Description

User position information acquisition method and server
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a user position information acquisition method and a server.
Background
Volte (voice over LTE) refers to that a terminal user accesses an EPC (Evolved Packet Core) through LTE (Long Term Evolution, Long Term Evolution network), and then IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP Multimedia Subsystem network) provides a high-quality audio and video service for the user. LTE is an access network, EPC provides bearers for voice and data services, IMS networks provide basic supplementary services for voice/video. VoLTE is a target solution for operator 4G voice basic service plan, providing IP voice service based on packet domain. VoLTE provides Call control and service logic by IMS, high quality packet domain bearer by EPC, and ensures Call Continuity by eSRVCC (Enhanced Single Radio Voice Call Continuity) before continuous coverage. The most direct feeling brought to the user by the VoLTE technology is the effect of audio and video call with shorter connection waiting time and higher quality, and simultaneously, rich services can be provided. The VoLTE turn-on delay is generally about 2-4 seconds, while the 2G turn-on delay is about 6-7 seconds.
In VoLTE service, some scenarios need to implement special strategies according to the location information of the user, such as: (1) operators need to realize cost preferential treatment on voice services under certain scenes; (2) an AS (Application Server) needs to perform the next call connection selection according to the domain selection information of the user; (3) the AS needs to fill in a ticket according to the position information of the user to realize different service strategies; (4) the user complains about the failure of voice call setup or the sudden call drop after call setup, and the operator needs to know the user access location information in order to improve the access network. In the prior art, the user location information is generally obtained by: the Sh interface supporting the DIAMETER protocol transmits a UDR (User Data Request) message to the HSS (Home Subscriber Server), and the HSS returns a UDA (User Data Answer) message including the location and status of the User. The AS may also perform the called location status query using an ATI (anytime query) message of a MAP (Mobile Application Part) interface when the Sh interface fails to query the user location information. If the service needing to acquire the position of the user in the service subscribed by the user relates to a plurality of Application Servers (AS), the method needs to acquire the position information of the user for a plurality of times. For example: one user subscribes N services, wherein M AS service scenes need to acquire the position information of the called user, and then one call at least needs to generate M times of UDR messages to acquire the position information of the called user. If the calling and called users are VoLTE users, the number of UDRs is more. Considering that the HSS will get location information from the circuit domain or data domain paging every time a UDR message is sent, the call connection delay is increased seriously.
Therefore, how to provide a method for reducing call delay when acquiring user location information is an urgent problem to be solved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a user location information obtaining method in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the user location information obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s1, receiving a call request initiated from a user side, wherein the call request comprises calling party information;
specifically, when a user needs to initiate a call, a call request is initiated through the user terminal, wherein the call request may be a voice call request or a video call request. The call request includes information of a calling party, such as a telephone number of the calling party, and the call request may also include information of a called party, such as a telephone number of the called party. Based on voice call of VoLTE scene, when user initiates call, application server AS will receive call request invite. It should be noted that the call request received by the application server AS may not be directly sent by the calling user side, but may also be sent by other network elements, for example: sent by a core network element of VoLTE, such AS an S-CSCF (Serving-Call Session Control Function), or sent by other application servers AS.
S2, if it is determined according to the calling subscriber information that it is necessary to obtain subscriber location information, determining whether the call request includes the corresponding subscriber location information, and if so, obtaining the subscriber location information from the call request, where the subscriber location information includes: calling user location information and/or called user location information.
Specifically, after receiving the call request, the application server AS determines whether the call request needs to obtain the user location information according to the calling party information in the call request, and specifically, may query the service type ordered by the calling party according to the calling party information in the call request, and determine whether the user location information needs to be obtained according to the service type. The user location information includes calling user location information and/or called user location information, and the service type is which services the user subscribes such as: no roaming, call authority control (e.g. only telephone in province) and so on. Such as: if the charging mode of the service type ordered by the calling user needs to distinguish long distance from non-long distance, charging is carried out according to the position information of the called user, and the position information of the called user needs to be acquired at the moment; or the calling user orders a service with preferential benefits for dialing a certain province telephone, and whether the service belongs to the preferential province needs to be judged according to the position information of the called user; if the service type subscribed by the calling subscriber is not national no-roaming, judging whether the service type belongs to a roaming region according to the calling position information; or the calling user orders the service type of only calling the private telephone, the position information of the called user needs to be acquired to judge that the calling request belongs to the calling area, and the calling authority is further controlled. When the application server AS judges and acquires the user position information according to the calling user information in the call request, whether the received call request comprises the user position information is judged, if the call request comprises the required user position information, the user position information is directly acquired from the call request, and the user position information is used for executing corresponding operations such AS: and using the user position information to perform charging or call authority control and the like, and returning the call request to a subsequent network element so that the subsequent network element performs corresponding operation as required.
