技术领域
[0001]本实用新型涉及燃煤电厂脱硫领域,尤其涉及一种高效脱硫塔。
背景技术
[0002]目前,我国各种工业锅炉、炉窑均通过以煤为主的燃料燃烧进行工作,该过程会产生大量的含有二氧化硫和烟尘的废气,直接排放到大气中会导致严重的环境污染问题,如酸雨,雾霾天气等。随着国家以及民众对环保问题的日益重视,污染废气的排放标准及其执行的力度都越来越严格,在众多的湿法脱硫装置中,喷淋塔系统占有突出的地位,然而,面临新的二氧化硫排放标准(GB13223-2011),将会有一大批的喷淋塔脱硫装置难以满足要求。
[0003]由于燃煤会产生的烟尘、硫化物等污染物。此类污染物的治理方法包括干法、湿法和半湿法,其中应用较多的是石灰石一石膏湿法脱硫。然而,现有技术提供的脱硫塔气流不够均匀,气液两相接触分布不均会导致脱硫效果不够理想。
[0004]现有的脱硫塔大多采用喷淋塔,由于喷淋液滴粒径较大等因素,常存在雾液接触不充分、烟气容易逃逸等问题。而如采用喷雾工艺,由于雾滴粒径很小,上升的烟气往往会抑制雾滴的下落,影响气液反应效果,烟气携带大量雾滴上行还容易造成除雾器的阻塞等问题。
[0005] 我国电力脱硫工艺以石灰石-石膏法湿法脱硫为主,通过调节脱硫剂的pH值和液气比可使脱硫剂被充分利用,脱硫效率有达到98%以上的潜力,但是目前湿法脱硫实际脱硫率大部分在95%,甚至以下。造成这种现象的主要原因是脱硫塔内气液混合效果差,受烟气温度流速影响很大;上游设备控制和工况发生改变时,如果不能及时调整,不仅会造成脱硫效率降低或脱硫剂浪费,还可能会引起设备的堵塞和结垢,脱硫产物的品位下降。因此如何结合上游设备控制和工况信息,即时调节液气比,合理调节脱硫剂pH值是是脱硫技术要解决的问题。
[0006]有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种高效脱硫塔,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
实用新型内容
[0007]为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够随时调节脱硫剂pH值和液气比,提尚脱硫效率的尚效脱硫塔。
[0008]本实用新型的一种高效脱硫塔,其特征在于:包括塔体,所述塔体内由下而上依次设置有浆液池、喷雾层、喷淋层及除雾器,所述塔体的下方侧壁上设有烟气接入口,所述烟气接入口设置在所述浆液池与所述喷雾层之间,所述塔体的顶部设有净烟出口,所述喷雾层中均匀间隔水平设置有若干喷雾管道,所述喷雾管道上均匀间隔设置有若干雾化喷嘴,所述喷雾层与所述喷淋层之间设置有填料层,所述喷淋层中设有一根喷淋管道,所述喷淋管道水平位于所述喷淋层上端的中间,所述喷淋管道上均匀间隔设置有若干螺旋喷淋头,所述喷雾管道和喷淋管道均通过连接管道与所述浆液池连接,所述连接管道上安装有循环栗;

[0021]借由上述方案,本实用新型至少具有以下优点:该高效脱硫塔通过进烟管上的气体流量控制阀控制进烟量,从而调节液气比,通过PH值监测仪随时监测浆液池这脱硫剂的PH值,当脱硫剂的pH值低于设定范围时,通过将钠碱石灰池中调配的钠碱石灰液,输送到浆液池中,从而调节脱硫剂的PH值,进而提高脱硫剂的脱硫效率,通过浆液池中的搅拌器,能够不停地搅拌脱硫剂,使脱硫剂与烟气充分反应,进一步提高脱硫效率,再通过喷淋工艺和喷雾工艺,大幅提高了脱硫效率,在处理量较大及烟气二氧化硫浓度较高的情况下,亦能满足排放要求。该脱硫塔结构简易、容易实施、造价成本低,尤其适合传统喷淋脱硫塔的改造项目。

1.一种高效脱硫塔,其特征在于:包括塔体,所述塔体内由下而上依次设置有浆液池、喷雾层、喷淋层及除雾器,所述塔体的下方侧壁上设有烟气接入口,所述烟气接入口设置在所述浆液池与所述喷雾层之间,所述塔体的顶部设有净烟出口,所述喷雾层中均匀间隔水平设置有若干喷雾管道,所述喷雾管道上均匀间隔设置有若干雾化喷嘴,所述喷雾层与所述喷淋层之间设置有填料层,所述喷淋层中设有一根喷淋管道,所述喷淋管道水平位于所述喷淋层上端的中间,所述喷淋管道上均匀间隔设置有若干螺旋喷淋头,所述喷雾管道和喷淋管道均通过连接管道与所述浆液池连接,所述连接管道上安装有循环栗; 所述烟气接入口上密封连接有进烟管,所述进烟管上安装有气体流量控制阀; 还包括钠碱石灰池,所述钠碱石灰池密封设置在所述塔体的外部,所述钠碱石灰池的上端安装有清水管和进料管,所述钠碱石灰池的侧壁下端部分安装有出料管,所述出料管与所述浆液池联通,所述出料管上安装有出料阀,所述浆液池上安装有PH值监测仪; 还包括搅拌器,所述搅拌器安装在所述浆液池中,所述搅拌器上连接有伺服电机,所述伺服电机安装在所述塔体的外壁上; 还包括控制器,所述控制器独立设置并位于所述塔体的外部; 所述螺旋喷淋头、循环栗、气体流量控制阀均、出料阀、PH值监测仪和伺服电机均与所述控制器通信连接。
