Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a bowl and basket assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a washing appliance 100 according to the present embodiment. Wherein the washing appliance 100 is, for example, a dishwasher. The washing appliance 100 includes a liner 20. The inner container 20 is formed with a washing chamber 21. The bowl and basket assembly 10 can be located inside or outside the wash chamber 21. With the bowl and basket assembly 10 located outside the wash chamber 21, the dishes to be washed may be placed directly into the bowl and basket assembly 10 or the washed dishes may be removed directly from the bowl and basket assembly 10. The door 30 of the washing appliance 100 may be directly closed to clean the dishes located within the bowl and basket assembly 10 while the bowl and basket assembly 10 is located within the wash chamber 21.
The bowl basket assembly 10 includes a bowl basket body 11, a mounting means 12 and a movable row assembly 13. The mounting means 12 is mounted to the bowl basket body 11. The mounting device 12 includes first and second mounting slots 121 and 122 disposed in spaced apart relation. The active row assembly 13 includes a first active row 131 and a second active row 132. The first movable row 131 is mounted in the first mounting groove 121. The second movable row 132 is mounted in the second mounting slot 122. The first movable row 131 includes a first support bar 1312. The second movable row 132 includes a second support bar 1322. The first movable row 131 can be installed at different positions of the first installation groove 121 and/or the second movable row 132 can be installed at different positions of the second installation groove 122 to adjust the gap width d between the first support bar 1312 and the second support bar 1322. That is, the gap width d between the first support bar 1312 and the second support bar 1322 may be adjusted by having the first movable row 131 installed at a different position of the first installation groove 121 or having the second movable row 132 installed at a different position of the second installation groove 122. Of course, the gap width d between the first support bar 1312 and the second support bar 1322 may be adjusted by simultaneously mounting the first movable row 131 at different positions of the first mounting groove 121 and the second movable row 132 at different positions of the second mounting groove 122.
Thus, the gap width d between the first support rod 1312 and the second support rod 1322 of the movable row assembly 13 is adjustable, so that the movable row can be used for placing tableware with different sizes or thicknesses, the using function of the movable row assembly 13 is further increased, the placing and cleaning of the tableware are facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
Further, in the present embodiment, the bowl basket body 11 is formed with a placement groove 110. The mounting device 12 is mounted to the placement tank 110. The first movable row 131 and the second movable row 132 are disposed in spaced opposition.
In certain embodiments, the first active row 131 includes a first mounting bar 1311. The number of first support bars 1312 is plural.
The plurality of first support bars 1312 are connected to the first mounting bars 1311 at intervals along the length direction x of the first mounting bars 1311. Second movable row 132 includes a second mounting bar 1321. The number of second mounting posts 1321 is plural. The plurality of second support rods 1322 are connected to the second mounting rod 1321 at intervals along the length direction y of the second mounting rod 1321. The first movable row 131 is mounted to the first mounting groove 121 by a first mounting bar 1311. The second movable row 132 is mounted to the second mounting slot 122 by a second mounting bar 1321. The first mounting bar 1311 may be inserted into different positions of the first mounting groove 121 along a length direction (x direction in this embodiment) of the first mounting groove 121 and the second mounting bar 1321 may be inserted into different positions of the second mounting groove 122 along a length direction (y direction in this embodiment) of the second mounting groove 122 to adjust a gap width d between the adjacent first support bar 1312 and second support bar 1322.
The first mounting bar 1311 may be inserted into the first mounting groove 121 at different positions, and the position of the first mounting bar 1311 when the first mounting groove 121 is inserted is fixed. When the mounting position of the first mounting bar 1311 needs to be changed, the first mounting bar 1311 needs to be moved upward, then the first mounting bar 1311 is moved laterally and aligned with the position to be mounted, and then the first mounting bar 1311 is made to fit into the first mounting groove 121. The second mounting bar 1321 can be inserted into the second mounting groove 122 at different positions, and the position of the second mounting bar 1321 when the second mounting groove 122 is inserted into the second mounting groove is fixed, and the position of the second mounting bar 1321 is adjusted in the same manner as the first mounting bar 1311. When placing the dishes (e.g., the dishes), the dishes may be individually inserted into the placing space formed between the adjacent two first support bars 1312, or the dishes may be individually inserted into the placing space formed between the adjacent two second support bars 1322. It will be appreciated that when the size of the tray is not matched with the gap size of the placement space formed between the adjacent two first support bars 1312 and the gap size of the placement space formed between the adjacent two second support bars 1322, the size of the tray may be matched by adjusting the width d of the gap 130 between the first support bars 1312 and the second support bars 1322. The tray can then be inserted into the mated gap 130. So that the user can adjust the gap width d between the first support bar 1312 and the second support bar 1322 according to the size and thickness of the tray.
