本发明涉及一种精密白亮无缝钢管的热处理加工工艺,其特征在于所述的加工工艺是:(1)将成品钢管酸洗,然后水洗,(2)将钢管放入铁制容器中,将铁制容器密封,(3)将铁制容器抽真空,再充入氮气,(4)将铁制容器放入热处理炉中与铁制容器里的钢管一起退火,(5)退火后的钢管连同铁制容器出炉后自然状态下慢慢冷却,本发明的优点是能去除无缝钢管的表面氧化层,提高钢管的精度、光洁度。

一种精密白亮无缝钢管的热处理加工工艺
本发明涉及一种亮无缝钢管的热处理加工工艺,特别是一种精密白亮无缝钢管的热处理加工工艺。
目前一般无缝钢管的热处理是用煤气炉进行退火处理,通常在700℃~800℃的温度范围内进行热处理,但是由于煤气炉的温度不稳定,造成热处理后的无缝钢管的表面呈青灰色,且表面存在大量的氧化皮,使的机械性能难以得到保障,而氧化皮也给后续加工带来影响。
本发明的目的是提供是提供能去除无缝钢管的表面氧化层的无缝钢管的热处理加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案是设计一种精密白亮无缝钢管的热处理加工工艺,其特征在于所述的加工工艺是:(1)将成品钢管酸洗,然后水洗,(2)将钢管放入铁制容器中,将铁制容器密封,(3)将铁制容器抽真空,再充入氮气,(4)将铁制容器放入热处理炉中与铁制容器里的钢管一起退火,(5)退火后的钢管连同铁制容器出炉后自然状态下慢慢冷却。
本发明的优点是能去除无缝钢管的表面氧化层,提高钢管的精度、光洁度。
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明,将成品钢管轻度酸洗,然后水洗,将钢管放入直径为35CM的铁制容器中,然后将铁制容器的两端密封,将铁制容器抽真空,再充入氮气,作为热处理时的钢管保护气体,将铁制容器放入热处理炉中与铁制容器里的钢管一起退火,退火后的钢管连同铁制容器出炉后自然状态下慢慢冷却,取出钢管即可。

  1. 一种精密白亮无缝钢管的热处理加工工艺,其特征在于所述的加工工艺是:
    (1)将成品钢管酸洗,然后水洗,
    (2)将钢管放入铁制容器中,将铁制容器密封,
    (3)将铁制容器抽真空,再充入氮气,
    (4)将铁制容器放入热处理炉中与铁制容器里的钢管一起退火,
    (5)退火后的钢管连同铁制容器出炉后自然状态下慢慢冷却。