The subsequent network element refers to a network element that performs corresponding operations after the application server AS in the embodiment of the present invention, and may include: an S-CSCF network element, an I-CSCF (interworking-Call Session Control Function) network element, and a subsequent application server AS network element. Of course, the user location information may include detailed cell information, such as: a routing area identity RAI, a global cell identity CGI, a service area identity SAI, etc.
For example: the calling user A initiates a call request through a user side, the application server AS acquires the preferential service for dialing the province B telephone ordered by the calling user A according to the user information of the calling user A in the call request, whether the preferential province B telephone belongs to is judged according to the position information of the called user, charging is carried out, and the application server AS judges that the position information of the called user needs to be acquired. And the application server AS judges that the received call request comprises the position information of the called user, and the application server AS directly acquires the position information of the called user from the received call request and sends the call request to a subsequent network element so AS to provide the subsequent network element to execute corresponding operation AS required.
In the method for acquiring user location information provided by the embodiment of the invention, after receiving a call request from a user terminal, an application server judges that user location information needs to be acquired according to calling user information in the call request, and then judges whether the received call request contains the user location information. If the location information of the user is included in the location information, the needed user location information is directly obtained from the call request, and a user data request does not need to be sent to a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) to inquire the user location information again, so that the user location information is obtained, the time for inquiring again by the HSS is reduced, and the call delay is further reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
if the calling request is judged and obtained to include the corresponding user position information, acquiring the acquisition time corresponding to the user position information, and judging whether the time interval between the acquisition time and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
and if the time interval is smaller than the preset threshold value, acquiring the user position information from the calling request.
Specifically, the application server AS receives a call request initiated from a user side, and the call request needs to obtain user location information, such AS: and the position information of the called user. Firstly, judging whether a calling request contains required user position information, if the calling request contains the user position information, judging whether the time interval between the acquisition time of the user position information and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold value by an Application Server (AS). That is, the call request not only includes the user location information, but also includes the acquisition time corresponding to the user location information, and the acquisition time may be added to the call request by the network element that acquires the user location information, and may of course be added to the call request by other methods. The time for acquiring the user location information refers to a time corresponding to the user location information, and may be used to indicate a time corresponding to the user when the user is located at a location corresponding to the user location information. If the time interval between the acquisition time of the user position information and the current time is smaller than the preset threshold, it indicates that the acquisition time of the user position information is closer to the current time, the change of the user position information is not large, the influence on the accuracy of the user position information is not large, and the user position information can be used. The application server AS acquires the user position information from the call request and executes corresponding operations such AS: and charging or controlling the call authority by using the user position information. The size of the preset threshold may be set according to an actual use condition, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
In the method for acquiring user location information provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the application server acquires user location information from the call request, it is determined whether a time interval between the acquisition time of the user location information and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold, and if so, the user location information is acquired from the call request, and corresponding operation is performed. The accuracy and the effectiveness of the user position information acquisition are ensured, and meanwhile, the home subscriber server is not required to acquire the user position information again, so that the call delay is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes: and if the time interval is judged to be larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, sending a user data request for acquiring the user position information to the home subscriber server, receiving a user data response containing the user position information returned by the home subscriber server, adding the user position information into the call request, and sending the call request to the subsequent network element.