In the present embodiment, when the first movable row 131 is mounted in the first mounting groove 121 and the second movable row 132 is mounted in the second mounting groove 122, the plurality of first support bars 1312 and the plurality of second support bars 1322 may be alternately arranged (as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 8). Of course, it is understood that the plurality of first support bars 1312 may also be aligned with the plurality of second support bars 1322, respectively (as shown in fig. 6), and that the first support bars 1312 can form a support surface for supporting cutlery together with the corresponding second support bars 1322.
In certain embodiments, the mounting device 12 includes first and second spaced apart mounting members 123, 124. The first mounting member 123 is provided with a first mounting groove 121 along a length direction (i.e., x direction) of the first mounting member 123. The second mounting member 124 is provided with a second mounting groove 122 along a length direction (i.e., y-direction) of the second mounting member 124.
In the present embodiment, the first mount 123 is disposed in parallel with the second mount 124. This facilitates the adjustment of the width d of the gap 130 and facilitates the placement of the cutlery. The length of the first mounting groove 121 is greater than the length of the first mounting bar 1311. The length of the second mounting groove 122 is greater than the length of the second mounting bar 1321. This allows sufficient space for the two mounting slots to accommodate the position adjustment of the two mounting bars, respectively. When the first mounting bar 1311 is fitted into the first mounting groove 121, the first mounting bar 1311 is completely fitted into the first mounting groove 121. When the second mounting bar 1321 is fitted into the second mounting groove 122, the second mounting bar 1321 is completely fitted into the second mounting groove 121.
In some embodiments, the bowl basket body 11 is formed by a plurality of first connecting rods 111 and a plurality of second connecting rods 112 that are cross-fixed. The first and second mounting members 123 and 124 are mounted to adjacent two first connection bars 111, respectively. The first mount 123 is supported by the first and second connection bars 111 and 112. The second mount 124 is supported by the first and second connection bars 111 and 112. In this way, the first and second mounting members 123 and 124 can be sufficiently spaced apart and also do not obstruct the space between the cross-linked first and second connection bars 111 and 112. In this way, the washing liquid is not prevented from flowing out of the space between the first and second connection bars 111 and 112 when washing the dishes placed in the tub 110.
In the present embodiment, the first mounting member 123 is a substantially rectangular body frame-like structure. The second mounting member 124 is a substantially rectangular body frame-like structure. The first connecting rod 111 is a cross rod. The second connecting rod 112 is a vertical rod. The plurality of first connection rods 111 penetrate through the first and second mounting members 123 and 124, respectively. In this way, the first and second mounting members 123 and 124 can be ensured to be stably fixed to the placement groove 110. It should be noted that, the first mounting member 123 and the second mounting member 124 may be fixed to the placement groove 110 by welding.
In certain embodiments, the first mounting groove 121 is a through groove that extends through the first mounting member 123. The second mounting groove 122 is a through groove penetrating the second mounting member 124. In this way, when the tableware placed on the movable row assembly 13 is washed, the washing liquid can flow out along the first mounting groove 121 and the second mounting groove 122 with impurities, respectively, and then the possibility of impurity residue can be reduced.
In certain embodiments, the first mounting bar 1311 is formed with a plurality of first bosses 1313. The plurality of first protrusions 1313 are distributed along the length direction x of the first mounting bar 1311. The first mounting groove 121 is formed with a plurality of first fitting grooves 1211. The plurality of first fitting grooves 1211 are distributed along the length direction of the first mounting groove 121. The first boss 1313 is at least partially embedded in a corresponding first embedded groove 1211. The second mounting bar 1321 is formed with a plurality of second protrusions 1323. The plurality of second protrusions 1323 are distributed along the length direction y of the second mounting bar 1321. The second mounting groove 122 is formed with a plurality of second fitting grooves 1221. The plurality of second fitting grooves 1221 are distributed along the length direction of the second mounting groove 122. The second boss 1323 is at least partially embedded with a corresponding second embedded groove 1221.
