The invention discloses a public network intercom passive PTT earphone based on common mobile phone, comprising: the earphone jack wiring, the power taking module, the left earphone, the pickup, the controller and the PTT button; one end of the power taking module is connected with the power VCC, and the other end of the power taking module is connected with the R end of the earphone jack wiring; the L end of the earphone jack wiring is connected with one end of the left earphone, and one end of the pickup, the MIC end of the earphone jack wiring and the output end of the controller are connected with the contact A; the other end of the left earphone, the GND end of the earphone jack wiring, the other end of the pickup, the grounding end of the controller and one end of the PTT button are all connected with the contact B; the input end of the controller is connected with the other ends of the power VCC and the PTT button; the invention realizes that the common mobile phone can also use the earphone conforming to the habit of the PTT button to carry out intercom, and the PTT earphone does not need to be provided with a battery and directly takes electricity from the mobile phone.

The invention relates to the field of PTT earphone, in particular to a public network intercom passive PTT earphone based on common mobile phone.
Background
And the APP is accessed to a public network talkback or public network cluster system to obtain talkback or cluster service. Because the use of the PTT earphone becomes the solidification habit of the user when the traditional interphone is used, the use is limited by the inherent design defect of the common intelligent machine, and the user does not use the earphone or uses the common earphone, so that the use experience is poor. In order to meet the original use habit of the traditional interphone, the PTT earphone which can be used on the common intelligent machine becomes the user demand. A small number of custom PTT headphones that are currently available on the market that can be used on a common smart phone are either active headphones (requiring battery installation or charging) or PTT headphones that are adapted to a specific tri-proof terminal, and there are no passive PTT headphones currently available on the market that can be used on a common smart phone. The most common passive earphone can only work in a way of answering a call and cannot be used as a PTT button required for intercom. The existing PTT earphone which can be used on the common intelligent machine in the market is an active PTT earphone, and the PTT signal is required to be generated by means of battery power supply.

The invention provides a public network intercom passive PTT earphone based on a common mobile phone, solves the technical problem that no passive PTT earphone can be used on a common intelligent machine in the current market, and realizes that the common mobile phone can also use the earphone conforming to the habit of a PTT button for intercom.
The invention provides a passive PTT earphone which can be used on a common intelligent machine. The invention is based on the common passive earphone used by the common intelligent machine, and solves the two problems of PTT button signal and power taking from the common intelligent machine.
If the existing passive earphone is used on a common intelligent machine, only the button can be pressed and released to start talking, and the button is pressed and released again to end talking, so that the operation does not accord with the using habit of the traditional PTT button. Because PTT button usage is customary to speak while being pressed and held, the call ends after release. The active PTT earphone used on the common intelligent machine is powered by a battery and cannot take electricity from the common intelligent machine.
In order to achieve the above object, the present application provides a public network intercom passive PTT headset based on a common mobile phone, the PTT headset comprising:
the earphone jack wiring, the power taking module, the left earphone, the pickup, the controller and the PTT button;
one end of the power taking module is connected with the power VCC, and the other end of the power taking module is connected with the R end of the earphone jack wiring; the L end of the earphone jack wiring is connected with one end of the left earphone, and one end of the pickup, the MIC end of the earphone jack wiring and the output end of the controller are connected with the contact A; the other end of the left earphone, the GND end of the earphone jack wiring, the other end of the pickup, the grounding end of the controller and one end of the PTT button are all connected with the contact B; the input end of the controller is connected with the other ends of the power VCC and the PTT button.

after the PTT button is released, the controller detects that the input end is changed from low level to high level, the output end keeps outputting low level, namely, a passage is formed between the contacts AB, a pull-down pulse is triggered, and after the pull-down pulse is generated, the controller is restored to a high resistance state at the output end, so that the contacts A and B are in an open-circuit resistance state.

the conversation button of the common earphone is simulated through the controller and the PTT button, and the common mobile phone can also use the earphone conforming to the habit of the PTT button to carry out intercom.
The PTT earphone does not need to be provided with a battery, and can directly take electricity from the mobile phone.

