Abstract
一种平底式双向压偏心半球阀,它涉及一种偏心半球阀,具体涉及一种平底式双向压偏心半球阀。阀体的上端设有阀盖,阀体的底部设有阀座,阀座为平底构件,阀体的内侧设有阀腔,半球体通过前阀杆和后阀杆设置在阀腔的左右两端,后阀杆通过自滑轴承与半球体相连接,后阀杆的尾端设有底端盖,前阀杆通过连接套与半球体固定连接,前阀杆的尾端与驱动装置相连接,半球体与阀腔之间的接触面为球冠密封面,球冠密封面的内侧设有预紧压缩弹簧,预紧压缩弹簧与阀体之间设有密封圈。采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它为平底式半球阀结构,使阀体底部不会堆积污物,实现了在线维护保养及了更换零部件,也提高了密封效果,达到关闭零泄漏的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种偏心半球阀,具体涉及一种平底式双向压偏心半球阀。
背景技术
偏心半球阀是近年来被广泛采用的阀门,现有的双向偏心半球阀其特点是:安装在阀体上可带动半球体转动的阀杆,其轴心线在水平方向上偏离了阀座的中心线,在闭合或开启的过程中,半球体的密封面与阀座密封面无任何接触,直至完全密封时才接触,这样就消除了阀门在开、关过程中密封面之间的相互摩擦,从而解决了因频繁开关阀门,使密封面磨损而影响密封效果的问题。
但是,由于现有半球阀的半球体与阀座之间采用的是硬密封和非金属密封结构,并且工作中阀杆的轴向位置不变,当转动阀杆使半球阀闭合时,半球体的球面与阀座之间会受到加工精度、安装精度、以及由偏心所带来的阀座上的压力分布不均的影响,致使半球体的密封面和阀座的密封面之间因误差而不能完全接触,再者半球阀阀体体腔大于流道内径很多,造成阀体底部容易堆积污物,影响密封效果,无法达到关闭零泄漏,这对于用在流动性强的液体管道上的阀门来说是无法满足工况要求的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种平底式双向压偏心半球阀,它为平底式半球阀结构,使阀体底部不会堆积污物,实现了在线维护保养及了更换零部件,也提高了密封效果,达到关闭零泄漏的效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它包含阀座1、阀体2、阀盖3、前阀杆4、后阀杆5、阀腔6、半球体7、预紧压缩弹簧8、球冠密封面9、密封圈10、驱动装置11、底端盖12、自滑轴承13、连接套14,阀体2的上端设有阀盖3,阀体2的底部设有阀座1,阀座1为平底构件,阀体2的内侧设有阀腔6,半球体7通过前阀杆4和后阀杆5设置在阀腔6的左右两端,后阀杆5通过自滑轴承13与半球体7相连接,后阀杆5的尾端设有底端盖12,前阀杆4通过连接套14与半球体7固定连接,前阀杆4的尾端与驱动装置11相连接,半球体7与阀腔6之间的接触面为球冠密封面9,球冠密封面9的内侧设有预紧压缩弹簧8,预紧压缩弹簧8与阀体2之间设有密封圈10。
所述连接套14通过紧固螺栓15与半球体7相连接。
所述半球体7的两端与前阀杆4、后阀杆5相连接。
所述阀盖3通过螺栓16固定在阀体2的上端表面。
所述阀盖3的上端表面中心处设有吊耳17。
本发明的工作原理:阀体2的直径与流道直径完全一致,并且底部为平底式涉及,使固体颗粒、淤泥、浆料等杂物不会积留与阀腔6内,改变了原有阀腔6体积大,易于积留杂质的弊端;操作驱动装置11完全打开半球体7时,半球体7朝向阀盖3,半球体7关闭时,借用半球体重力下垂楔紧原理实现双向零泄漏;而阀体2与半球体6由不同材料制成,阀体2与半球体6之间存在硬度差,阀体2密封面硬度高于球冠密封面9的硬度,使阀体2密封面不容易被冲刷,非金属密封的密封件配合为阀体2设计硬面,球冠上设置非金属镶嵌结构,半球体6开启时是隐藏于阀体2的内部,也保证了非金属密封圈10不被冲刷的优点,改变了原来非金属密封设计在阀座上被直接冲刷的缺陷;阀体2后端一周设置预紧压缩弹簧8,预紧压缩弹簧8不受温度和交变载荷的影响,具有双向密封功能。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它为平底式半球阀结构,使阀体底部不会堆积污物,实现了在线维护保养及了更换零部件,也提高了密封效果,达到关闭零泄漏的效果。

参看图1-图3所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含阀座1、阀体2、阀盖3、前阀杆4、后阀杆5、阀腔6、半球体7、预紧压缩弹簧8、球冠密封面9、密封圈10、驱动装置11、底端盖12、自滑轴承13、连接套14,阀体2的上端设有阀盖3,阀体2的底部设有阀座1,阀座1为平底构件,阀体2的内侧设有阀腔6,半球体7通过前阀杆4和后阀杆5设置在阀腔6的左右两端,后阀杆5通过自滑轴承13与半球体7相连接,后阀杆5的尾端设有底端盖12,前阀杆4通过连接套14与半球体7固定连接,前阀杆4的尾端与驱动装置11相连接,半球体7与阀腔6之间的接触面为球冠密封面9,球冠密封面9的内侧设有预紧压缩弹簧8,预紧压缩弹簧8与阀体2之间设有密封圈10。
所述连接套14通过紧固螺栓15与半球体7相连接。
所述半球体7的两端与前阀杆4、后阀杆5相连接。
所述阀盖3通过螺栓16固定在阀体2的上端表面。
所述阀盖3的上端表面中心处设有吊耳17。阀盖3的上端表面中心处设有吊耳17,吊耳17安装在阀盖3上用于起吊的受力构件,吊耳17是设备吊装中的重要连接部件,直接关系到设备吊装安全。

1.一种平底式双向压偏心半球阀,其特征在于:它包含阀座(1)、阀体(2)、阀盖(3)、前阀杆(4)、后阀杆(5)、阀腔(6)、半球体(7)、预紧压缩弹簧(8)、球冠密封面(9)、密封圈(10)、驱动装置(11)、底端盖(12)、自滑轴承(13)、连接套(14),阀体(2)的上端设有阀盖(3),阀体(2)的底部设有阀座(1),阀座(1)为平底构件,阀体(2)的内侧设有阀腔(6),半球体(7)通过前阀杆(4)和后阀杆(5)设置在阀腔(6)的左右两端,后阀杆(5)通过自滑轴承(13)与半球体(7)相连接,后阀杆(5)的尾端设有底端盖(12),前阀杆(4)通过连接套(14)与半球体(7)固定连接,前阀杆(4)的尾端与驱动装置(11)相连接,半球体(7)与阀腔(6)之间的接触面为球冠密封面(9),球冠密封面(9)的内侧设有预紧压缩弹簧(8),预紧压缩弹簧(8)与阀体(2)之间设有密封圈(10)。
