本发明涉及包装纸技术领域,具体涉及一种木纹包装纸,包括原纸层、涂覆于原纸层上表面的木纹层和涂覆于木纹层上的光油层,所述木纹层由木纹漆固化而成。本发明除了利用颜料在原纸层上形成木纹效果外,还在木纹漆配方中引入了木质素粉,使木纹效果更加自然,并且木质素粉可以形成凹凸的表面,给木纹效果带来立体感;而木纹漆还引入了纳米红磷,可以作为酸源起到阻燃的作用,也可以给包装纸外观带来更深邃的色彩感;而为了木质素与原纸层能够稳固附着,本发明的木纹漆以水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜主体,辅以固化剂、附着力促进剂、分散剂、润滑剂和颜料,使木纹效果更加均匀稳定。

本发明涉及包装纸技术领域,具体涉及一种木纹包装纸。
背景技术
酒是一种液体商品,如今琳琅满目的商场货架上,首先映入人们眼帘的往往是酒的外包装──酒盒。酒盒包装对酒的销售起到非常重要的作用,特别是其吸引消费者,增加产品附加值,满足消费者精神需求,巩固品牌与企业形象的作用,越来越为人们所认识。
目前,在酒盒包装材料的选择上,纸质容器(纸盒、纸管)仍占主要地位,皮质、木质、塑料、金属材料的比例比以往有所增加,竹、柳、草等天然材料仍较少使用。但是目前的纸质酒盒只是简单将图案以及标签印刷在盒体上,比较庸俗,而无法呈现如木盒、竹盒等的自然木纹效果;而木盒的外观性虽好,但是便携性不足。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种能呈现自然木纹效果的包装纸,该包装纸能用于各种商品的包装盒中。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:
一种木纹包装纸,包括原纸层、涂覆于原纸层上表面的木纹层和涂覆于木纹层上的光油层,所述木纹层由木纹漆固化而成,所述木纹漆包括如下重量份数的原料:

优选地,所述木纹漆由如下重量份数的原料组成:
其中,所述木质素粉的粒径为1-3μm,所述纳米红磷的粒径为100-200nm。木质素粉和纳米红磷作为木纹漆中主要的无机填充物,合理控制它们的粒径,可以使两者混合均匀,并且兼具微米和纳米尺寸效应,并且对木纹层也能增强的作用。
其中,所述协效阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和/或氢氧化铝,优选地,所述协效阻燃剂由氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝按重量比1-2:1的比例组成。氢氧化镁和/或氢氧化铝在高温时分解出结合水,有利于红磷吸附形成含氧磷酸,从而协效阻燃;此外氢氧化镁和氢氧化铝也可以提高木纹层的光亮度,带来金属质感。
其中,所述固化剂为多异氰酸酯类固化剂。
其中,所述附着力促进剂由氨基硅氧烷、马来酸和丙烯酸磷酸酯按重量比1:1-3:1-5的比例组成。本发明通过将氨基硅氧烷、马来酸和丙烯酸磷酸酯进行合理复配使用,可以提高木纹层的附着力,并且木质素粉不易掉落。
其中,所述分散剂由丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、六偏磷酸钠和聚羧酸盐按重量比1:2-4:3-5组成。丙烯酸-2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚物、六偏磷酸钠和聚羧酸盐合理复配组成的分散剂对本发明的无机物分散性好,使木纹层的木纹效果更加自然,线条感流畅。
其中,所述润湿剂由十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠按重量比1:1-3:1-3的比例组成。本发明由十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸钠和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠组成的复配润湿剂对木质素和纳米红磷的润湿性好,有助于木质素和纳米红磷与木纹层的结合。
其中,所述颜料由无机红、无机黄、炭黑按重量比1-3:1-3:1-3的比例组成。本发明由无机红、无机黄、炭黑组成的复配颜料使木纹层的木纹效果深邃,外观性更强。
其中,所述木纹层的制备方法为:将木纹漆的组成原料进行混合后,涂覆于所述原纸层上表面,在90-150℃的条件下固化0.5-2h,即得到所述木纹层。通过合理控制固化时间和固化问题,可以提高漆膜的交联强度,从而提高木纹层对原纸层的附着力。

9.根据权利要求1所述的一种木纹包装纸,其特征在于:所述颜料由无机红、无机黄、炭黑按重量比1-3:1-3:1-3的比例组成。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种木纹包装纸,其特征在于:所述木纹层的制备方法为:将木纹漆的组成原料进行混合后,涂覆于所述原纸层上表面,在90-150℃的条件下固化0.5-2h,即得到所述木纹层。
