本发明公开一种能够有效除去化工废气中的污染物成分,保证尾气排放达到国家标准的化工废气处理装置,设有碱洗塔(1),与碱洗塔(1)的底部相接有引风机(2),所述碱洗塔(1)的底部与顶部之间接有第一循环泵(3),碱洗塔(1)的顶部通过RTO风机(4)与蓄热氧化炉(5)相接,蓄热氧化炉(5)的出口与洗降温塔(6)底部相接,所述水洗降温塔(6)的底部与顶部之间接有第二循环泵(7),水洗降温塔(6)的顶部与活性炭塔(8)底部相接,所述活性炭塔(8)顶部通过增压风机(9)与烟囱(10)底部相接。

化工废气处理装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种化工废气处理装置,尤其是一种能够有效除去化工废气中的污染物成分、保证尾气排放达到国家标准的化工废气处理装置。
背景技术
在化工生产过程中不可避免地产生一些含有挥发性有机物(VOCs)和臭味的气体,如:烃类、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、酚类、氨、硫化氢等。为避免对大气和环境造成污染,这些气体成分不能直接排入大气,必须经过无害化处理(达到排放标准)后才能进行排放。现有的废气处理方法如下:废气→预处理生物塔→一级生物净化器 →二级生物净化器→三级生物净化器→负压离心风机→高空排放塔。此方法只适合于处理VOCs和臭气浓度不高且浓度波动不大的废气,当VOCs和臭气浓度大和浓度波动幅度大时,其处理效率和效果难以保证。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种能够有效除去化工废气中的污染物成分、保证尾气排放达到国家标准的化工废气处理装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种化工废气处理装置,设有碱洗塔,与碱洗塔的底部相接有引风机,所述碱洗塔的底部与顶部之间接有第一循环泵,碱洗塔的顶部通过RTO风机与蓄热氧化炉相接,蓄热氧化炉的出口与洗降温塔底部相接,所述水洗降温塔的底部与顶部之间接有第二循环泵,水洗降温塔的顶部与活性炭塔底部相接,所述活性炭塔顶部通过增压风机与烟囱底部相接。
本发明设置了碱洗塔、RTO燃烧炉、水洗降温塔及活性炭塔等装置,可将废气经碱洗除去NH3和H2S等含氮含硫成分,经过燃烧除去VOCs,再经活性炭吸附后排放。能够有效地除去废气中的污染物成分,保证尾气排放达到国家规定的环保标准。

具体实施方式
本发明的化工废气处理装置如图1所示:设有碱洗塔1,与碱洗塔1的底部相接有引风机2,所述碱洗塔1的底部与顶部之间接有第一循环泵3,碱洗塔1的顶部通过RTO风机4与蓄热氧化炉5相接,蓄热氧化炉5(RTO)的出口与洗降温塔6底部相接,水洗降温塔6底部与顶部之间接有第二循环泵7,水洗降温塔6的顶部与活性炭塔8底部相接,活性炭塔8顶部通过增压风机9与烟囱10底部相接。
工作过程:
废气通过管路收集后经引风机2引入碱洗塔1并经第一循环泵3驱动,反复循环碱洗,去除废气中的NH3和H2S等含氮含硫成分,之后通过RTO风机4进入蓄热氧化炉(RTO)5,在蓄热氧化炉5内,废气中的VOCs成分经过充分燃烧后分解成无污染的CO2和H2O等,污染指标基本达到排放标准。为确保在污染物浓度最大值时依然能够达到排放标准,蓄热氧化炉5燃烧排气首先进入水洗降温塔6,由第二循环泵7驱动反复循环冷却,之后再经过管道进入活性炭塔8,活性炭塔8内设置蜂窝活性炭,可对废气进行最终保安吸附,经过活性炭塔8吸附净化后的达标排气由增压风机9抽吸至烟囱10排放。
本发明实施例处理前后废气中污染物浓度分别如表1、表2所示。

通过对比可以看出,本发明实施例废气处理后,各污染物含量明显降低,符合国家规定的排放标准GB31571-2015。

1.一种化工废气处理装置,其特征在于:设有碱洗塔(1),与碱洗塔(1)的底部相接有引风机(2),所述碱洗塔(1)的底部与顶部之间接有第一循环泵(3),碱洗塔(1)的顶部通过RTO风机(4)与蓄热氧化炉(5)相接,蓄热氧化炉(5)的出口与洗降温塔(6)底部相接,所述水洗降温塔(6)的底部与顶部之间接有第二循环泵(7),水洗降温塔(6)的顶部与活性炭塔(8)底部相接,所述活性炭塔(8)顶部通过增压风机(9)与烟囱(10)底部相接。