The invention provides a public network intercom passive PTT earphone based on a common mobile phone, solves the technical problem that no passive PTT earphone can be used on a common intelligent machine in the current market, and realizes that the common mobile phone can also use the earphone conforming to the habit of a PTT button for intercom.
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. In addition, the embodiments of the present application and the features in the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflicting with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than within the scope of the description, and the scope of the invention is therefore not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present application provides a public network intercom passive PTT headset based on a common mobile phone, the PTT headset includes:
the earphone jack wiring, the power taking module, the left earphone, the pickup, the controller and the PTT button;
one end of the power taking module is connected with the power VCC, and the other end of the power taking module is connected with the R end of the earphone jack wiring; the L end of the earphone jack wiring is connected with one end of the left earphone, and one end of the pickup, the MIC end of the earphone jack wiring and the output end of the controller are connected with the contact A; the other end of the left earphone, the GND end of the earphone jack wiring, the other end of the pickup, the grounding end of the controller and one end of the PTT button are all connected with the contact B; the input end of the controller is connected with the other ends of the power VCC and the PTT button.
The passive PTT earphone of the invention needs to ensure the same interface as the general earphone, namely, needs to be modified in the principle of the general earphone.
When the universal earphone is used, a call button is pressed and released, namely, the pickup is short-circuited briefly, and the smart phone obtains a signal to start sampling from the pickup; the talk button is pressed again and released and the smartphone gets the same signal to stop sampling from the pickup.
In order to enable the intelligent machine to obtain the same signals, the invention adds a power taking module, a controller and a PTT button.
The specific operation and related circuit timing are:
1. when PTT is not pressed, the controller OUT is at high impedance, so the equivalent between a and B is an open state. IN is at a high level at this time.
2. After PTT is pressed and held, the controller detects that the IN input changes from high to low, and the OUT is held at low for 50ms, i.e., a path is formed between ABs, triggering a pull-down pulse of about 50 ms. After the pull-down pulse is generated, the controller is restored to the high-resistance state at OUT, so that the A and B are still in the open-circuit impedance state. Thus, although the PTT button is always in a pressed state at this time, the common earphone trigger call button is completely simulated, and the smart phone can obtain the same signal to start recording.
3. After PTT release, the controller detects that the IN input changes from low to high, and holds the output low at OUT for 50ms, i.e., a path is formed between ABs, triggering a pull-down pulse of about 50 ms. After the pull-down pulse is generated, the controller is restored to the high-resistance state at OUT, so that the A and B are still in the open-circuit impedance state. Thus, the common earphone is completely simulated to trigger the call button again, and the intelligent mobile phone can obtain the same signal to stop recording.
Because the PTT headset only needs to support mono, the present invention translates the audio output of the right channel to the Vcc input of the controller. I.e. after inserting the headset, the headset is actually powered through the right channel of the handset. Because the right channel is required to be powered, i.e. the right channel needs to independently play a sound signal of a certain frequency.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. It is therefore intended that the following claims be interpreted as including the preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention also include such modifications and alterations insofar as they come within the scope of the appended claims or the equivalents thereof.
Claims (4)
1. Public network intercom passive PTT earphone based on common mobile phone use, its characterized in that, PTT earphone includes:
the earphone jack wiring, the power taking module, the left earphone, the pickup, the controller and the PTT button;
one end of the power taking module is connected with the power VCC, and the other end of the power taking module is connected with the R end of the earphone jack wiring; the L end of the earphone jack wiring is connected with one end of the left earphone, one end of the pickup and the MIC end of the earphone jack wiring are both connected with the output end of the controller, and the connection point is recorded as a connection point A; the other end of the left earphone, the GND end of the earphone jack wiring, the other end of the pickup and one end of the PTT button are all connected with the grounding end of the controller, and the connection point is marked as a contact B; the input end of the controller is connected with the other ends of the power VCC and the PTT button.
2. The passive PTT headset of claim 1, wherein the power take-off module is PMEG4002EJ.
3. The public network intercom passive PTT earphone based on the common mobile phone according to claim 1, wherein the controller is a singlechip with GPIO port.
4. The passive PTT headset of public network talk-back based on use of ordinary handsets as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific operation and related circuit timing of the PTT headset is:
when the PTT button is not pressed, the output end of the controller is in high impedance, and the equivalent between the contact A and the contact B is in an open circuit state, and the input end of the controller is in high level at the moment;
after the PTT button is pressed and maintained, the controller detects that the input of the input end is changed from high level to low level, and the output end keeps outputting the low level, namely a passage is formed between the contact A and the contact B, and a pull-down pulse is triggered; after the pull-down pulse is generated, the controller is restored to a high-resistance state at the output end, so that the contact A and the contact B are in an open-circuit resistance state;
after the PTT button is released, the controller detects that the input end is changed from low level to high level, the output end keeps outputting low level, namely, a passage is formed between the contact A and the contact B, a pull-down pulse is triggered, and after the pull-down pulse is generated, the controller is restored to a high resistance state at the output end, so that the contact A and the contact B are in an open-circuit resistance state.
