Abstract

本发明涉及一种有机溶剂,尤指一种脱脂清洗 剂,由二氯甲烷或HCFC-141b、HCFC-123,乙醇及 乙酸乙酯或丁酮按一定比例组成类似共沸混合物,具 有低毒、易挥发、不可燃、对臭氧层破坏小和脱脂能力 强等特点。既可作为脱脂剂,也可应用于一般的工业 清洗。

Description

本发明涉及一种有机溶剂,尤指一种脱脂清洗剂。
一般的脱脂清洗剂分为三类:一是以碱性物质为主的脱脂剂,二是以表面活性剂为主的脱脂剂,三是溶剂脱脂剂。前两类都是水溶液,脱脂后要用水冲洗并烘干,给使用带来了麻烦。溶剂脱脂剂,诸如烃类、卤代烃、硝基烷、醇、醛、酮、酯、酚、醇醚、有机胺、有机酸和有机硫化物等单一化合物溶剂,存在易燃、有毒或破坏臭氧层等缺点。现有技术又公开了一些混合溶剂,如中国专利CN85108360和CN85108457公开了一种由CFC-113、乙醇或丙酮、硝基甲烷和己烷或2-甲基戊烷组成的清洗剂,日本专利J81109298公开了一种由CFC-113、乙醇、正己烷和硝基甲烷组成的清洗剂,这些混合溶剂组成的清洗剂虽然克服了易燃易爆的缺点,但CFC-113对臭氧层破坏严重(其消耗臭氧潜能值为1.07);近几年又公开了一些以氢氟氯烃(HCFC-)取代无氢氟氯烃(CFC-)组成的混合溶剂清洗剂,如美国专利US5049301公开了一种由HCFC-141b、HCFC-123和甲酸甲酯组成的清洗剂;US4994201公开了一种由HCFC-141b、HCFC-123、甲醇和环戊烷组成的清洗剂;世界专利WO9113969公开了一中由HCFC-141b、HCFC-123、甲醇和硝基甲烷组成的清洗剂。这些混合溶剂虽然克服了破坏臭氧层的缺点,但脱脂能力不理想或者是由于甲醇或硝基甲烷的存在,使溶剂带有中等毒性。
本发明的目的在于提供一种脱脂能力强、低毒至无毒的脱脂清洗剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,由二氯甲烷、乙醇、乙酸乙酯或丁酮组成的类似共沸混合物,各组分的质量百分含量为90~98%二氯甲烷、1~8%乙醇、0.1~2%乙酸乙酯或丁酮;或者由HCFC-141b、HCFC-123、乙醇及乙酸乙酯或丁酮组成的类似共沸混合物,各组分的质量百分含量为50~85%HCFC-141b、10~45%HCFC-123、1~5%乙醇及0.1~1%乙酸乙酯或丁酮。
本发明兼有低毒、易挥发、不可燃及对臭氧层破坏小和脱脂能力强等特点。既可作为固体表面的脱脂清洗剂,也可作为一般的工业溶剂。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
本发明选择对臭氧层破坏小且毒性低的二氯甲烷或HCFC-141b、HCFC-123作为清洗剂的组分和阻燃剂;选用来源广、价格便宜、毒性低的乙醇作为溶剂的组分:选择毒性低的乙酸乙酯或丁酮来活化乙醇,使整个清洗剂去污能力强、毒性低、对臭氧层破坏小。
本发明的具体实施方案是这样实现的,选择各组分质量百分含量为92.5%二氯甲烷、6.5%乙醇及1%乙酸乙酯或丁酮组成类似共沸混合物,其基本性质如下:
密度 1.2336g/cm3(15℃)
冰点  <-70℃
沸点  40±1℃
饱和蒸气压 4.899×104Pa(20℃)
PH值  6.5~7.5
贝壳松脂丁醇值  211.8
毒性  低毒
选择各组分质量百分含量分别为:84.5%HCFC-141b、10%HCFC-123、5%乙醇及0.5%乙酸乙酯或丁酮组成类似共沸混合物,其基本性质如下:
密度 1.2060g/cm3(15℃)
冰点  <-70℃
沸点  32±1℃
饱和蒸气压 6.485×104Pa(20℃)
PH值  6.5~7.5
贝壳松脂丁醇值  105
毒性  低毒至实际无毒
上述具体方案选用纯度99%以上的二氯甲烷或HCFC-141b或HCFC-123,化学纯的无水乙醇和工业一级品的乙酸乙酯或丁酮,按各组分含量称重后置于容器中,搅拌使之混合均匀,然后用600目的过滤器进行加压过滤,即得所需的脱脂清洗剂。

Claims (5)

1、一种脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于:由二氯甲烷、乙醇及乙酸乙酯或丁酮组成的类似共沸混合物;各组分的质量百分含量为:90~98%二氯甲烷、1~8%乙醇及0.1~2%乙酸乙酯或丁酮。
2、一种脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于:由HCFC-141b、HCFC-123、乙醇及乙酸乙酯或丁酮组成的类似共沸混合物;各组分的质量百分含量为:50~85%HCFC-141b、10~45%HCFC-123、1~5%乙醇及0.1~1%乙酸乙酯或丁酮。
3、由权利要求1所述的脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于:各组分的质量百分含量为:92.5%二氯甲烷、6.5%乙醇及1%乙酸乙酯或丁酮。
4、由权利要求2所述的脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于:各组分的质量百分含量为:84.5%HCFC-141b、10%HCFC-123、5%乙醇及0.5%乙酸乙酯或丁酮。
5、由权利要求1或2所述的脱脂清洗剂,其特征在于:乙醇是化学纯的无水乙醇,乙酸乙酯或丁酮为工业一级品。
