本发明属涂料,具体涉及一种防火涂料。一种防火涂料,包括质量配比的,磷酸树脂14‑23%,聚磷酸铵8‑15%,增塑剂2‑6%,轻质碳酸钙3‑9%,氢氧化铝5‑16%,乳胶14‑16%,二甲基硅油15‑22%,钛白粉8‑11%,催干剂2‑10%,氯化石蜡5‑13%,膨胀石墨5‑10%,硅酸盐纤维10‑18%,湿润剂4‑8%,其余为杂质及不可避免物质。本申请的显著效果是:用本申请配方制备的防火涂料,防火效果好,成本低,污染物少。

技术领域
本发明属涂料,具体涉及一种防火涂料。
背景技术
随着我国国民生活水平的不断提高,人们在构造建筑物时会选用各种涂料对建筑物外表进行美观装饰,而建筑物大多都是以混凝土为基层,混凝土内部有砖块墙体,在一定时间后,由于外界气候的变化会使混凝土和砖块产生热胀冷缩,从而导致涂覆在外层的涂料出现不同程度的裂缝、起泡甚至脱落的现象,而如果选用弹性涂料,当热胀冷缩时,弹性涂料会利用它自身的弹性依据温度变形以弥补因热胀冷缩带来的裂缝,可有效防止涂层开裂。
此外防火涂料涂覆于可燃性基材表面,能降低被涂材料表面的可燃性,阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,或是涂覆于结构材料表面,用于提高构件的耐火极限;防火涂料一般由基料、分散介质、阻燃剂、填料、助剂(增塑剂、稳定剂、防水剂、防潮剂等)组成,其阻燃原理一般分为膨胀型和非膨胀型两类,非膨胀型防火涂料是靠其自身的高难燃或不燃性来达到阻燃防火的目的,要想达到好的防火效果必须涂得很厚,添加大量含卤素、氮、磷等阻燃剂,产生大量有毒气体,膨胀型防火涂料就是涂膜受热膨胀形成蜂窝状炭化层,使火焰热量受到隔离而减少或减缓对底材的传递,同时在高温时涂料分解出不燃气体,隔绝并稀释了空气,另外涂层在防火时发生的一系列物理和化学反应吸收了大量热量从而起到阻燃和延缓火焰扩展、蔓延,为人们提供灭火的时间,但膨胀型防火涂料含有大量的有机树脂,引起发烟量的增加。也有研究采用无机树脂为主要粘合剂的防火涂料以提高涂层的强度,但采用无机树脂为粘合剂制备的防火涂料高温容易开裂,粘合强度低。
因此研究出一种满足耐候、防火、环保的涂料变得具有较高的实用价值和重大意义。
发明内容
本申请针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防火涂料。
本申请是这样实现的:一种防火涂料,包括质量配比的,磷酸树脂14-23%,聚磷酸铵8-15%,增塑剂2-6%,轻质碳酸钙3-9%,氢氧化铝5-16%,乳胶14-16%,二甲基硅油15-22%,钛白粉8-11%,催干剂2-10%,氯化石蜡5-13%,膨胀石墨5-10%,硅酸盐纤维10-18%,湿润剂4-8%,其余为杂质及不可避免物质。
如上所述的一种防火涂料,其中,所述的防火涂料,包括质量配比的,磷酸树脂14%,聚磷酸铵8%,增塑剂2%,轻质碳酸钙3%,氢氧化铝5%,乳胶14%,二甲基硅油15%,钛白粉8%,催干剂2%,氯化石蜡5%,膨胀石墨5%,硅酸盐纤维10%,湿润剂4%,其余为杂质及不可避免物质。
本申请的显著效果是:用本申请配方制备的防火涂料,防火效果好,成本低,污染物少。

1.一种防火涂料,其特征在于:包括质量配比的,磷酸树脂14-23%,聚磷酸铵8-15%,增塑剂2-6%,轻质碳酸钙3-9%,氢氧化铝5-16%,乳胶14-16%,二甲基硅油15-22%,钛白粉8-11%,催干剂2-10%,氯化石蜡5-13%,膨胀石墨5-10%,硅酸盐纤维10-18%,湿润剂4-8%,其余为杂质及不可避免物质。
