步骤二，用乙醇浸泡48小时，离心后，将上清液经过超临界萃取，得到中药清膏；
步骤三，加热医用压敏胶到100℃，使得压敏胶化开，再按依次加入清膏和冰片90-110，薄荷脑10-20，樟脑25-35，搅拌均匀；
步骤四，上机进行涂布、切片，即可得到半成品。

步骤二，用乙醇浸泡48小时，离心后，将上清液经过CO2超临界萃取，得到中药清膏；CO2超临界萃取的条件为：压力范围为67-87MPa，温度范围为18-38℃；作为一种优选，CO2超临界萃取的条件为：压力范围为76-78MPa，温度是26-28℃。
步骤三，加热医用压敏胶到100℃，使得压敏胶化开，再按依次加入清膏和冰片90-110，薄荷脑10-20，樟脑25-35，搅拌均匀；
步骤四，上机进行涂布、切片，即可得到半成品。
药理分析：
君药：
威灵仙：能祛风湿、利尿、通经、镇痛，治风寒湿热、偏头疼、黄胆浮肿、鱼骨鲠喉、腰膝腿脚冷痛。
臣药：
当归：补血；活血；痿痹；肌肤麻木；肠燥便难；赤痢后重；痈疽疮疡；跌扑损伤。
炒骨碎补：补肾强骨，续伤止痛。用于肾虚腰痛，耳鸣耳聋，牙齿松动，跌扑闪挫，筋骨折伤；外治斑秃，白癜风。
羌活:其性温，解表散寒、祛寒湿，用于外感风寒、头痛无汗、寒湿痹、上肢风湿疼痛。
独活：祛风除湿，痛痹止痛。
川芎：行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛。治风冷头痛旋晕，胁痛腹疼，寒痹筋挛，经闭，难产，产后瘀阻块痛，痈疽疮疡。用于月经不调，经闭痛经，瘕腹痛，胸胁刺痛，跌扑肿痛，头痛，风湿痹痛。
川续断：补肝肾、强筋骨，调血脉，止崩漏。主治腰膝酸痛，肢节痿痹；跌扑创伤、损筋折骨、胎动漏红、血崩、遗精、带下、痈疽疮肿。
川牛膝：逐瘀通经，通利关节，利尿通淋。
血竭：具有活血定痛，化瘀止血，生肌敛疮的功效，用于跌打损伤，心腹瘀痛，外伤出血，疮疡不敛。
明天麻：息风，定惊。治眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂，语言蹇涩，小儿惊痫动风。
穿山甲：活血、化瘀、散结、消痈、通经下乳、消肿拔脓。
五加皮：有祛风湿，补益肝肾，强筋壮骨，利水消肿的作用。
血竭：活血定痛，化瘀止血，敛疮生肌。
白茄根：散血，消肿，祛湿。用于风湿痹痛，冻疮。
制川乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛。
制草乌：祛风除湿，温经止痛。
生南星：燥湿化痰，祛风止痉，散结消肿。用于顽痰咳嗽，风痰眩晕，中风痰壅，口眼歪斜，半身不遂，癫痫，惊风，破伤风。生用外治痈肿，蛇虫咬伤。
生半夏：燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结；外用消肿止痛。
桑白皮：泻肺平喘，行水消肿。
秦艽：祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛。用于风湿痹痛，筋脉拘挛，骨节酸痛，日晡潮热，小儿疳积发热。
乳香：活血行气止痛，消肿生肌。
佐使药：
冰片，冰片经粘膜、皮下组织均易吸收，在体内与葡萄糖醛酸结合后排除体外。
樟脑：具有通关窍、利滞气、辟秽浊、杀虫止痒、消肿止痛的功效。
薄荷脑：外用用于局部止痛，止痒，头痛，眩晕，蚊虫叮咬。
为了证明本发明的药效，通过如下临床研究验证：

实施例2：按照重量组成有：威灵仙295g，当归125g，骨碎补120g，羌活27g，独活27g，川芎57g，川续断27g，川牛膝27g，明天麻27g，穿山甲7g，五加皮27g，血竭8g，白茄根27g，制川乌17g，制草乌17g，生南星27g，生半夏27g，桑白皮27g，秦艽27g，乳香27g，冰片95g，樟脑27g，薄荷脑12g。
实施例3：按照重量组成有：威灵仙300g，当归125g，骨碎补125g，羌活30g，独活30g，川芎60g，川续断30g，川牛膝30g，明天麻30g，穿山甲10g，五加皮30g，血竭10g，白茄根30g，制川乌20g，制草乌20g，生南星30g，生半夏30g，桑白皮30g，秦艽30g，乳香30g，冰片100g，樟脑30g，薄荷脑15g。
实施例4：按照重量组成有：威灵仙310g，当归135g，骨碎补135g，羌活35g，独活35g，川芎65g，川续断35g，川牛膝35g，明天麻35g，穿山甲15g，五加皮35g，血竭15g，白茄根35g，制川乌25g，制草乌25g，生南星35g，生半夏35g，桑白皮35g，秦艽35g，乳香35g，冰片110g，樟脑35g，薄荷脑20g。
按照如下的制造方法，制成贴膏1,2,3,4：
一种筋骨疼痛贴的制造方法，包括如下步骤：
步骤一，称取药材，将药材打成粉；
药材包括：威灵仙，当归，骨碎补，羌活，独活，川芎，川续断，川牛膝，明天麻，穿山甲，五加皮，血竭，白茄根，制川乌，制草乌，生南星，生半夏，桑白皮，秦艽，乳香；
步骤二，用700ml乙醇浸泡48小时，放入离心机中离心10分钟，将上清液经过CO2超临界萃取，得到中药清膏；CO2超临界萃取的条件为：压力范围为76-78MPa，温度是26-28℃。
步骤三，加热医用压敏胶到100℃，使得压敏胶化开，再按依次加入清膏和冰片，薄荷脑，樟脑，搅拌均匀。
步骤四，上机进行涂布、切片，即可得到贴膏。
治疗方法：选80个病人，20人为一组，每组用贴膏外敷、直接贴在筋骨疼痛的部位，24小时更换一贴，7天为一个使用周期，使用4个周期后；显效：开始消肿，有效：完全消肿；完全治愈：骨刺停止生长，不适感完全消失；结果显示：

3.一种筋骨疼痛贴的制造方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
步骤一，按照如下配方称取药材，将药材粉碎；
