本发明公开一种快速切瓜装置,包括固定座,在所述固定座上设有圆柱壳,其特征在于:在所述圆柱壳四周上下贯穿设有能容纳瓜果的第一通槽,在所述圆柱壳上方设有能把瓜果进行按压切割的切割装置,在所述第一通槽两侧设有能根据瓜果的大小进行收缩空间的收缩装置,在所述固定座下设有承接瓜果的圆盘,通过把瓜果放置在第一通槽内,收缩装置把放置在第一通槽内的瓜果夹紧,然后通过切割装置把瓜果切割,然后切割好的瓜果掉入圆盘内,操作方便,安全可靠,满足人们的使用需求。

本发明涉及切瓜领域,特别涉及一种快速切瓜装置。
背景技术
现实生活中中切瓜过程中比较繁琐,需要用到人手来控制刀具来进行切瓜,整个过程不仅耗时,而且很容易出现刀具切到手,存在着很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种快速切瓜装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种快速切瓜装置,包括固定座,在所述固定座上设有圆柱壳,其特征在于:在所述圆柱壳四周上下贯穿设有能容纳瓜果的第一通槽,在所述圆柱壳上方设有能把瓜果进行按压切割的切割装置,在所述第一通槽两侧设有能根据瓜果的大小进行收缩空间的收缩装置,在所述固定座下设有承接瓜果的圆盘。
如上所述的一种快速切瓜装置,其特征在于所述的切割装置包括圆柱壳中心处设有的转轴,在所述转轴上设有把手,在所述转轴下连接有螺杆,在所述螺杆下连接有多个刀片,在所述第一通槽后方设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设置有直齿条,在所述导向槽后方设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽与导向槽连通,所述第一凹槽内设有齿轮,所述齿轮与直齿条啮合,所述螺杆与齿轮啮合,在所述第一通槽内设有压板,所述压板与直齿条连接,在所述第一通槽下方对应位置的固定座上设有第二通槽,所述刀片设置在第一通槽与第二通槽之间。
如上所述的一种快速切瓜装置,其特征在于所述的收缩装置包括第一通槽内左右两侧分别设有的第二凹槽,在所述第二凹槽内设有夹板,在所述夹板后方设有固定块,所述固定块与第二凹槽之间连接有多个复位弹簧.
如上所述的一种快速切瓜装置,其特征在于所述的圆盘通过固定柱与固定座连接。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过把瓜果放置在第一通槽内,收缩装置把放置在第一通槽内的瓜果夹紧,然后通过切割装置把瓜果切割,然后切割好的瓜果掉入圆盘内,操作方便,安全可靠,满足人们的使用需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明和具体实施方式对发明作进一步描述:
如图1至5所示的一种快速切瓜装置,包括固定座14,在所述固定座14上设有圆柱壳1,在所述圆柱壳1四周上下贯穿设有能容纳瓜果的第一通槽4,在所述圆柱壳1上方设有能把瓜果进行按压切割的切割装置100,在所述第一通槽4两侧设有能根据瓜果的大小进行收缩空间的收缩装置200,在所述固定座1下设有承接瓜果的圆盘 8,通过把瓜果放置在第一通槽内,收缩装置把放置在第一通槽内的瓜果夹紧,然后通过切割装置把瓜果切割,然后切割好的瓜果掉入圆盘内,操作方便,安全可靠,满足人们的使用需求。
本发明中所述的切割装置100包括圆柱壳1中心处设有的转轴 17,在所述转轴17上设有把手3,在所述转轴17下连接有螺杆10,在所述螺杆10下连接有多个刀片25,在所述第一通槽4后方设有导向槽6,所述导向槽6内设置有直齿条18,在所述导向槽6后方设有第一凹槽21,所述第一凹槽21与导向槽6连通,所述第一凹槽21 内设有齿轮11,所述齿轮11与直齿条18啮合,所述螺杆10与齿轮 11啮合,在所述第一通槽4内设有压板5,所述压板5与直齿条18 连接,在所述第一通槽4下方对应位置的固定座14上设有第二通槽 26,所述刀片25设置在第一通槽4与第二通槽26之间,通过搅动把手,把手带动转轴转动,转轴带动螺杆转动,螺杆带动齿轮转动,齿轮带动直齿条上下运动,当直齿条向下运动的时候压板跟着向下压,把手转动的同时,刀片也跟着转动,从而把瓜果切割,操作简单,使用方便。
本发明中所述的收缩装置200包括第一通槽4内左右两侧分别设有的第二凹槽19,在所述第二凹槽19内设有夹板12,在所述夹板 12后方设有固定块13,所述固定块13与第二凹槽19之间连接有多个复位弹簧20,通过复位弹簧的弹性把夹板对向运动,从而把第一通槽内的瓜果夹紧,结构简单,实用性强。
本发明中所述的圆盘16通过固定柱15与固定座1连接,结构简单,稳固牢靠。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速切瓜装置,其特征在于所述的切割装置(100)包括圆柱壳(1)中心处设有的转轴(17),在所述转轴(17)上设有把手(3),在所述转轴(17)下连接有螺杆(10),在所述螺杆(10)下连接有多个刀片(25),在所述第一通槽(4)后方设有导向槽(6),所述导向槽(6)内设置有直齿条(18),在所述导向槽(6)后方设有第一凹槽(21),所述第一凹槽(21)与导向槽(6)连通,所述第一凹槽(21)内设有齿轮(11),所述齿轮(11)与直齿条(18)啮合,所述螺杆(10)与齿轮(11)啮合,在所述第一通槽(4)内设有压板(5),所述压板(5)与直齿条(18)连接,在所述第一通槽(4)下方对应位置的固定座(14)上设有第二通槽(26),所述刀片(25)设置在第一通槽(4)与第二通槽(26)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种快速切瓜装置,其特征在于所述的收缩装置(200)包括第一通槽(4)内左右两侧分别设有的第二凹槽(19),在所述第二凹槽(19)内设有夹板(12),在所述夹板(12)后方设有固定块(13),所述固定块(13)与第二凹槽(19)之间连接有多个复位弹簧(20)。
