The invention provides a rammed earth wall surface waterproof protective agent, which comprises the following components: casein and/or caseinate, water and optionally auxiliaries; the protective agent is an aqueous protective agent; the protective agent is used for the surface of the rammed earth product.
The protective agent formed by dispersing casein and/or caseinate in water can effectively prevent slag and ash on the surface of the rammed earth wall, simultaneously increases the surface strength, can prevent surface damage or partial material falling caused by impact to a certain degree, does not influence the air permeability of the soil material, and also has a certain waterproof effect.
Casein, also known as casein, lactocasein, and milk casein, is a phosphorus-containing binding protein, which is the major protein in mammalian, including bovine, ovine, and human milk. The caseinate is obtained by treating the casein curd with an alkaline substance, such as sodium hydroxide.
Casein is a mixture of some phosphorus-containing proteins, mainly composed of αs1Casein, αs1Casein, β Casein and kappa Casein composition αs1Casein has 1 hydrophilic head and 2 hydrophobic tails, β -casein has 1 hydrophilic head and 1 hydrophobic tail, thus casein has an amphiphilic propertyAnd (4) sex.
The aqueous protective agent is a protective agent using water as a solvent or a dispersion medium. The casein and the caseinate have good thickening property, emulsifying property, water retention property and gelling property. The swelling phenomenon may occur after the casein and/or caseinate is dispersed in water. The aqueous protective agent containing casein is coated on the surface of an object to form a layer of barrier film on the surface of the object, so that the object is prevented from directly contacting with the external environment, the surface of the object is well protected, and the casein and caseinate can also be used as food additives, so that the casein and caseinate composite material is an environment-friendly and nontoxic material.
The protective agent containing casein and/or caseinate is coated on the surface of the rammed earth wall, so that a protective film can be formed on the surface of the wall, and the casein and/or caseinate has hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups because the earth material is loose. Therefore, the casein and/or the caseinate can be partially dispersed in the gaps on the surface of the soil material after being coated, and the casein and/or the caseinate dispersed on the surface can enrich water molecules on the surface to form a layer of protective film due to the hydrophilic groups, the protective film can protect the surface of an article to isolate the article from the external environment, can prevent the surface of the article from loosening or prevent the material on the surface from falling off through collision, and does not hinder the air permeability of the soil material.
It should be noted that, during the preparation of the protective agent, casein and caseinate can be added simultaneously, which is superior to casein and caseinate in properties close to each other, and the invention does not limit the proportion of the two when they are added simultaneously.
It will be understood that the articles of the present invention which are primarily made of earthen materials may be, typically but not by way of limitation, buildings or articles whose surfaces are primarily made of earthen materials. The soil material can be a composite material containing soil, raw soil or modified raw soil.

Sodium caseinate, also known as sodium prion, sodium caseinate, is generally prepared by the following two methods. One method comprises preheating skimmed milk with rennin or acid precipitation, removing whey, washing, dewatering, pulping, treating with sodium hydroxide, and spray drying; another method is to treat the casein curd with an alkaline substance, such as sodium hydroxide, to obtain caseinate. The sodium caseinate is milk white powder, odorless, tasteless, soluble in water, and insoluble in ethanol. Sodium caseinate has high emulsibility, water-holding capacity and gelling property, so that the protective agent prepared by dispersing sodium caseinate in water has better performance.

Examples of effects
Making blocks 1 × 103cm3The protective agents and the urethane varnishes provided in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were applied to the upper surfaces of the test pieces, respectively, and each test group contained 5 test pieces, and the protective agents used in the test groups were applied to the test pieces in 1 to 5 layers, respectively. After drying, 2mL of water was poured onto the upper surface of the specimen, and the time for which the water penetrated into the specimen was observed. The results are shown in the following table.
Figure GDA0002496498750000131
As can be seen from the above table, the casein and/or caseinate dispersed in water and coated on the surface of the rammed earth test piece can effectively prevent water from permeating, and the waterproof effect is enhanced along with the increase of the number of the coating layers. It can be seen from the comparison of the examples with the comparative examples that the water-repellent effect of casein and/or caseinate cannot be achieved with other ingredients, such as wheat protein, starch or other thickeners.
As can be seen from examples 9 to 12, the addition of the auxiliary agent does not affect the waterproof performance of the protective agent, and both casein and sodium caseinate are easy to foam, so that the addition of the antifoaming agent can prevent the occurrence of cavities which cannot be covered on the surface of a rammed earth test piece due to uneven surface when the surface is coated due to a large amount of cavities generated during stirring, and the effect of coating a single layer is better than that of the protective agent provided by other examples. The film forming agent is added in the embodiment 10 and the embodiment 11 respectively, so that the film forming of the protective agent on the surface of the rammed earth test piece can be promoted, but the influence of the film forming agent on the water resistance of the protective agent is reduced when multiple layers are coated.
The effect example still uses polyurethane varnish, and because the rammed earth surface is not a smooth surface, the varnish is not suitable for being used as a surface protective agent for soil material products, and the surface protective agent is not easy to form a film on an uneven surface, so that the water leakage is easily caused by the occurrence of cavities, and the good waterproof effect can be achieved only by coating multiple layers.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
