Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种墙板,具体涉及一种PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板及其制备方法,属于装配式建筑技术领域。
【背景技术】
我国在大力推进传统建筑向工业化建筑转型。传统建筑中,绝大部分的工作需在施工现场完成,施工周期长、环境污染严重、堆料场地大、施工人员短缺等问题成为抑制建筑产业进步的壁垒。
建筑装配式预制混凝土外墙系统是建筑工业化的标志之一,相较于现浇混凝土外墙系统,预制混凝土外墙的优点在于:加工精细,减少现场湿作业,可与建筑装饰材料组合加工等。
然而,现有技术的外挂墙往往存在以下缺陷:
(1)现有外挂墙板厚,占用建筑面积。
(2)现有外挂墙板重,增加制作成本,现场吊装成本,不利于挂件的受力。
(3)市场上主要是以填充墙、剪力外墙板为主,外挂墙板不成熟。
(4)现有外墙板制作工艺复杂,生产效率低下。
(5)传统的砌块加外保温无机砂浆做法已不符合行业发展方向,即将被限制使用。
(6)现有的外墙保温性能较难满足热工标准要求,并且墙体过于厚重。
(7)外挂墙板技术的不成熟阻碍了装配式钢结构的发展。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种创新的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种厚度薄、保温隔热性能好,且便于预制的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板的制备方法。
为实现上述第一目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板,该板挂于主体承重结构上,该板包括带肋面板、保温板、岩棉以及ALC板;其中,所述带肋面板上预埋有预埋挂件;所述预埋挂件挂于主体承重结构上;所述保温板设置于带肋面板的内侧;所述带肋面板的内侧包覆有所述岩棉;所述岩棉的内侧砌筑有所述ALC板;所述ALC板位于主体承重结构之间。
本发明的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板进一步设置为:所述带肋面板包括钢筋桁架、钢筋网片和混凝土;其中,所述钢筋桁架和钢筋网片相绑扎,并埋设于混凝土中;所述预埋挂件亦预埋于混凝土中。
本发明的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板进一步设置为:所述带肋面板上设有肋槽;所述保温板预埋并嵌设于肋槽内。
本发明的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板还设置为:所述预埋挂件包括基座、预埋板、挂板、加强板以及调节螺栓;其中,所述基座焊接在预埋板一侧,其埋设于带肋面板中;所述挂板焊接于预埋板的另一侧,其上开设有一卡槽;所述加强板焊接于预埋板和挂板之间;所述调节螺栓焊接于加强板上;所述主体承重结构上焊接有挂件安装座;所述预埋挂件的卡槽卡持于安装座上;所述调节螺栓抵接于安装座上。
为实现上述第二目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1),预制钢筋网片和钢筋桁架;
2),清理模台,并在模台上放置边模;
3),布置保温板,预埋预埋挂件,并预留肋槽;
4),放置钢筋桁架和钢筋网片,并用钢筋绑扎钢筋桁架和钢筋网片;
5),浇筑混凝土及养护。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)墙板部分内嵌,减小整体外墙系统厚度。
(2)墙板厚度薄,增加建筑面积。
(3)墙板质量轻,减少了现场施工吊装难度和成本,同时减小挂件的受力,提高安全系数。
(4)具有良好的保温和隔声性能。
(5)很好地弥补了装配式钢结构在外墙上的短板。
(6)本外墙板集合了保温、装饰、结构一体化等多项优势,其产品物理性能良好,由工厂预制化生产,且装配化率极高。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅说明书附图1至附图4所示,本发明为一种PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板,其能挂于主体承重结构10上,其由带肋面板1、保温板2、岩棉3以及ALC(蒸压轻质混凝土,Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete)板4等几部分组成。
其中,所述带肋面板1的外表面由工厂涂饰成型,达到装饰一体化效果。所述带肋面板1上预埋有预埋挂件5。所述预埋挂件5挂于主体承重结构10上,从而将带肋面板1挂于主体承重结构10上。
具体的说,所述预埋挂件5由基座51、预埋板52、挂板53、加强板56以及调节螺栓54等几部分组成。其中,所述基座51焊接在预埋板52一侧,其埋设于带肋面板1中;所述挂板53焊接于预埋板52的另一侧,其上开设有一卡槽55;所述加强板56焊接于预埋板52和挂板53之间;所述调节螺栓54焊接于加强板56上。所述主体承重结构10上焊接有挂件安装座8;所述预埋挂件5的卡槽55卡持于安装座8上,所述调节螺栓54抵接于安装座8上,并通过调节调节螺栓54来调节带肋面板1的安装高度,以便于带肋面板1安装到位。
所述保温板2设置于带肋面板1的内侧,具体的说,所述带肋面板1上设有肋槽6;所述保温板2预埋并嵌设于肋槽6内,从而使保温板2不会增大墙板的整体厚度。通过设置所述保温板2,使墙板具有良好的保温性能。
所述带肋面板1的内侧包覆有所述岩棉3,使墙体具有良好的隔声性能。
所述岩棉3可根据当地环境,计算热工性能,如果够了就不用加了。所述所述岩棉3的内侧砌筑有所述ALC板4。所述ALC板4位于主体承重结构10之间,并和主体承重结构10位于同一平面,避免增加墙板厚度,以提高建筑使用面积;同时,减轻了墙板的重量,减少了现场施工吊装难度和节省材料成本,减小挂件的受力,提高安全系数。
进一步的,所述带肋面板1由钢筋桁架11、钢筋网片12和混凝土13等几部分组成。其中,所述钢筋桁架11和钢筋网片12相采用钢筋相绑扎,并埋设于混凝土13中。所述混凝土13、岩棉3和ALC板4达到三重防火效果。所述预埋挂件5亦预埋于混凝土13中,设计成可水平,竖直,面内外可调节,可确保外墙面平整度。
本发明的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板的制备方法括如下工艺步骤:
1),预制钢筋网片12和钢筋桁架11;
2),清理模台,并在模台上放置边模;
3),布置保温板2,预埋预埋挂件5,并预留肋槽;
4),放置钢筋桁架11和钢筋网片12,并用钢筋绑扎钢筋桁架11和钢筋网片12;
5),浇筑混凝土13及养护,最终形成带肋面板1。
上述制备方法在不增加模具和模台成本的基础上,同时充分结合利用公司产品钢筋桁架和钢筋网片,又把保温板预埋进去,不用后期填充,操作简单,大大提高了制作效率和减少了制作成本。

3.如权利要求1所述的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板,其特征在于:所述带肋面板上设有肋槽;所述保温板预埋并嵌设于肋槽内。
4.如权利要求1所述的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板,其特征在于:所述预埋挂件包括基座、预埋板、挂板、加强板以及调节螺栓;其中,所述基座焊接在预埋板一侧,其埋设于带肋面板中;所述挂板焊接于预埋板的另一侧,其上开设有一卡槽;所述加强板焊接于预埋板和挂板之间;所述调节螺栓焊接于加强板上;所述主体承重结构上焊接有挂件安装座;所述预埋挂件的卡槽卡持于安装座上;所述调节螺栓抵接于安装座上。
5.如权利要求1至4项任意一项所述的PSC轻型保温装饰结构一体化预制外墙板的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下工艺步骤:
1),预制钢筋网片和钢筋桁架;
2),清理模台,并在模台上放置边模;
3),布置保温板,预埋预埋挂件,并预留肋槽;
4),放置钢筋桁架和钢筋网片,并用钢筋绑扎钢筋桁架和钢筋网片;
5),浇筑混凝土及养护。
