The central rod gear 13 is in meshed connection with the steering gear 12; the steering gear 12 is connected to a steering gear seat 11 fixed to the table 9.

The lifting wheel is provided with a central rod lifting wheel 8 and a base positioning rod lifting wheel 24, and the lifting wheel is a hand-operated wheel; the center rod lifting wheel 8 and the base positioning rod lifting wheel 24 are respectively arranged on the end head of the outer tube 2 and the corner of the base 1.
The center rod 4 and the base positioning rod 28 corresponding to the inner tube lifting wheel 6, the center rod lifting wheel 8 and the base positioning rod lifting wheel 24 are respectively provided with a center rod rack 7 and a base positioning rod rack 29; the back surfaces of the center rod rack 7 and the base positioning rod rack 29 are respectively provided with guide pulley grooves of the center rod 4 and the base positioning rod 28.
The guide pulleys 21 are respectively arranged on the base 1 and the outer tube 2 corresponding to the guide pulley grooves of the center rod 4 and the base positioning rod 28.
The center rod 4, the base positioning rod 28, the base 1 and the outer tube 2 are respectively provided with a lifting positioning hole 22, a base positioning rod positioning hole 26 and a base positioning hole 25 which are matched with the bolts.
The lower end of the base positioning rod 28 is provided with a base positioning rod plate 27; the base positioning rod plate 27 is a square plate, and floor nails are arranged at the plate corners.
The base 1 is triangular, a base positioning rod 28 is arranged on the corner of the base 1, a base shaft nail 30 is arranged in the center of the bottom of the base 1, and a base connecting column 31 is arranged in the center of a plate of the base 1; the base connecting posts 31 are sized to match the outer tube 2 and are correspondingly staggered in cross-like fashion with through holes of the base tube securing pins 23.

The central rod gear 13 is in meshed connection with the steering gear 12; the steering gear 12 is connected to a steering gear seat 11 fixed to the table 9.

the lifting wheel is provided with an inner pipe lifting wheel (6), a central rod lifting wheel (8) and a base positioning rod lifting wheel (24), and is an electric drive wheel or a hand-operated wheel; the inner tube lifting wheel (6), the central rod lifting wheel (8) and the base positioning rod lifting wheel (24) are respectively arranged on the outer tube (2), the end head of the inner tube (3) and the corners of the base (1);
the inner tube (3), the central rod (4) and the base positioning rod (28) which correspond to the inner tube lifting wheel (6), the central rod lifting wheel (8) and the base positioning rod lifting wheel (24) are respectively provided with an inner tube rack (5), a central rod rack (7) and a base positioning rod rack (29); the back surfaces of the inner pipe rack (5), the central rod rack (7) and the base positioning rod rack (29) are respectively provided with guide pulley grooves of the inner pipe (3), the central rod (4) and the base positioning rod (28); the inner tube (3), the center rod (4) and the base positioning rod (28) are respectively provided with a guide pulley (21) corresponding to the guide pulley groove of the base (1), the outer tube (2) and the inner tube (3);
the central rod (4), the base positioning rod (28), the base (1), the outer tube (2) and the inner tube (3) are respectively provided with lifting positioning holes (22), base positioning rod positioning holes (26) and base positioning holes (25) which are matched with bolts;
the lower end of the base positioning rod (28) is provided with a base positioning rod plate (27); the base positioning rod plate (27) is a square or triangular plate, and floor nails are arranged at the corners of the plate;
the base (1) is square, triangular or prismatic, a base positioning rod (28) is arranged on the corner of the base (1), a base shaft nail (30) is arranged in the center of the bottom of the base (1), and a base connecting column (31) is arranged in the center of a plate of the base (1); the size of the base connecting column (31) is matched with that of the outer tube (2), and through holes of the base tube fixing bolts (23) are correspondingly staggered in a cross shape.