If the time interval is greater than the preset threshold, it indicates that the time interval between the acquisition time of the user location information and the current time is longer, and the user location information may have new changes at the current time, so the user location information may be inaccurate. At this time, the application server AS sends a user data request UDR for acquiring the user location information to the home subscriber server HSS, and requests to query the user location information at the current time, that is, requests to query the real-time location information of the user. Wherein the user data request may be provided with corresponding user information, such as: if the application server AS needs to inquire the location information of the called user, the user data request including the information of the called user, such AS the telephone number of the called user, can be sent to the home subscriber server HSS, so that the home subscriber server HSS can inquire the corresponding user location information according to the user information. And after inquiring the user location information, the home subscriber server HSS returns a user data response UDA message including the user location information to the application server AS. After receiving the user data response UDA, the application server AS adds the user location information to the call request and sends the call request added with the user location information to the subsequent network element, so that the subsequent network element can directly acquire the user location information from the total call request without sending a user data request UDR for acquiring the user location information to the home subscriber server HSS to re-query the user location information. In practical application, the acquisition time corresponding to the user location information can be added to the call request and sent to the subsequent network element, so that the subsequent network element can conveniently judge the timeliness and the accuracy of the user location information.
In the method for acquiring user location information provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the application server acquires user location information from the call request, it is determined whether a time interval between the acquisition time of the user location information and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold, and if not, the real-time location information of the user at the current time is acquired from the home subscriber server. The accuracy of obtaining the user position information is guaranteed, the accuracy of executing the calling strategy is further guaranteed, meanwhile, the obtained user position information corresponding to the current time is added into the calling request and sent to the subsequent network element, the subsequent network element can conveniently and directly obtain the user position information from the calling request, the home subscriber server is not required to obtain the user position information again, and the calling delay is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the method further includes:
if the calling request does not include the corresponding user position information, sending a user data request for acquiring the user position information to a home subscriber server;
and receiving a user data response which is returned by the home subscriber server and contains the user location information, adding the user location information into the call request, and sending the call request to a subsequent network element, so that the subsequent network element acquires the user location information from the call request.
Specifically, the application server AS receives a call request from a user side, and determines that the call request needs to obtain user location information, and then determines whether the received call request includes the needed user location information. If the call request does not contain the user location information, the application server AS sends a user data request UDR for acquiring the user location information to the home subscriber server HSS, and requests to inquire the user location information at the current time, namely requests to inquire the real-time location information of the user. Wherein the user data request may be provided with corresponding user information, such as: if the application server AS needs to inquire the location information of the called user, the user data request including the information of the called user, such AS the telephone number of the called user, can be sent to the home subscriber server HSS, so that the home subscriber server HSS can inquire the location information of the user according to the user information. After inquiring the user location information, the home subscriber server HSS returns a user data response UDA message including the user location information to the application server AS. After receiving the user data response UDA, the application server AS adds the user position information into the call request and sends the call request added with the user position information to the subsequent network element, so that the subsequent network element can directly acquire the user position information from the total call request without sending a user data request UDR to the home subscriber server HSS to inquire the user position information again. The definition of the subsequent network elements is the same as the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In addition, before sending the user data request UDR to the home subscriber server HSS, domain selection may be performed first, that is, it is determined that the calling user or the called user belongs to a circuit domain or a data domain, and then the corresponding user data request UDR is sent to the home subscriber server HSS, so as to obtain the user location information. Such as: if the application server AS judges that the position information of the called user needs to be acquired and the call request does not contain the position information of the called user, the application server AS firstly judges that the domain of the called user is selected to be the circuit domain and then sends a user data request UDR for acquiring the position information of the called user to the home subscriber server HSS, wherein the user data request UDR comprises the information that the domain of the called user is selected to be the circuit domain. And after the user data request UDR sent by the application server AS is sent to the home subscriber server HSS according to the user data request UDR to obtain the position information of the called user, a user data response UDA comprising the position information of the called user is returned to the application server AS, and the application server AS obtains the position information of the called user.
In the method for acquiring user location information provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a call request, if the call request does not include required user location information, the application server sends a user data request to the home subscriber server to request for querying user location information, and after receiving a user data response returned by the home subscriber server, adds the user location information to the call request and returns the user location information to a subsequent network element. The subsequent network element can directly acquire the user position information from the call request without sending a user data request to the home subscriber server to inquire the user position information again, so that the inquiry times of the user position information are reduced, and the call delay is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the adding the user location information to the call request and sending the call request to a subsequent network element includes:
and adding the user position information and the acquisition time of the user position information into the call request and sending the call request to the subsequent network element.
