技术领域
本发明涉及机械领域,尤其是涉及一种新型降噪水洗塔。
背景技术
水洗塔是一种新型的气体净化处理设备。它是在可浮动填料层气体净化器的基础上改进而产生的,广泛应用于工业废气净化、除尘等方面的前处理,净化效果很好。对煤气化工艺来说,煤气洗涤不可避免,无论什么煤气化技术都用到这一单元操作。由于其工作原理类似洗涤过程,故名水洗塔。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前问题,为此提供了一种新型降噪水洗塔,包括塔体,在塔体底部设置循环水箱,在塔体中部设置喷淋头,在塔体内壁上设置填料层,循环水泵通过管道连接喷淋头,在塔体旁设置加药桶,在管道上设置控制阀,在塔体内壁上设置降噪三角带,作为优选,所述管道为加强复合材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明设计合理,结构简单。该新型降噪水洗塔在工作时,将达到预期效果,大多管道都需要有耐高温要求配置,而此发明从材料上达到了要求,管道采用加强复合材料,使其加固提高使用安全性,控制阀的设置是为了更加便捷的调控水流量,降噪三角带的设置是为了在水洗塔工作时,减少震动,提高稳定性。
