Because the guide rod 15 is further included, the guide holes 14 are formed in the left side and the right side of the top plate 4, the guide rod 15 is arranged in each guide hole 14, the bottom end of the left guide rod 15 is connected with the left side of the top of the fixing plate 6, the bottom of the right guide rod 15 is connected with the right side of the top of the fixing plate 6, when the fixing plate 6 moves, the guide rod 15 and the guide holes 14 form a guide device, and the fixing plate 6 moves more stably.