As such, the first boss 1313 is at least partially embedded with a corresponding first embedded groove 1211 such that the first mounting bar 1311 is embedded in a different location of the first mounting groove 121. The second boss 1323 is at least partially embedded with a corresponding second embedded groove 1221 such that the second mounting bar 1321 is embedded in a different position of the second mounting groove 122. The first movable row 131 can be stably inserted in different positions of the first mounting groove 121. The second movable row 132 can be stably inserted into the second mounting groove 122 at different positions.
In some embodiments, the plurality of first protrusions 1313 includes a plurality of first protrusions 1314 and a plurality of second protrusions 1315 that are opposite in protrusion direction. The first protrusion 1314 connects adjacent two second protrusions 1315. The first mounting groove 121 includes opposing first and second side walls 1212, 1213. The plurality of first embedding slots 1211 includes a plurality of first embedding subslots 1214 and a plurality of second embedding subslots 1215. The first side wall 1212 forms a plurality of first insert sub-grooves 1214 along the length direction of the first mounting groove 121. The second side wall 1213 forms a plurality of second insert sub-grooves 1215 along the length direction of the first mounting groove 121. The first protrusions 1314 are embedded with corresponding first embedding sub-grooves 1214. The second protrusion 1315 is embedded with a corresponding second embedded sub-groove 1215. The plurality of second protrusions 1323 includes a plurality of third protrusions 1324 and a plurality of fourth protrusions 1325 that protrude in opposite directions. The third protrusion 1324 connects adjacent two fourth protrusions 1325. The second mounting slot 122 includes opposed third and fourth side walls 1222, 1223. The plurality of second embedded grooves 1221 includes a plurality of third embedded subslots 1224 and a plurality of fourth embedded subslots 1225. The third sidewall 1222 forms a plurality of third insert subslots 1224 along the length of the second mounting slot 122. The fourth side wall 1223 forms a plurality of fourth insert sub-grooves 1225 along the length direction of the second mounting groove 122. The third protrusions 1324 are embedded with corresponding third embedded sub-grooves 1224. The fourth protrusions 1325 are embedded with corresponding fourth embedded sub-grooves 1225. Thus, the first movable row 131 is preferably embedded in the first mounting groove 121, and the second movable row 132 is preferably embedded in the second mounting groove 122.
In the present embodiment, the first mounting bar 1311 and the second mounting bar 1321 are bent (wavy line shape) as a whole. The first protrusion 1314 protrudes to a substantially uniform extent as the second protrusion 1315 protrudes. The third protrusions 1324 protrude to a substantially identical degree to the fourth protrusions 1325. Also, the direction in which the first protrusion 1314 protrudes can coincide with the direction in which the third protrusion 1324 protrudes. The direction in which the second protrusion 1315 protrudes can coincide with the direction in which the fourth protrusion 1325 protrudes. The shape of the first insert subslot 1214 matches the shape of the first protrusion 1314. The shape of the second insert sub-groove 1215 matches the shape of the second protrusion 1315. The shape of the third insert sub-slot 1224 matches the shape of the third protrusion 1324. The shape of the fourth insert sub-groove 1225 matches the shape of the fourth protrusion 1325. Therefore, the stability of the matching of each mounting rod and the corresponding mounting groove is better, and the tableware can be placed conveniently.
In some embodiments, the first support bar 1312 is bent. The first support bar 1312 is formed with at least two first support points 1316. The second support rod 1322 is bent. The second support bar 1322 is formed with at least two second support points 1326. Thus, the formation of a plurality of supporting points can improve the stability of the supporting rod for supporting tableware.
In certain embodiments, the first support rod 1312 and the second support rod 1322 are staggered in the height direction h. Thus, the height of the first support rod 1312 is different from the height of the second support rod 1322, that is, the first support rod 1312 and the second support rod 1322 are staggered in the height direction. This prevents interference with each other when adjusting the positions of the two movable rows. In addition, the first support bars 1312 and the second support bars 1322, which are staggered in the height direction, can improve a further support effect (i.e., a larger support area as a whole).
In this embodiment, the first movable row 131 includes a first mounting bar 1311. The first support bar 1312 includes a first connection portion 1317 and a first support portion 1318.
