the multistage locking mechanism (7) comprises a first inclined seat (701) connected to the left semi-arc plate (101) and a second inclined seat (702) connected to the right semi-arc plate (102), a plurality of locking screws (703) which are parallel to each other are arranged on the outer surface of the first inclined seat (701), the locking screws (703) penetrate through the first inclined seat (701) through spiral cylinders (705), the tail ends of the locking screws are connected with locking rubber columns (704), a plurality of locking cylinders (706) are arranged on the surface of the second inclined seat (702), and the locking cylinders (706) correspond to the locking rubber columns (704) one by one;
the connecting part of the left half arc plate (101) and the first inclined seat (701) is provided with an arc TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) cushion (107), the connecting part of the right half arc plate (102) and the second inclined seat (702) is also provided with the arc TPU cushion (107), the top ends of the first inclined seat (701) and the second inclined seat (702) are both connected with a protective sleeve (108), and the surface of the protective sleeve (108) is coated with a waterproof coating.
