The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to the specific circumstances.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a washing appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a liner 10, a base 20, an electric device 30, and a first partition 50, and the washing appliance 100 is, for example, a dishwasher. The liner 10 is mounted on a base 20. The base 20 has a mounting cavity 21 formed therein. The electrical device 30 is disposed within the mounting chamber 21. The first partition 50 connects the base 20 and the side 111 of the liner 10 and partitions the installation chamber 21 from the outside of the base 20. The first separator 50 is spaced apart from the electric device 30. One side of the first partition 50 connected to the side of the inner container 10 is inclined with respect to the other side of the first partition 50 connected to the lower end of the base 20 toward the inside of the installation chamber 21.
In the above-mentioned washing appliance 100, since the first partition 50 partitions the installation chamber 21 from the outside of the base 20, water outside the base 20 is not or not easily spilled to the electric device 30 located in the installation chamber 21. Further, since the upper side of the first partition 50 is inclined with respect to the lower side toward the inside of the installation chamber 21, if water in the inner container 10 leaks into the installation chamber 21, the first partition 50 can guide the water to flow downward along the inner side wall of the first partition 50 in a direction away from the electric device 30, so that it is possible to prevent water drops leaking from the inner container 10 from being dropped onto the electric device 30. In addition, the first partition 50 is provided to prevent the child from being electrically shocked by the wrong hand extending into the mounting chamber 21.
In addition, the first partition 50 partitions the mounting chamber 21 from the outside of the base 20, so that the first partition 50 is effective in reducing noise transmission to the outside when the electric device 30 (e.g., the motor 41 and the driving pump 42) is operated.
It should be noted that the electric device 30 includes, but is not limited to, a motor, a drain pump, a water inlet valve, a pressure switch, and the like. The electric device 30 is easily contacted from the side of the washing appliance 100 without providing the first partition 50. For example, when the washing appliance 100 is a dishwasher, the electric device 30 is generally exposed for easy installation in consideration of the built-in installation style, which results in easy access of the electric device of the dishwasher by a user.
In addition, the first separator 50 may be made of a steel material. In this way, the sealing effect of the steel material is excellent, so that the noise transmission to the outside when the electric device 30 (e.g., the motor 41 and the driving pump 42) is operated can be reduced. Of course, it is understood that the first baffle 50 may also include noise reducing damping material. In this way, the vibration noise of the motor 41 can be further reduced.
In some embodiments, the first partition 50 is formed with a guide surface extending from the side of the liner 10 toward the base 20, and the guide surface is inclined toward the inside of the installation chamber 21. That is, the guide surface extends from one side of the first partition 50 connected to the side of the inner container 10 to the other side of the first partition connected to the lower end of the base 20. Thus, under the guiding action of the guide surface, water can flow downwards along the guide surface.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a second partition. The second separator is disposed between the first separator 50 and the electric device 30. A first space is formed between the first separator 50 and the second separator. A second space is formed between the second separator and the electric device 30. The provision of the second partition plate can further prevent external water from splashing into the installation chamber 21, and the formation of the first space and the second space can effectively attenuate the transmission of noise outward when the electric device 30 (e.g., the motor 41 and the drive pump 42) is operated.
In certain embodiments, the base 20 includes a chassis 22. The bottom plate 22 is connected to the side 111 of the inner container 10 and is formed with a first mounting opening 221. The electrical device 30 comprises a driving means 40. The driving device 40 includes a motor 41 and a driving pump 42 connected to the motor 41. A motor 41 and a drive pump 42 are mounted in the mounting chamber 21 and located on the chassis 22. The motor 41 is used to drive the driving pump 42 to operate to drive the washing appliance 100 to operate. The first partition 50 is connected to the chassis 22 and the side 111 of the liner 10 and is mounted at the first mounting opening 221. In this way, the first partition 50 can be detachably connected to the first mounting opening 221, so that the first partition 50 can be replaced. Also, the provision of the first mounting port 221 facilitates the mounting of the motor 41 and the driving pump 42.
In the present embodiment, the first partition 50 connects the base 20 and the side 11 of the liner 10 to seal the first mounting port 221 and separate the mounting chamber 21 from the outside of the base 20. The first partition 50 is spaced apart from the motor 41 and the driving pump 42 and a cavity is formed between the first partition 50 and the motor 41 and the driving pump 42. The first diaphragm 50 can reduce noise when the driving device 40 is operated. In addition, the first mounting opening 221 faces the motor 41. Thus, the installation of the motor 41 is facilitated, and the first separator 50 is faced to the motor 41, so that the sound insulation effect is better.