Specifically, when the application server AS adds the user location information acquired from the home subscriber server HSS to the call request, the time for acquiring the user location information is added to the call request and sent to the subsequent network element. The acquisition time of the user position information may be used to indicate a time when the user is at a position corresponding to the user position information. When the subsequent network element can acquire the user position information from the call request, the timeliness of the user position information is judged according to the acquisition time of the user position information stored in the call request so as to determine whether to use the user position information, so that the repeated acquisition of the user position information at the same time can be avoided, the effectiveness and the accuracy of the user position information acquisition are improved, and the call delay is reduced.
Next, a specific flow of acquiring location information of a called user according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of another user location information acquiring method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the user location information acquiring method provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
t201: a call request is received. The user initiates a call request through the user terminal, and the application server AS receives the invite message.
T202: it is determined whether user location information is required. If the AS judges whether the called domain and the called user position information need to be acquired. If so, step T203 is performed, otherwise, step T208 is performed.
T203: and judging whether the call request contains user position information or not. That is, the application server AS checks whether the called domain selection and the called user location information can be obtained from the called user location information AVP (Attribute Value Pair, set of characteristic values) in the received invite message. If so, step T204 is performed, otherwise, step T205 is performed.
T204: and judging whether the time interval is smaller than a preset threshold value or not. Namely, the application server AS checks whether the time interval between the acquisition time of the called domain selection and the called user location information in the received invite message and the current time is less than a preset threshold set by the system, such AS 3 seconds. If so, step T207 is performed, otherwise step T205 is performed.
T205: a user data request is sent to the home subscriber server. Specifically, the application server AS sends a user data request UDR for acquiring the location information of the called user to the home subscriber server HSS, requests to acquire the location information of the called user corresponding to the current time, and may first determine that the called domain is selected and then send a user data request UDR for acquiring the location information of the called user to the home subscriber server HSS.
T206: and receiving a user data response and adding the user position information into the call request. Namely, after receiving the user data response UDA message returned by the home subscriber server HSS, the application server AS adds the called user location information AVP to the call request invite message to be returned, and may specifically add the called domain selection information, the called user location information, and the time timer for acquiring the called user location information.
T207: and obtaining the user position information from the call request. Namely, the application server AS acquires the called user position information from the AVP in the received invite message.
T208: and returning the call request. Namely, the application server AS returns the invite message to the subsequent network element.
It should be noted that, because the call request directly sent by the user usually does not include the user location information, the call request received by the application server AS that receives the user call request usually does not include the user location information. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first application server AS that receives the user call request may not pass through step T203 after receiving the user call request and determining that the call request needs to obtain the user location information. That is, the application server AS may directly send a user data request UDR for acquiring the user location information to the home subscriber server HSS without determining whether the call request includes the user location information, and request to acquire the user location information corresponding to the current time. After receiving a user data response UDA message returned by a home subscriber server HSS, adding user location information in a call request invite message to be returned so that a subsequent network element can directly acquire the user location information from the call request.
Fig. 3 is a signaling interaction diagram of a user location information obtaining method in an embodiment of the present invention, and AS shown in fig. 3, a main signaling interaction process of the user location information obtaining method in the embodiment of the present invention is mainly a signaling interaction process of an application server AS and a home subscriber server HSS. The specific process is as follows:
b301: a call request is received. The user initiates a call request through the user terminal, and the application server AS receives the invite message.
B302: and judging whether the called domain needs to select and receive the called user position information. If so, step B303 is performed, otherwise step B309 is performed.
B303: and judging whether the calling request can obtain the called domain selection and the called user position information from the calling request. Namely, the application server AS checks whether the called domain selection and the called user location information can be obtained from the called user location information AVP in the received invite message. If so, step B304 is performed, otherwise step B305 is performed.
