The first spray arm 511 is located between the first bowl basket 61 and the second bowl basket 62. The second spray arm 512 is located between the second bowl basket 62 and the floor 14 of the liner 10. In this manner, cutlery may be placed in the first and second bowl baskets 61 and 62, respectively. When the washing electric appliance 100 is used for washing, the motor 31 drives the pump body device 60 to work and pumps water to the first spray arm 511 and the second spray arm 512 respectively, then the water sprayed by the first spray arm 511 can be sprayed to the first bowl basket 61 from bottom to top, and the water sprayed by the second spray arm 512 can be sprayed to the second bowl basket 62 from bottom to top, so that tableware in the two bowl baskets can be washed respectively. As the two spray arms are arranged below the bowl basket, food residues can flow downwards conveniently.
The first spray arm 511 is provided with a plurality of first spray holes (not shown) facing the first bowl basket 61. The second spray arm 512 is provided with a plurality of second spray holes (not shown) directed toward the second bowl basket 62. When the motor 31 drives the pump body device 60 to work and pumps water to the first spray arm 511 and the second spray arm 512 respectively, the water in the first spray arm 511 is sprayed to the first bowl basket 61 through the plurality of first spray holes and reacts to the first spray arm 511 to enable the first spray arm 511 to rotate, so that the cleaning area of the water sprayed by the first spray arm 511 can be increased. The water in the second spray arm 512 is sprayed from the plurality of second spray holes to the second bowl basket 62 and reacts against the second spray arm 512 to rotate the second spray arm 512, so that the cleaning area of the water sprayed from the second spray arm 512 can be increased.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a connecting water pipe 70. One end of the connecting water pipe 70 is connected to the pump body device 60. The other end of the connecting water pipe 70 extends upward along the inside of the sidewall of the liner 10 and penetrates the sidewall of the liner 10 to be connected with the spray arm 51. At least a portion of the connecting water pipe 70 is buried in the side wall of the inner container 10. In this way, the side wall of the liner 10 protects the connecting water pipe 70, and can reduce the noise transmission to the outside when water flows in the connecting water pipe 70.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes sound absorbing cotton (not shown) disposed in a sidewall of the inner container 10. Thus, the arrangement of the sound absorbing cotton can effectively reduce the outward transmission of noise generated during the operation of the spraying device 50.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 includes a door body 12 and a control device 13. The liner 10 has an opening 110. The door body 12 is rotatably coupled to the bottom of the inner container 10 to open or close the opening 110. The control device 13 is provided in the door body 12. The control device 13 is electrically connected to the motor 31. The mounting plate 413 is partially inserted in the mounting groove 322. In this way, the mounting plate 413 is partially inserted into the mounting groove 322 in such a manner that the mounting stability of the motor terminal 32 can be improved.
In some embodiments, the mounting plate 413 is provided with a first wire slot 414 through which the wire harness 33 passes. The wire harness 33 may be bent through the first wire slot 414 to extend out of the box structure 40. The first wire guide groove 414 can function to fix the wire harness 33.
In some embodiments, the number of mounting plates 413 is two. The two mounting plates 413 are disposed in spaced opposition. A second wire groove 415 through which the wire harness 33 passes is formed between the two mounting plates 413. The provision of the second wire guide slot 415 facilitates threading of the wire harness 33 through the box structure 40. The provision of two mounting plates 413 provides for better expansion of the cartridge structure 40. The two motor terminals 32 can be respectively on the two mounting plates 413.
In the present embodiment, the wire harness 33 includes a first wire harness 331 and a second wire harness 332. The mounting plate 413 is provided with a first wire slot 414 through which the first wire harness 331 passes. The first wire groove 414 is a U-shaped guide groove with one side open. The first wire harness 331 passes through the first wire groove 414, and a portion of the first wire harness 331 is stuck with the first wire groove 414. A second wire groove 415 through which the second wire harness 332 passes is formed between the two mounting plates 413. Thus, the first wire harness 331 and the second wire harness 332 are separately provided, so that winding can be avoided. Wherein the first wire harness 331 may be a live wire and the second wire harness 332 may be a neutral wire.
In some embodiments, the bracket 41 is removably coupled to the cover 42 via a back-off structure 410. Thus, the connection mode of the bracket 41 and the cover body 42 is simpler, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.
In the present embodiment, the number of mounting plates 413 is two. Each mounting plate 413 is provided with an inclined first clamping groove 416. The first connection plate 411 is provided with an inclined second clamping groove 417. The cover 42 includes a third connecting plate 421, a fourth connecting plate 422, and a fifth connecting plate 423. The third connecting plate 421 connects the fourth connecting plate 422 and the fifth connecting plate 423. The fourth connection plate 422 is formed with a first card 4221 extending obliquely outward. The fifth connecting plate 423 is formed with a second locking piece 4231 extending obliquely outward. In some embodiments, the lower end of the mounting portion 43 is formed with a second clamping structure (not shown) having an E-shape. The base 20 is formed with a third card slot (not shown) having an E-shape. The second clamping structure is clamped with the third clamping groove so that the mounting part 43 is fixed on the base surface 22. In this way, the mounting portion 43 can be more stably mounted on the base 20.
In some embodiments, the inner surface of the mounting chamber 21 is convexly provided with a boss 211. The case structure 40 is mounted to one side of the convex plate 211. The boss 211 is located between the motor 31 and the case structure 40. In this manner, the provision of the raised plate 211 can further isolate the motor 31 from the case structure 40.
In the present embodiment, the bracket 41 forms the mounting portion 43. In the case of mounting the case structure 40, the mounting portion 43 may be aligned with the base surface 22 of the base 20, and then the mounting portion 43 may be fastened to the base surface 22 by inserting a fastener through the mounting portion 43, so that the bracket 41 is fixed to the base 20.
