step three: after the non-woven fabric with the front coated with the silicone oil is baked, the non-woven fabric sequentially passes through a second silicone oil coating device 900 and a second silicone oil baking device 800 on the production table 200, and then is wound by a winding machine 700 to obtain the silicone oil coated non-woven fabric; the speed of the winding machine 700 is controlled to be 20-30 m/min.
The production line disclosed by the invention is reasonable in layout, the front side and the back side of the non-woven fabric can be sequentially coated with the silicone oil and baked, the production process cost is low, the production efficiency is high, the quality of the manufactured silicone oil-coated non-woven fabric is good, the water repellency of the silicone oil-coated non-woven fabric is strong, and the smoothness degree is high.

A production process of a silicone oil-coated non-woven fabric production line is characterized in that: the production line comprises a silicon oil-coated non-woven fabric production line, wherein the silicon oil-coated non-woven fabric production line comprises a lower production table top (100), an upper production table top (200) and a support frame (300), the upper production table top (200) is connected with the lower production table top (100) through the support frame (300), an unreeling machine (400), a first silicon oil-coated device (500) and a first silicon oil baking device (600) are sequentially installed on the lower production table top (100), a winding machine (700), a second silicon oil baking device (800) and a second silicon oil-coated device (900) are sequentially installed on the upper production table top (200), and a third tensioning roller (201) is installed at the end part of the upper production table top (200) close to the second silicon oil-coated device (900); the first silicone oil coating device (500) and the second silicone oil coating device (900) are the same in structure, the first silicone oil coating device (500) comprises a frame (1), a silicone oil coating roller (2), a pressure rubber roller (3) and a silicone oil groove (4) are installed on the frame (1), the silicone oil coating roller (2) is connected with a driving motor (5) for driving the silicone oil coating roller to rotate, a cloth feeding end and a cloth discharging end of the frame (1) are respectively provided with a cloth feeding tensioning roller (6) and a cloth discharging tensioning roller (7), the pressure rubber roller (3) is positioned above the silicone oil coating roller (2), the pressure rubber roller (3) is in rolling contact with the silicone oil coating roller (2), the bottom end of the silicone oil coating roller (2) extends into the silicone oil groove (4), two ends of the bottom of the silicone oil coating roller (4) are respectively connected with a lifting mechanism (8), the left side and the right side of the silicone oil coating roller (2) are respectively provided with a first silicone oil scraping roller (9) and a second oil scraping roller (10) which, the first oil scraping roller (9) and the second oil scraping roller (10) are respectively in rolling contact with the silicone-coated rubber roller (2); the first silicon oil baking device (600) and the second silicon oil baking device (800) are identical in structure, the first silicon oil baking device (600) comprises a substrate (601), a first heating roller (602), a baking box body (603) and a second heating roller (604) are sequentially mounted on the substrate (601), a baking cover body (605) is arranged at an upper end opening of the baking box body (603), a cloth inlet (606) and a cloth outlet (607) are formed in the baking cover body (605), a first tensioning roller (608) is mounted at the top end of the side wall of the baking box body (603) close to the first heating roller (602), a second tensioning roller (609) is mounted at the top end of the side wall of the baking box body (603) close to the second heating roller (604), an inner tensioning roller (610) is mounted at the middle position of the bottom of the baking box body (603), and a plurality of telescopic two side wall baking supports (611) are symmetrically mounted on the inner surface of, an arc-shaped reflecting cover (612) is arranged at the end part of the telescopic baking bracket (611), and a halogen heating tube (613) is arranged in the arc-shaped reflecting cover (612); two ends of the pressure rubber roll (3) are respectively and rotatably arranged on a height adjusting frame (11), and the upper end of the height adjusting frame (11) is fixedly connected with a piston rod of a cylinder (12) vertically arranged on the rack (1);

step three: after the non-woven fabric with the front surface coated with the silicone oil is baked, the non-woven fabric sequentially passes through a second silicone oil coating device (900) and a second silicone oil baking device (800) on a production table board (200), and then is wound by a winding machine (700), so that the silicone oil coated non-woven fabric is obtained; the speed of the winding machine (700) is controlled to be 20-30 m/min.