B304: and judging whether the time interval for selecting the called domain or acquiring the position information of the called user is smaller than a preset threshold value. Namely, the application server AS checks whether the time interval between the acquisition time of the called domain selection and the called user location information in the received invite message and the current time is less than a preset threshold set by the system, such AS 3 seconds. If so, step B308 is performed, otherwise step B305 is performed.
B305: sending a user data request UDR. Namely, the application server AS sends a user data request UDR for acquiring the position information of the called user to the home subscriber server HSS, and requests to acquire the position information of the called user corresponding to the current time.
B306: a user data response UDA is received.
B307: and adding called domain selection, called user position information and the acquisition time of the called user position information in the call request. Namely, after receiving a user data response UDA message returned by a home subscriber server HSS, an application server AS adds called subscriber location information AVP to a call request invite message to be returned, where the called subscriber location information may specifically be called domain selection information, called subscriber location information, and an acquisition time timer of the called subscriber location information.
B308: and acquiring the called domain selection and the called user position information from the call request. Namely, the application server AS acquires the position information of the called user from the AVP in the received invite message.
B309: and returning the call request. Namely, the application server AS returns the invite message to the subsequent network element.
When the application server receives a call request initiated from a user side, the method for acquiring the user position information first judges whether the call request carries the required user position information, and directly acquires the user position information from the call request. In addition, when the preposed application server inquires the user position information, the inquired user position information is added into the call request, so that the subsequent network element does not need to inquire again by the home subscriber server when the user position information is needed to be used, the time for inquiring the user position information by the home subscriber server is reduced, and the call delay is further reduced.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a server in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the server provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes: a call request receiving unit 401 and a location information acquiring unit 402, wherein:
the call request receiving unit 401 is configured to receive a call request initiated from a user side, where the call request includes information of a calling party; the location information obtaining unit 402 is configured to, if it is determined according to the calling subscriber information that it is required to obtain user location information, determine whether the call request includes corresponding user location information, and if so, obtain the user location information from the call request, where the user location information includes calling subscriber location information and/or called subscriber location information.
Specifically, the server provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be an application server AS, and when a user needs to initiate a call, a call request may be initiated through a user side, where the call request may be a voice call request or a video call request. The call request includes information of a calling party, such as a telephone number of the calling party, and the call request may also include information of a called party, such as a telephone number of the called party. Based on voice call of VoLTE scenario, when a user initiates a call, a call request receiving unit 401 in an application server AS receives a call request invite. It should be noted that the call request received by the application server AS may not be directly sent by the calling user side, but may also be sent by other network elements. After receiving the call request, the application server AS determines whether the call request needs to obtain the user location information according to the calling party information in the call request, specifically, the location information obtaining unit 402 may query the service type ordered by the calling party according to the calling party information in the call request, and determine whether the user location information needs to be obtained according to the service type. When the location information obtaining unit 402 determines that it is required to obtain the location information of the user according to the calling user information in the call request, it determines whether the received call request includes the location information of the user, and if the call request includes the required location information of the user, it directly obtains the location information of the user from the call request, and uses the location information of the user to execute corresponding operations, such as: and using the user position information to carry out charging or control calling authority and the like, and returning the calling request to a subsequent network element so as to enable the subsequent network element to carry out corresponding operation as required. The definition of the subsequent network element is the same as the above embodiment, and is not described herein again.
In the server provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after the call request receiving unit in the application server receives the call request from the user terminal, the location information obtaining unit determines that the location information of the user needs to be obtained according to the information of the calling party in the call request, and then determines whether the received call request includes the location information of the user.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the position information acquiring unit is further configured to:
if the calling request is judged and obtained to include the corresponding user position information, acquiring the acquisition time corresponding to the user position information, and judging whether the time interval between the acquisition time and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
and if the time interval is smaller than the preset threshold value, acquiring the user position information from the calling request.