In the present embodiment, the washing appliance 100 includes a shower device 60. The shower device 60 includes a shower arm 61 disposed within the wash chamber 11. The motor 41 is used to drive the drive pump 42 to operate to pump water to the spray arm 61. The washing appliance 100 further comprises a door body 12 and a control device 13. The liner 10 has an opening 110. The door body 12 is rotatably coupled to the bottom of the inner container 10 to open or close the opening 110. The control device 13 is provided in the door body 12. The control device 13 is electrically connected to the motor 41. The control device 13 is used for driving the motor 41 to operate so as to drive the driving pump 42 to operate so as to pump water to the spray arm 61. In addition, the washing appliance 100 includes a heating device 90. The heating device 90 is provided in the installation chamber 21. The heating device 90 is used for heating cold water. The cold water heated by the heating device 90 may be used for washing to improve the washing rate. Of course, it is understood that the heating device 90 may comprise a heating tube. The heating device 90 may be used to heat water within the water cup 80.
In some embodiments, the motor 41 may be disposed opposite the middle portion of the first separator 50. This further reduces the transmission of noise to the outside when the motor 41 is operated. In addition, the dimensional thickness of the first separator 50 may be set according to circumstances. For example, in some examples, the thickness of the portion of the first separator 50 facing the motor 41 may be made greater than the thickness of the peripheral portion of the first separator 50, which can further reduce vibration noise when the motor 41 is operated.
In some embodiments, the cavity formed between the first diaphragm 50 and the motor 41 and drive pump 42 is a resonant cavity. In this manner, the cavity is effective to attenuate the noise transmitted outwardly during operation of the drive means 40.
In some embodiments, the shape of the first partition 50 matches the shape of the first mounting port 221. In this way, the sealing effect of the first separator 50 to the first mounting port 221 can be improved.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes an elastic gasket. The shape of the sealing ring matches the shape of the first mounting opening 221. The sealing ring seals the gap between the first separator 50 and the first mounting port 221. In this way, the sealing effect of the first partition 50 on the first mounting opening 221 can be further improved by the sealing ring, and noise transmission during operation of the motor 41 and the driving pump 42 can be further reduced.
In some embodiments, two sides of the chassis 22 are connected to two opposite sides 111 of the liner 10 and two first mounting openings 221 are formed. The motor 41 and the drive pump 42 are located between the two first mounting openings 221 and are opposite to the two first mounting openings 221. The number of the first partitions 50 is two, and the two first partitions 50 are respectively disposed at both sides of the base 20 to respectively seal the two first mounting openings 221. The motor 41 and the drive pump 42 are located between the two first separators 50.
In this way, the two first separators 50 are disposed on both sides of the motor 41 and the driving pump 42, so that noise transmission during operation of the motor 41 and the driving pump 42 can be further reduced.
In some embodiments, the underside of the first partition 50 is formed with downwardly extending tabs 51. A third mounting opening is formed in the side surface of the base 20, and a clamping groove 222 is formed in the side wall of the third mounting opening. The card 51 is provided with a card slot 222 to mount the first partition 50 on the base 20. In this way, the card 51 is clamped in the clamping groove 222, so that the first partition 50 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted, and the first partition 50 can be ensured to be mounted at the third mounting opening.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a fastener (not shown). The upper side of the first separator 50 is formed with an outwardly extending flange 52. The flange 52 cooperates with the side of the liner 10. The fastener is threaded through the flange 52 and secured to the side of the liner 10. In this way, the arrangement of the fasteners can ensure the positional fixation of the first separator 50. In addition, the cooperation of the flange 52 and the side 111 of the inner container 10 can ensure the isolation effect of the first partition 50 separating the mounting cavity 21 from the outer side of the base 20, so that noise generated when the motor 41 or the driving pump 42 works can not be transmitted out through a gap formed between the first partition 50 and the side 111 of the inner container 10.
In certain embodiments, the inner side of the first separator 50 is formed with a coating composed of a sound absorbing material. In this manner, the formation of the coating reduces noise during operation of the motor 41 and the drive pump 42.
In certain embodiments, the front projection of the first baffle 50 onto the motor 41 covers the motor 41. In this way, the front projection area of the first partition 50 covers the motor 41, so that the motor 41 and the outside can be fully separated, and the noise of the motor 41 during operation can be effectively reduced from being transmitted outwards by the first partition 50 in an omnibearing manner.
