Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments can be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an aircraft door protection device for a boarding bridge of an airport, which is used for preventing the boarding bridge from colliding with an aircraft door when the boarding bridge is docked. The aircraft door protection device comprises a touch plate 1, a detection switch 2, an elastic piece and a control system of a boarding bridge.
The trigger plate 1 is provided on the floor of the boarding bridge and can swing relative to the floor. In this embodiment, the lower end of the touch panel 1 is hinged to a mounting plate 3, and the mounting plate 3 is fixedly connected to the floor of the boarding bridge. The trigger plate 1 may also be hinged directly to the floor of the boarding bridge. The touch plate 1 is made of metal, the length of the touch plate can be set according to the requirement, and the effective height of the touch plate 1 can be far greater than that of the existing rubber safety edge, so that the safety stroke can be increased. One end of the touch plate 1, which is used for being contacted with the aircraft door, is curled into a hollow cylinder 4 so as to increase the structural strength of the touch plate 1, and simultaneously, the aircraft door and the top end of the touch plate 1 can be smoothly contacted when being contacted. A rubber member may be further wrapped at the end of the trigger plate 1 for contact with the aircraft door for flexible contact therewith.
The elastic member is connected with the touch plate 1 and the mounting plate 3, and is arranged between the touch plate 1 and the mounting plate 3, and the specific structure of the elastic member is not limited, and the elastic member can be preferably one of a torsion spring, a tension spring or a bending plate spring. The elastic member can elastically support the touch plate 1 so that a space is formed between the touch plate 1 and the floor of the boarding bridge. In this embodiment, an included angle is formed between the touch plate 1 and the mounting plate 3 under the elastic support of the elastic member. In other embodiments of the invention, the touch panel 1 and the mounting plate may be parallel to each other, supported by the elastic member. A vertical side plate 5 is provided on one side of the mounting plate 3, and the detection switch 2 is fixedly provided on the side plate 5. The detection switch 2 is electrically connected with a control system of the boarding bridge. When the aircraft door approaches the boarding bridge, the touch plate 1 can contact the aircraft door and move towards the floor under the action of the extrusion force of the aircraft door so as to trigger the detection switch 2. The control system of the boarding bridge can control the boarding bridge to descend after receiving the signal sent by the detection switch 2 so as to avoid collision between the boarding bridge and the airplane door. The detection switch 2 may be one of an infrared sensor, a correlation switch or a limit switch,
When the control system controls the boarding bridge to descend, the boarding bridge can be controlled according to a preset program. When the boarding bridge descends, the boarding bridge can descend by a preset height under the control of a program, and can also keep descending continuously until the touch plate is out of contact with the aircraft door, and the detection switch stops after detecting a reset signal triggered after the touch plate 1 approaches the detection switch again.
As can be seen from fig. 2 and 3, the trigger end of the detection switch 2 is at least partially disposed in a space formed by the touch board 1 and the floor of the boarding bridge, and the detection switch 2 can be in contact with or close to the touch board 1. The specific type of the detection switch 2 is not limited, and may be, for example, an electromagnetic sensor or an optical sensor. Further, the detection switch 2 is at least partially disposed within the hollow cylinder. The triggering end of the detection switch 2 can also be arranged at the end of the touch plate 1 contacted with the aircraft door.
In use, the aircraft is first brought gradually closer to the boarding bridge, the trigger plate 1 of the aircraft door protection device being able to come into contact with the aircraft door. The touch plate 1 rotates towards the floor of the boarding bridge under the extrusion force of the airplane door and triggers the detection switch 2. At this moment, the control system of the boarding bridge controls the boarding bridge to start descending according to a set program, when the airplane door is separated from the touch plate 1, the touch plate 1 is restored to the original angle under the action of the elastic piece, at this moment, the detection switch 2 detects that the touch plate 1 is reset and sends out a reset signal, and after receiving the reset signal, the control system of the boarding bridge controls the boarding bridge to stop descending, so that the airplane door is prevented from colliding with the boarding bridge, and the airplane door is protected.
According to the aircraft door protection device, the touch plate is in contact with the aircraft door, so that the structure is simple, a rubber sensing strip is omitted, the problem of reliability reduction caused by ageing of the rubber strip is avoided, and meanwhile, the cost is reduced; the touch plate and the detection switch are not damaged due to frequent use, so that the detection safety is improved and the service life is prolonged; the included angle between the swinging part and the floor of the boarding bridge can be adjusted by selecting the elastic coefficient of the elastic part, so that the buffer stroke for protecting the airplane door is increased, the enough safety margin is ensured, and the safety is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses a boarding bridge which is provided with the airplane door protection device.
The exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been particularly shown and described above. It is to be understood that the invention is not to be limited to the disclosed embodiments, but on the contrary, is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