Specifically, the application server AS receives a call request initiated from a user side, and the call request needs to obtain user location information, such AS: and the position information of the called user. The location information acquiring unit firstly judges whether the calling request contains the required user location information, if the calling request contains the user location information, the application server AS judges whether the time interval between the acquiring time of the user location information and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold value. That is, the call request not only includes the user location information, but also includes the acquisition time corresponding to the user location information, and the acquisition time may be added to the call request by the network element that acquires the user location information, and may of course be added to the call request by other methods. If the time interval between the acquisition time of the user position information and the current time is smaller than the preset threshold, it is indicated that the acquisition time of the user position information is closer to the current time, the change of the user position information is small, the influence on the accuracy of the user position information is small, and the user position information can be used. The position information obtaining unit obtains the user position information from the calling request, and executes corresponding operations such as: and charging or controlling the call authority by using the user position information. The size of the preset threshold may be set according to an actual use condition, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
The definition of the obtaining time of the user location information is consistent with the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In the server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the location information obtaining unit obtains the user location information from the call request, it is determined whether a time interval between the obtaining time of the user location information and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold, and if so, the server obtains the user location information from the call request and performs a corresponding operation. The accuracy and the effectiveness of the user position information acquisition are ensured, and meanwhile, the home subscriber server is not required to acquire the user position information again, so that the call delay is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the position information acquiring unit is further configured to:
and if the time interval is judged to be larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, sending a user data request for acquiring the user position information to the home subscriber server, receiving a user data response containing the user position information returned by the home subscriber server, adding the user position information into the call request, and sending the call request to the subsequent network element.
If the time interval is greater than the preset threshold, it indicates that the time interval between the acquisition time of the user location information and the current time is longer, and the user location information may have new changes at the current time, so the user location information may be inaccurate. At this time, the location information obtaining unit sends a user data request UDR to the home subscriber server HSS, requesting to query the user location information at the current time, that is, requesting to query the real-time location information of the user. After inquiring the user location information, the home subscriber server HSS returns a user data response UDA message including the user location information to the location information acquisition unit. After receiving the user data response UDA, the location information obtaining unit adds the user location information to the call request, and sends the call request added with the user location information to the subsequent network element, so that the subsequent network element can directly obtain the user location information from the total call request without sending a user data request UDR to the home subscriber server HSS to re-query the user location information.
In the server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the location information obtaining unit obtains the user location information from the call request, it is determined whether a time interval between the obtaining time of the user location information and the current time is smaller than a preset threshold, and if not, the server obtains the real-time location information of the user at the current time from the home subscriber server.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the position information acquiring unit is further configured to:
if the calling request does not include the corresponding user position information, sending a user data request for acquiring the user position information to a home subscriber server;
and receiving a user data response which is returned by the home subscriber server and contains the user location information, adding the user location information into the call request, and sending the call request to a subsequent network element, so that the subsequent network element acquires the user location information from the call request.
Specifically, the application server AS receives a call request from a user side, and the location information obtaining unit determines that the call request needs to obtain the location information of the user, and then the location information obtaining unit determines whether the received call request includes the needed location information of the user. If the call request does not contain the user location information, the location information acquisition unit sends a user data request UDR to a home subscriber server HSS, and the user location information at the current time is requested to be inquired, namely the real-time location information of the user is requested to be inquired. The definition of the subsequent network elements is the same as the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In the server provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after the application server receives the call request, if the call request does not include the required user location information, the location information obtaining unit sends a user data request to the home subscriber server, requests to query the user location information, and after receiving a user data response returned by the home subscriber server, adds the user location information to the call request and returns the user location information to the subsequent network element. The subsequent network element can directly acquire the user position information from the call request without sending a user data request to the home subscriber server to inquire the user position information again, so that the inquiry times of the user position information are reduced, and the call delay is reduced.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the position information acquiring unit is further configured to:
and adding the user position information and the acquisition time of the user position information into the call request and sending the call request to the subsequent network element.
Specifically, when the location information acquiring unit adds the user location information acquired from the home subscriber server HSS to the call request, the acquiring time of the user location information is added to the call request and sent to the subsequent network element.
The server provided in the embodiment of the present invention is used for executing the method, and a specific implementation manner of the server is consistent with that of the method, which is not described herein again.
According to the user position information acquisition method and the server provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the application server receives the call request initiated from the user side, whether the call request carries the required user position information or not is judged, and the user position information is directly acquired from the call request.