In certain embodiments, the first separator 50 is a unitary structure. In this way, the first separator 50 is simpler to manufacture, and can reduce costs.
In some embodiments, the first partition 50 is formed with a plurality of bead site structures 53 protruding from the inner surface of the first partition 50 into the mounting chamber 21. In this way, the provision of the plurality of bead site structures 53 can enhance the strength of the first separator 50.
In the present embodiment, the plurality of rib site structures 53 are provided at intervals to form a concave-convex structure for reflecting noise generated when the driving device 40 is operated. In this way, the concave-convex structure can effectively reflect the noise generated when the driving device 40 works, that is, the cavity 21 is installed by the noise reflection, and the sound in the reflecting process can be gradually attenuated by the concave-convex structure, so that the noise transmitted by the driving device 40 outwards is reduced.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a first bowl basket 62 and a second bowl basket 63. The first bowl basket 62 and the second bowl basket 63 are spaced apart within the wash chamber 11. The spray arm 61 includes a first spray arm 611 and a second spray arm 612. The first spray arm 611 is disposed below the first bowl basket 62 and faces the first bowl basket 62. The second spray arm 612 is disposed below the second bowl basket 63 and faces the second bowl basket 63. The first spray arm 611 is located between the first bowl basket 62 and the second bowl basket 63. The second spray arm 612 is located between the second bowl basket 63 and the floor 14 of the liner 10. In this manner, cutlery may be placed in the first and second bowl baskets 62 and 63, respectively. When the washing appliance 100 is used for washing, the motor 41 drives the driving pump 42 to work and pumps water to the first spray arm 611 and the second spray arm 612 respectively, then the water sprayed by the first spray arm 611 can be sprayed to the first bowl basket 62 from bottom to top, and the water sprayed by the second spray arm 612 can be sprayed to the second bowl basket 63 from bottom to top, so that tableware in the two bowl baskets can be cleaned respectively. As the two spray arms are arranged below the bowl basket, food residues can flow downwards conveniently.
It should be noted that the first spray arm 611 is provided with a plurality of first spray holes (not shown) facing the first bowl basket 62. The second spray arm 612 is provided with a plurality of second spray holes (not shown) toward the second bowl basket 63. When the motor 41 drives the driving pump 42 to work and pumps water to the first spray arm 611 and the second spray arm 612 respectively, the water in the first spray arm 611 is sprayed to the first bowl basket 62 through the plurality of first spray holes and reacts to the first spray arm 611 to enable the first spray arm 611 to rotate, so that the cleaning area of the water sprayed by the first spray arm 611 can be increased. The water in the second spray arm 612 is sprayed from the plurality of second spray holes to the second bowl basket 63 and reacts against the second spray arm 612 to rotate the second spray arm 612, so that the cleaning area of the water sprayed from the second spray arm 612 can be increased.
In addition, the first partition 50 is connected with the base 20 and the side 111 of the liner 10, so that noise transmission to the outside during the operation of the two spray arms can be effectively reduced.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a connecting water pipe 70. One end of the connecting water pipe 70 is connected to the driving pump 42. The other end of the connecting water pipe 70 extends upward along the inside of the sidewall of the liner 10 and penetrates the sidewall of the liner 10 to be connected with the spray arm 61. At least a portion of the connecting water pipe 70 is buried in the side wall of the inner container 10. In this way, the side wall of the liner 10 protects the connecting water pipe 70, and can reduce the noise transmission to the outside when water flows in the connecting water pipe 70.
In some embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes sound absorbing cotton (not shown) disposed in a sidewall of the inner container 10. Thus, the arrangement of the sound absorbing cotton can effectively reduce the outward transmission of noise generated during the operation of the spraying device 60.
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a water cup 80. The bottom plate 14 of the liner 10 is provided with a first mounting opening. The cup 80 is mounted to the first mounting port. The water cup 80 is connected to the drive pump 42. In this way, the water in the washing chamber 11 can be returned to the water cup 80 for storage, and the water in the water cup 80 can be pumped to the spray arm 61 by the driving pump 42 for recycling. In addition, a filter screen (not shown) may be installed at the first installation opening, so that the water in the washing chamber 11 is filtered by the filter screen and then stored in the water cup 80, and thus the water filtered by the filter screen can be recycled (i.e., the water after washing tableware in the washing chamber 11).
In certain embodiments, the washing appliance 100 includes a housing (not shown). The housing encloses the liner 10, the base 20 and the first separator 50. In this way, the casing protects the liner 10, the base 20, and the first separator 50.
