本发明提供一种年糕切断机，包括基座，所述基座上设有传送带，所述基座的上方设有固定板，所述固定板上竖向固定有气缸组件，所述气缸组件上设有电磁阀，所述电磁阀上连接有时间继电器装置和调压装置，所述气缸组件的活塞杆的下端固定有切刀，所述气缸组件通过电磁阀连接有调压装置，通过调压装置和电磁阀驱动气缸组件的活塞杆做往复上下直线运动，所述时间继电器连接有电源，所述切刀的工作频率由时间继电器装置通过电磁阀来控制压缩气体进入气缸组件的上下进气方向及频率来实现，所述传送带另一侧设置有漏斗，所述漏斗前设置有挤压块，所述挤压块连接推动杆，所述推动杆连接气缸。实现了自动化程度高，切片长度易于调节，减少人工。

本发明涉及食品加工设备技术领域，尤其是涉及一种年糕切断机。
背景技术
年糕是中华的传统美食，如今，随着人们生活水平的提高和消费观念的改变，一年四季皆有供应。这样，年糕需求量的增加，使生产年糕的企业随之增多。但目前的年糕生产中多采用人工切割的方式或采用机械固定式切断机进行年糕的切断。目前的缺陷在于自动化程度低、切片长度调整困难和不便于定量包装。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种年糕切断机，通过传送带运输到切刀处，通过切刀连接的活塞杆进行切割运动。
本发明是提供一种年糕切断机，包括基座，所述基座上设有传送带，所述基座的其中一侧上方设有固定板，所述固定板上竖向固定有气缸组件，所述气缸组件的活塞杆的下端固定有切刀，所述气缸组件上设有电磁阀，所述电磁阀连接有调压装置和时间继电器装置，所述时间继电器装置连接有电源，所述调压装置连接气源，所述调压装置通过对气源中的压力的调节可达到对切刀切割力度的调整，气源中的压缩气体通过调压装置和电磁阀驱动气缸组件的活塞杆做往复上下直线运动，所述活塞杆上设置有切刀，所述切刀的工作频率由时间继电器装置通过电磁阀来控制压缩气体进入气缸组件的上下进气方向及频率来实现。
进一步改进在于：所述传送带另一侧设置有漏斗。漏斗前设置有前设置有挤压块，所述挤压块连接推动杆，所述推动杆连接气缸，所述气缸设置在基座上方，通过挤压块和漏斗使年糕挤压成条。
进一步改进在于：所述基座上设有螺杆立柱，所述固定板两侧套在螺杆立柱上，所述固定板的上、下方均设有调节螺帽，所述切刀通过螺钉固定于活塞杆上。
本发明的有益效果：自动化程度高，切片长度易于调节，便于定量包装。年糕切断机通过漏斗前设置有挤压块，挤压块连接推动杆，推动杆连接气缸，通过气缸运动使挤压块将年糕挤压成条。且通过时间继电器调整气缸的切割频率，通过调压装置调整切刀的切割力度，从而结合年糕在传送带上以一定的速度传输，即可自动切割出符合长度要求的年糕。从而达到自动化程度高，且便于定量包装。

如图1、图2或图3所示，本实施例提供一种年糕切断机，包括基座1，所述基座1上设有传送带2，所述基座1的其中一侧上方设有固定板3，所述固定板3上竖向固定有气缸组件4，所述气缸组件4的活塞杆5的下端固定有切刀6，所述气缸组件4上设有电磁阀7，所述电磁阀7上连接有时间继电器装置8和调压装置9，所述时间继电器装置8连接有电源10，调压装置9连接气源11，通过气缸组件4使活塞杆5做上下运动，所述活塞杆5上设置有切刀6，所述切刀6的工作频率由时间继电器装置8通过电磁阀7来控制压缩气体进入气缸组件4的上下进气方向及频率来实现。所述传送带2另一侧设置有漏斗12，所述漏斗12前设置有挤压块13，所述挤压块13连接推动杆14，所述推动杆14连接气缸15，所述气缸15设置在基座1上方，所述基座1上设有螺杆立柱16，所述固定板3两侧套在螺杆立柱16上，所述固定板3的上、下方均设有调节螺帽17，所述切刀5通过螺钉18固定于活塞杆4上。

1.一种年糕切断机，包括基座（1），其特征在于：所述基座（1）上设有传送带（2），所述基座（1）的其中一侧上方设有固定板（3），固定板（3）上竖向固定有气缸组件（4），所述气缸组件（4）的活塞杆（5）的下端固定有切刀（6），所述气缸组件（4）上设有电磁阀（7），所述电磁阀（7）上连接有时间继电器装置（8）和调压装置（9），所述时间继电器装置（8）连接有电源（10），调压装置（9）连接气源（1），通过气缸组件（4）使活塞杆（5）做上下运动。
2.如权利要求1所述一种年糕切断机，其特征在于：所述基座（1）另一侧横向放置有漏斗（12），所述漏斗（12）前设置挤压装置，挤压装置包括有挤压块（13）、推动杆（14）、气缸（15）组合而成，所述挤压块（13）连接推动杆（14），所述推动杆（14）连接气缸（15），所述气缸（15）设置在基座（1）上方。
3.如权利要求1或2所述一种年糕切断机，其特征在于：所述基座（1）上设有螺杆立柱（16），所述固定板（3）两侧套在螺杆立柱（16）上，所述固定板（3）的上、下方均设有调节螺帽（17），所述切刀（6）通过螺钉（18）固定于活塞杆（5）上。
