传送带的表层结构可使木薯苗茎轻易将轻触开关按下,同时保护木薯苗茎的芽点。
优选的,所述的限位块上设有轻触开关,所述轻触开关表面设有弹簧挡块。
优选的,所述的气缸上还设有空压气阀,边缘设有传感器。
优选的,所述的挡块表面设有海绵,海绵厚度为5-8mm。气缸在带动刀片切断木薯苗茎时,会给木薯苗茎施加一个向前的推力,挡块的作用主要是抵消推力,使木薯苗茎容易切断,挡块上的海绵为软质材料,其厚度大于木薯苗种芽点的高度,可以有效保护木薯苗种的芽点不受到伤害。
优选的,所述机体采用PLC控制系统控制整个机器的运行,所述的PLC控制系统通过电缆分别与电机、轻触开关、空压气阀和传感器相连。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的木薯苗种切割机集送料、切断、计数一体化,切割精度及自动化程度高,有效提高了农民的工作效率。

如图1所示,一种木薯苗种切割机,包括机体1,机体1正面连接有一块安装板2,所述安装板2的一端设有送料架3,送料架3对面安装有固定块4,固定块4通过活动螺杆5连接限位块6,所述的送料架3与限位块6中间设有下料口7,下料口7边缘设有气缸8,气缸8上设有垂直切割刀片9,气缸8斜对面设有挡块10。
所述的机体1上设有计数器11,计数器11上设有启动开关12及清零按键13。
所述的送料架3中间设有传送带14,所述传送带14通过送料架3内部设有的电机15带动。
所述的送料架3表面采用较光滑的钢铁制作,所述传送带14表面采用摩擦力强且柔软的纱布制作。
所述的限位块6上设有轻触开关16,所述轻触开关16表面设有弹簧挡块17。
所述的气缸8上还设有空压气阀18,边缘设有传感器19。
所述的挡块10表面设有海绵20,海绵20厚度为5-8mm。
所述机体采用PLC控制系统控制整个机器的运行,所述的PLC控制系统通过电缆分别与电机15、轻触开关16、空压气阀18和传感器19相连。
所述木薯苗种切割机工作程序为:按下启动开关,电机开始带动传送带运转,将木薯苗茎放上料架,传送带则将木薯苗茎往前推送,当在传送带上的木薯苗茎触碰到弹簧挡块,给弹簧挡块施加了向轻触开关方向的压力,压力将轻触开关按下,空压气阀打开,气缸则带动刀片将木薯苗茎切断,切断后的苗种从下料口掉下,弹簧挡块、轻触开关及气缸恢复原位,以此循环,位于气缸的传感器通过感应气缸的运动次数计算苗种的数量。

1.一种木薯苗种切割机,包括机体,其特征在于,机体正面连接有一块安装板,所述安装板的一端设有送料架,送料架对面安装有固定块,固定块通过活动螺杆连接限位块,所述的送料架与限位块中间设有下料口,下料口边缘设有气缸,气缸上设有垂直切割刀片,气缸斜对面设有挡块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木薯苗种切割机,其特征在于,所述的机体上设有计数器,计数器上设有启动开关及清零按键。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木薯苗种切割机,其特征在于,所述的送料架中间设有传送带,所述传送带通过送料架内部设有的电机带动。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的木薯苗种切割机,其特征在于,所述的送料架表面采用较光滑的钢铁制作,所述传送带表面采用摩擦力强且柔软的纱布制作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的木薯苗种切割机,其特征在于,所述的限位块上设有轻触开关,所述轻触开关表面设有弹簧挡块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的木薯苗种切割机,其特征在于,所述的气缸上还设有空压气阀,边缘设有传感器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的木薯苗种切割机,其特征在于,所述的挡块表面设有海绵,海绵厚度为5-8mm。
