Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗腐蚀防锈润滑油,包括:矿物基础油、防腐蚀剂、乳化剂、成膜剂和活化剂。通过上述方式,本发明抗腐蚀防锈润滑油,通过选取矿物基础油、防腐蚀剂、乳化剂、成膜剂和活化剂及适当的成分重量,在被润滑物品表面形成油膜,有效地提高了润滑油的防腐蚀性能,减少被润滑物品的损耗,具有可靠性能高、润滑力强、抗腐蚀性强、价格低廉等优点,同时在化工的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

本发明涉及化工领域,特别是涉及一种抗腐蚀防锈润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是涂在机器轴承或者人体某个部位等运动部分表面的油状液体,用在各种类型机械上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体润滑剂,润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。

本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗腐蚀防锈润滑油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种抗腐蚀防锈润滑油,包括:矿物基础油、防腐蚀剂、乳化剂、成膜剂和活化剂,所述防腐蚀剂包括钨酸盐和亚硝酸盐,所述乳化剂包括聚丙烯酰胺和苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚,所述成膜剂包括丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂和丁二烯树脂,所述活化剂包括氟硅酸钠和硫酸铵,所述抗腐蚀防锈润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:矿物基础油占40-60份,钨酸盐占20-30份,亚硝酸盐占10-30份,聚丙烯酰胺占20-35份,苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚占20-35份,丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂占15-30份,丁二烯树脂占15-20份,氟硅酸钠占15-25份,硫酸铵占30-45份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述矿物基础油占40份,钨酸盐占20份,亚硝酸盐占10份,聚丙烯酰胺占20份,苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚占20份,丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂占15份,丁二烯树脂占15份,氟硅酸钠占15份,硫酸铵占30份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述矿物基础油占42份,钨酸盐占25份,亚硝酸盐占12份,聚丙烯酰胺占25份,苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚占22份,丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂占20份,丁二烯树脂占17份,氟硅酸钠占20份,硫酸铵占32份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述矿物基础油占46份,钨酸盐占27份,亚硝酸盐占16份,聚丙烯酰胺占25份,苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚占35份,丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂占22份,丁二烯树脂占20份,氟硅酸钠占22份,硫酸铵占36份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述矿物基础油占47份,钨酸盐占26份,亚硝酸盐占20份,聚丙烯酰胺占30份,苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚占25份,丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂占22份,丁二烯树脂占16份,氟硅酸钠占21份,硫酸铵占45份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述矿物基础油占60份,钨酸盐占30份,亚硝酸盐占30份,聚丙烯酰胺占35份,苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚占35份,丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂占30份,丁二烯树脂占20份,氟硅酸钠占25份,硫酸铵占45份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种抗腐蚀防锈润滑油,通过选取矿物基础油、防腐蚀剂、乳化剂、成膜剂和活化剂及适当的成分重量,在被润滑物品表面形成油膜,有效地提高了润滑油的防腐蚀性能,减少被润滑物品的损耗,具有可靠性能高、润滑力强、抗腐蚀性强、价格低廉等优点,同时在化工的应用及普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

1.一种抗腐蚀防锈润滑油,其特征在于,包括:矿物基础油、防腐蚀剂、乳化剂、成膜剂和活化剂,所述防腐蚀剂包括钨酸盐和亚硝酸盐,所述乳化剂包括聚丙烯酰胺和苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚,所述成膜剂包括丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂和丁二烯树脂,所述活化剂包括氟硅酸钠和硫酸铵,所述抗腐蚀防锈润滑油中各成分所占重量份数分别为:矿物基础油占40-60份,钨酸盐占20-30份,亚硝酸盐占10-30份,聚丙烯酰胺占20-35份,苯乙基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚占20-35份,丙烯酸树脂聚氨酯共聚树脂占15-30份,丁二烯树脂占15-20份,氟硅酸钠占15-25份,硫酸铵占30-45份。
